WORST, CHEATING, LYING, GREEDY, FAKE, FRAUD, DISGUSTING AND SHAMELESS SILLY STUPID STUBBORN, ARROGANT, NEGLIGENT and LETHARGIC customercare, technicians, name sake seniors and dishtv agents.
It's VERY DISGUSTING and DISSAPPOINTING from dishtv customercare and technicians for not properly attending to the customer's complaint. These people are LIARS, CHEATERS and FRAUDSTERS neverever TRUST, BELIEVE or LISTEN to these CHEAP MISCREANTS.
It's all lies from these MANNERLESS, INDISCIPLINED and MISBEHAVING STUPID IDIOTS whenever complaint is raised there are two separate charges from the customercare and the technicians. But if we complain about this dishtv people are STUBBORN, ARROGANT, IGNORANT and NEGLIGENT, they are so CARELESS, BOTHERLESS and IGNORANT towards the customer's complaint.
Their 24 hours complaint resolving is all FAKE, FRAUD and CHEATING, on 18/10/22 we had booked for the technician but it had been three days but there is no technicians visit for my shifting of dishtv. It was told us to pay only Rs. 200 + Rs. 250/-.including gst. for relocation. But their SILLY STUPID GREEDY technician named ajay janaki is BOLDLY asking if I pay him Rs. 600/- than only he will visit my place otherwise not. But even after complaining this incident to the customercare and name sake senior both of them were BOTHERLESS, IGNORANT, NEGLIGENT and CARELESS but there was no visit after 24 hours too and now it's the third day and we are waiting for the SILLY STUPID GREEDY technician let's hope he may come. But even after 24 hours later there is repetitive answers from their INDISCIPLINED, DISGUSTING, MANNERLESS and ARROGANT customercare to wait for 24 hours.
And they transfer the call to the namesake senior just to fool the customer but in reality the call is not transferred only its passed to the other SILLY STUPID GREEDY agents who is the same ARROGANT, STUBBORN and LETHARGIC MISCREANTS they neverever listen to the customer's complaint only a FAKE, FRAUD and HOPELESS reply that you will have to wait for 24 hrs. And plus their service is so slow and time consuming and time passing that it is done on purpose and keeps the customer waiting with their FAKE, FRAUD and DIRTY advertisement, which is UNPLEASANT, UNSOOTHING AND STUPIDITY to hear.
Neverever go for this UNPROFESSIONAL, UNMANAGEMENT, DISGUSTING AND SHAMELESS dishtv. This dishtv people are so afraid of their technicians that even after complaining they neverever take any STERN, STRICT and SACKING action against their SILLY STUPID GREEDY agents and technicians.

Customer service discourteous and changed my monthly pkg and amount won't honor
The day I ordered my service I was quoted $59.99 for 190 channels pl tx a month with no added or hidden fees and all local channels included with a 2 year price lock quarentee. sale aGent said roughly my bill wlii be $69-$72. My 1st bill was $75 I argued with them no luck asked them to go back and listen to recorded sales call, they wouldn't. 2nd bill was $60.04 said the agent on dish chat that's what I paid. This is my 3rd month didn't receive a bill so I called dish they said I owed &216.00. the agent said my plan was $89.99 pl tx+ $12.00 local channels+$9.99 for silver protection plan+$15.00 mth for hopper equip fee. I argued that that's not rigjt. Then she said when you don't pay your bills or pay all of them this is what happens and said I never paid my 1st mth payment and so they shut off service in my 3rd month bc all the above Theyre not going to listen to recorded sales call and not going to honor 2 yr lock in price and Im stick in a 2 yr contract The customer serve ppl are rude and will not listen to your issues
Desired outcome: Out of my contract and not have to pay a fee. Or honor contract sales agent agent quote and put me at a zero balance..

Rep never stated that Dish TV does not have CBS local or national programming in SWFL. Channel guide lists that they have CBS. If I knew, I never would have signed up. Way too many Standard definition programming. Direct TV has more High Def programming and so fa, r I feel a better picture as well. There are stations that are in HD on Direct TV that are only in SD in Dish. Customer service won't work with me even though I notified them on the first day of my unhappiness. Yes, I can get out of the contract but will have to pay a penalty of $20 per month (in my case $480) of what is left of the contract. I am actually contemplating this. Should have streamed instead of going to Dish. There is a reason I read industry articles stating that DISH TV won't survive. Good! The sooner they collapse, the better! Stay away.

