I tried to cancel my service with suddenlink on 8/29 and they told me that I could not cancel because I was past due a payment so I told them I would pay the past due amount and then they told me that in order to cancel I had to pay the past due amount plus the current bill that was not due until 9/10 in order to cancel. So on 8/31 I paid a total of $228 past due amount and the current bill that was not due until 9/10 because they would not cancel my service if I did not pay my bill eventhough it was not due yet. After I paid it they told me they would not cancel my service until the next billing cycle which is on 9/22 I told them that I do not want their service any longer and I want it canceled now. They told me that they would not cancel my service until next billing cycle which meant I would get another bill that I would have to pay. I told them I am not going to pay another bill because I just paid the current bill that was not due until 9/10 and I am current and I want my service canceled now. They refused and said I would get another bill that I would owe
Desired outcome: They need to cancel my service now and not bill me for another bill since I tried to cancel on 8/31. I am caught up my bill from 9/10 is already paid and I owe nothing no longer.
