shipping concerns
I got my order today order #[protected]. Several of the bottles of lotion and body washes were open and spilled all out in the box! Last order I got in the mail both of the candles I ordered were broken. Please try to wrap the candles better and if the bottles of products aren't sealed with plastic wrap I would advise you to start taping them so they don't come open in the box during shipping. I lost a whole bottle of aqua burst body wash in the box! I had to wash everything else off and put tops on them but at least they weren't all wasted. I love the convenience of shopping online so I don't have to drag kids to the store but two bad shipping experiences in a row is very disappointing.
black raspberry vanilla
Hello, I don't love any other line besides you. I use so many of your products. Like all of the ones that I love I decided to try something different. When I smelled Black Raspberry Vanilla, I fell in love. I bought the shower gel, lotion, and fragrant mist as usual. But then I started to itch and get bumps when I used it. When I went to the doctor on Friday, he asked me to identify anything that I just started to use that I never have. The only new thing is the Black Raspberry Vanilla. I'm sad that I can't use this product. I can't bring it back to the store because I don't keep my receipts from you because I have never felt the need to bring anything back. I wonder if I can use any of your products anymore? I wonder if it was just this one and maybe I should not give up. I hate Victoria's Secret, and I rarely use department store shower gel. Who will I turn to if I can't use bath and body works?

I wanted to inform you that tonight as my girls were getting out of the shower, all of a sudden their skin started burning. It was from a wallflower that I had plugged in. It didn't catch on fire, but the aroma was bad. It had a cinnamon smell. I didn't even have a cinnamon scent plugged in. I don't remember the name of the one I had but wasn't this smell. My older daughter's back was burned and my youngest is all over her body. She had to quickly go downstairs and get into another shower to wash off her body. Had my husband and I not reacted quickly, this could have been much worse. I am attaching some photos of my youngest body.

twilight woods body/bath wash bath and body works
i purchased Twlight Woods and on 5-17-18 after taking a bath I broke out from the waist down with itching. The following day I went to the Urgent Care three times, as well as my dermatologist four times. It took 45 days to resolve the itiching and heal my skin from the welts. I still have residual itching that is generalized and this has been a year now. I feel I am still suffering neurological effects from the trauma and need to be compensated for my work off ( I am a registered nurse) as well as medical and prescription costs. Your company continues to use ingredients specifically MI aka MIT which is a cytotoxin. This cytotoxin is in Twlight Woods and I assume in all your wash off products. Even though you may be keeping this amount within a legal range you are morally wrong to keep products that you have evidence they can cause severe damage to skin. I intend to keep reporting my story as I feel your organization does not show they care about product safety on humans.

complaint against employee
I went to the Laurinburg, NC Bath and Body Works on 5/7/19 at around 3pm. I went there for the 5.95 candle sale instead of the employee handing me the bag to shop with she stood their. I mean literally stood their watching me ands my daughter smelling candles, while the other customers get to roam around the store ands not be watch. Now mind you I am a African American woman ands the other customers were caucasian women. I didn't catch the employee name but I think it was miranda. Look at the schedule and see who was working at 3:00 that Tuesday. This employee definitely have something against people of color.

After seeing some items that looked very nice, we thought we'd purchase online and try some, especially considering the sale prices of a few. However:
•No "Pick Up In Store" Option;
•Sales only apply online;
•Shipping costs are insane ($10 to ship a small 8-ounce tube?);
•Then they add a "handling" charge;
•And finally, they add sales tax to their shipping and handling, as well!
So, a $6 item costs more than $17.50 with no option to pick it up in-store, and the store won't honor the sale. And it would have been $25 without the sale? Not in my lifetime.
Horrible policies. Their prerogative, but we'll never return.

I have been a customer of bath and bodyworks since the beginning, it is my place of choice for gift giving to friends as well as myself...I was estatic to find that they were opening a new one near me in selden, long island/n.Y., which saved me trips to the mall, couldn't wait to tell friends, co-workers, and sisters, my visits were increased during the holidays, in which i noticed the girls on the floor were great, but the manager was rude, nasty, and not friendly, i let it go thinking it night have been because of the holiday rush...However, i stopped by last week and purchased items for friends and myself...I wanted to take advantage of the buy 3, get 3 free, adding up to more than i anticipated, so i proceeded to use my victoria's secret card which has a credit limit of $1400.00(please confirm), ans was told: 1)they didn't accept the v.S. Card...2)they weren't allowed to call the help desk, didn't exist...3)that i would have to use another method of payment...4)the phone/land line would not give them access to the 800 victoria's secret help desk...These were all the excuses made by your manager ashley, this conversation was made/spoken loudly in front of other customers whom were taken by her nasty attitude, and agreed she was highly unprofessional...Needless to say i was really embarrassed by her behavior, again...She is the second manager in charge that i experienced this disgusting mannerism...I will never patronize your establishment again, and will strongly encourage others to do the same!

Defective product
Hi,
So I purchased a Bath and Body Works product - Sweet Pea Foaming Sugar Scrub, from the store in Mall of India, Sector 18, Noida, India on 10th February, 2019. The Bar code for the product is - 0 667542 792208
Since then, I have barely used the product twice and the third time when I used it, I realized that the tube is open from the crimp. I have also attached the pitctures with this message.
This made it very difficult for me to carry it anywhere as I feared leakage and moreover, it is not impossible to use as the content comes out from the wrong end of the tube and causes a big mess.
This was my first purchase from Bath and Body Works and I must admit it has been quite disappointing. I have paid such a big amount to purchase an inferior quality product, which I feel was a complete waste of my money.
All I can request you to do now is to kindly refund my money or at least have the product replaced as this one is not good to be used, unless I decide to store the contents in a bowl and finish it all up in one bath.