I have a Dish TV HD Connection with no [protected]. My Set-Top Box is not working since 23rd May-19. Initially I though it was a remote problem, changed batteries and got it checked, it was working fine. I went to local Dish TV sales dealer and he advised to raise complaint online as he is doing only sales and service is provided by company directly.
I have registered a complaint online on 26th May-19 with DishTV Customer Care on [protected] / [protected] and I got a call from Dish TV technician from No [protected] at 12.25PM he took directions and said he will come in evening. I call him in evening he does not take my calls. I again raise a complaint to Dish TV customer care my complaint is escalated and a technician calls me from No 7290095721 on 28th May19 at 04.39 PM. He again takes directions and does not turnup. I call back the no and he does not take my calls. I again call customer care they claim they have escalated my case I will surely get service.
I get a call from Dish TV Service Dealer "Hari Hara Teja Dish TV" Mobile no 8297011131 on 30th May19 at 3.57PM to enquire location to send technician. The lady promises technician visit before end of the day. No one turns up. I call back the same no response.
I call Customer care they claim they have escalated the issue. But no result. My case has been escalated to nodel officer, service manager, Area Service Head, Regional Service Head, Area Sales Manager and Regional Sales Manager etc no service.
I get a missed call from No:7290095721 at 5.34PMon 3rd June 2019 and call back the no within 15 secs there is no response.
I am regularly calling and following up on all above nos technician and service dealer nos but there is no response. I send a SMS that I am prepared to pay Rs.1000/- inclusive of official service charges if my issue is attended to still there is no response.
I call customer care and inform escalation team of my offer and I find out that my 26th dated complaint is closed arbitrarily with reason that customer has not responded to many technician calls. I am flabbergasted how can my complaint be closed. They have opened a new complaint dated 4th June 19 and the whole escalation matrix thing again starts from the bottom. This is done purely to fool customers and make them pay through their noses for service.
As a Last try I find out Dish TV Hyd office on [protected]. As usual they do not lift the phone. I send by SMS my offer.

Later no response from the team as they are not knowledged about the procedures .we the customers are their guinea pigs to pay and the service not working. My Service request [protected] which was raised on 31st Oct for non working Settopbox was closed on 02 Nov by providing me a refurbished STB which was of a older model than what I had. they charged me 610 Rs for the same.
The refurbished STP stopped working 90 minutes after the technician left and I had to raise 1 more request since they closed my old request. the new request number is [protected] which you had provided an SLA of 24 hours. your technician visited home and said the refurbished box is faulty and require replacement. there is no sign of the technician even after 24 hours. I have called your technical center multiple times enquiring about the status and I am been informed to wait for 24 hours.

its been from last one month this mail communication is happening, there is no positive response from dish tv excpet

I have attached all the things hope this will help you. There is no synchronization in your teams, worst customer care i
have seen so far, every time new person calls and ask for the details, you people dont even look at previous mail

i will take help of social media facebook, twitter and whatsapp and will circulate messsage that how you harass your
customers.

Worst customer care
money deducted from bank not redirected back
Hi,
I am a new customer, I had placed an order for Dish+ online on official www.dishtv.in. After selected the product and filled in the address etc, I was redirected to the payment page, I selected debit card and I filled in my debit card details. I clicked pay, and money was debited from my bank account but "I was not redirected back to the Dishtv page". It didn't give me any token nor a receipt number or reference number etc. It just was stuck on a page below :

I need the connection ASAP, or refund the money back ASAP. I have already sent a mail to [protected]@dishtv.in

just fooling the customers never ever resolve your complaints
Hi,
This is from Praveen, we have been your customer from March 2016,
have been using one month subscription with the 640 recharge.
But later before the end date of expiry, I have recharged and requested to change the Pack to 99 rs Kushi Pack,
but when I have called to the customer care executive he had wrongly activated to the same 640 rs recharge.
But I have requested to raise a complaint and to speak to the customer care executive I need to spend 100 to 300 rs of mobile recharge
as there is no toll free number. The dish connection gets disconnected with out any information prior to disconnecting the channels.
While I am watching the channels will be disconnected in the middle of the movie. Please refer to the complaint number: [protected] the customer care executive says that the request would be resolved in 1 hour, but to my surprise its been a week past but still there is no resolution to the complaint. And every time I have to call to the customer care executive they just give the irrelavant information they just cut the call while speakin
g. They say me to recharge again and again with 100 rs & 99 rs but still I am not able to get any channels. They have deactivated the connection. Finally I have said I would like to have 99 rs kushi pack along with the Telugu Super Star add on. But they said I need to go to 640 rs pack, how can they decide what a customer needs,
they need to help the customer but I see they are not responding nor giving a proper response.
they try to hide their mistake if its their mistake from their end. Request to kindly take back your Dish tv connection and I am not at all happy with the service nor the customer service executive. Finally you are just fooling the customers.
