I ordered a number of items from Bath & Body Works. I received all but one item: a tiny tube of hand cream. I received this tube of hand cream today, in a huge box from UPS (photo attached). I have been complaining to B&BW for years about their exorbitant shipping costs, and now I see why they are so high. This tube of cream could have been put into a small padded envelope and mailed at a lower cost. Even I know how to save money on packaging!

I am so disgusted with this company. This is a company which believes "rewards" can only be used on an item costing exactly $16.95 or less (i.e., it cannot be applied to a higher cost item and the balance charged to the customer), and then prices most of their items to be considered at $17.95! What a crock.

Desired outcome: REDUCE YOUR PACKAGING COSTS AND PASS THE SAVINGS ON TO THE CUSTOMER IN THE FORM OF REDUCED PACKING FEES! CHANGE YOUR "REWARDS" PROGRAM TO A REAL REWARDS PROGRAM, WHEREIN THE REWARDS CAN BE USED TOWARDS MOST ITEMS!