A female worker with long hair nearly touching the boobs was very rude. She treated me and my friend like we are poor kids. When I asked for body scrub she said that I should just look at the promotion area. Please pick better workers who are more educated. She followed us so obvious and close we felt so uncomfortable and murmered on us trying out the fragrances. She even told us off for smelling the samples. When asked for the pricing of the handcream she just said the pricing very very rudely. No smile was given and thank you was taken for granted. She even gave us mean glances that [censored]es like to make. This made us very very uncomfortable. To the extend I went over to the guy employee to ask him for checkout. Younger than you doesn't mean they are customers u can disrespect. Please at least have manners n don't bring your improper upbringing into your working hours which could ruin your customer's day. Btw my friend didn't purchase cause of this female employee so she decided to buy her gift for her mother elsewhere. Hope you take some actions. Thank you.

Bath and Body Works really needs to do something about their online ordering system.Three times now I've tried to order candles off their website, and after I put what I want into my bag, it says they are out of stock, yet when I went back to check, those same candles are still coming up as available.Very frustrating to see candles for sale on their site that have most likely been sold out for days, yet they continue to advertise them.Also, they are really bad with keeping up with product demand.On candle day, everything was sold out within hours, and the day of SAS, it was same thing.All the best products were gone within hours.BBW obviously can't properly manage such big sales online, so I will wait until SAS is over, and hopefully can get what I want then.I have never had a problem with BBW online ordering, unless there is a big sale.

I was in bath and body works in bower mall in red deer and when i went up to pay the cashiers were talking about as i quit my job there due to lack of hours and they were rude and i felt so disrespected and embarrassed. I felt as if i wasnt welcomed to shop there without being judged and makes me not want to shop there even though i absolutely love bath and body works products.
double the pending charges from online ordering system crashing
On 12/26/18 Bath and Body Works had a sale on their 3 wick candles. I went online and placed a large order - instead of going to the store which is what I should have done. After hitting submit, the system came back with invalid credit card information. So I checked my debit card information and it was correct and I hit submit. It went off stating processing and acted very strangely - finally when it came back I went to look up my order. No order - I logged out and back in and still no order. So then I logged onto my bank and there was a pending charge for $134.81. So I logged back into Bath and Body Works and still no order. So I called the 800 number waited 13 minutes for a representative who said the system crashed and everything would clear up once it came back up. Meanwhile people are laughing in the background while I am on the phone - why am I waiting 13 minutes ... So next day go into BB&T and check and now I have $269.62 in pending charges, twice the charges. So I log onto Bath and Body Works and STILL NO ORDER. I call back and the representative I get is RUDE and tells me "Bath and Body Works has no control over pending charges I have to talk to my credit card company". So no order and double the charges and I HAVE TO FIX IT. So I talk with BB&T who cannot do anything unless a fax is sent stating that Bath and Body Works will not be processing those fees. Call Bath and Body Works back and talk with a representative who takes all of the information and states she will give it to her supervisor to fax. So on 12/29/18 go onto my bank account and double charges are still pending. Call Bath and Body Works back and get a representative who actually cares and she tries everything she can to get BB&T to release the charges. BB&T states it will be 7-8 business days. She has no record of my conversation on 12/27/18 when the representative supposedly took my information to fax to BB&T. On 12/30/18 I had a bill to pay which thanks to Bath and Body Works I did not have the money in my account. So on 12/31/18 I transferred money into my account to pay my bill that is now late. So today I have double the charges on my account pending STILL, no order from Bath and Body Works, and late charges on an account because I had to transfer funds. So all of this just to get $10 candles ...

rude and disrespectful store manager
I visited the pentagon city in Arlington, VA store on 12/15 and was very disappointed by the treatment i received by the store manager. After spending $181 just on that visit, i requested a gift receipt. The cashier helping me was the manager of the store named Alicia who was having trouble printing a gift receipt. Her exact words were "what part you don't understand, are you stupid?" when i insisted on getting a gift receipt. She continued shaming me and mistreating me. I asked her to return all the my purchase and she replied by saying "Absolutely" with so much attitude. Unfortunately she refused to give me her full name and the only thing i have is her 1st name i got from her name tag. She claimed it's your policy not to give full name with didn't make sense to me. I'm a long time customer of Bath and body works and it's a shame i have to end this relationship due to your untrained manager.

3 wick scented candles
I ordered 4 three wick candles on 12/11/2018. Package ID [protected], Store #083020, shipping method NEWG, Trans # 4379. Received by USPS on 12/18/2018. They were haphazardly packaged and box was damaged. Three of the candles were intact, but the tops of the containers were ajar and the 4th container was broken with shards of glass in the box. The broken candle was Fresh Balsam. I have ordered numerous candles from Bath & Body Works online before and have never received them package in such a way. I realize that it is the holiday season and the volume of shipments is high at this time, but this is shabby packaging. I expect another Fresh Balsam 3 wick scented candle, at no charge or a full refund for the same.

Saturday Dec 8th my 13 year old daughter and myself drive to north bay to go and stock up on body lotions, when we got to the cash, my daughter put our items up, my daughter handed the sales person her SPC card and the sales person stated she can't accept it without her student card, I looked at the sales person and said she's 13 she is a student, and we have been in this store hundreds of times and always used the SPC card, she continued to state she would not accept it, it was upsetting to me how she treated us, I paid for my items and left. I spend a ton of money there I would hate to stop going there because of this
