6/10/2023 at 5:51 pm is the time of checkout at this location. I walked in, no one greeted me. I walked through the store several times, still no one acknowledged my presence nor offered to assist me. The manager acknowledged me after i'd been there for about 20 minutes. She told me about the sales and where they were located throughout the store. I thanked her for letting me know and I also mentioned no associates said anything and how they just stared as people walked in. I checked out and had given the young lady my coupon, she scanned it, then says, this coupon has been used already. I said no ma'am, I just received that coupon in the mail. She threw her hands up, saying I don't know. She didn't ask another associate to assist her nor call a manager or supervisor. As I walked out, I found the manager and explained the issue at the register and how the associate responded regarding the coupon. I've never had an issue at this location. Everyone is usually very friendly and helpful. Today they very unfriendly and not helpful at all. The manager stated these associates were new. I told her that was no excuse. I watched them not speak and assist others as they entered the store. I wasn't the only one.
Desired outcome: I spent a total of $85.82 and I wasn't able to use my coupon $10 off any $40 purchase. With that being said, I would like an apology with a $10 coupon.
