I had an awesome experience with the service team. From the start when the workers immediately introduced themselves all the way to the end. I knew exactly what to expect through the two days. Workers were polite, covered everything and even though it was a two-day job they cleaned up the worksite at the end of the first day. I love my new walk-in shower. Just yesterday I even received a jar of cookies from them. I would highly recommend this company.

The team did a great job on my walk-in shower and countertop install. They were very efficient, polite, professional, and did a beautiful job! They kept me informed throughout the entire process and were meticulous in cleaning up during and after completion. The craftsmanship and materials used are top-notch. It looks gorgeous and elegant. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

The installers were very professional and very good about informing me about what the next steps were in the process.The small problem with the plumbing was explained and resolved in an expeditious manner.Really liked that I was asked where to put the grab bar and corner shelves before installation, not relying on a schematic/drawing. They made sure those items were placed where I wanted them.Very good about protecting with coverings and cleanup after work was all finished.

We loved working with ***. Our install ended up being more complicated than expected because when they removed our old shower they discovered the pipes were not fully encased in the wall. They quickly explained the situation, came up with a few options and together we decided on a course of action. They kept us updated along the way and really helped put us at ease with this slight set back. We could not be happier with our new shower AND the service we received along the way.

We had Americas Bath out to replace our bathtub with a shower and the job was absolutely beautiful, everything went so smooth from when the installers arrived to when they left, the installer *** and his assistant *** were so professional and knowledgeable about what needed to be done, plus they kept us informed all along the way during the process, i cant wait till i have my next bathroom done so we could have *** come back out, we believe he is the best and you will not be disappointed with Americas Bath product.

We had them redo our shower that had been done by another company nearly four years ago. That company wanted up to $1200 to redo it the same way that didnt work before. That companys two day remodel turned into a four month exercise in mistakes and frustration. We were done with them. We liked what people said about Americas Bath in reviews so decided to go with them. Everything was very professional from the first meeting to the final cleanup. The products they use are first rate and theyre meticulous about their work. Would highly recommend them.

We are extremely pleased with our new shower! The sales rep was knowledgeable about the product, presented our options clearly, and gave suggestions on how to meet our specific needs and wants. We received timely notifications of the installation date and there was no delay. The installers were professional, really courteous and did a great job of cleaning up after each of the 2 days! We are really happy with our new shower and the experience was terrific! We would highly recommend America's Bath Company to anybody in need of a new shower or bathroom remodel!

The team members were part of the install on 8/23/22 and 8/24/22. Two bathroom installs were scheduled, with the first on 8/16/22, but it was delayed due to an issue. The issue was resolved quickly, and the first install was rescheduled. The team managed to progress significantly on the first install during 8/23-24, ensuring that the rescheduled completion date of 9/1/22 would likely be a one-day job. The flexibility and efficiency in handling both bathroom installs were commendable.

This July we refreshed our 2nd BathRoom with a new shower. We looked at several companies and products and decided on the ABC stone system. Everything went as explained from the initial estimate/selection of colors & hardware to the install. Their 2 man team arrived as scheduled and completed the job in 2 days. Clean efficient answering all questions. Follow up came from home office a few days later. About a month after install the shower head failed and their area service truck came to remove and order the replacement...which was completed no problem. Very pleased with the product & workmanship!

At first, I did not think the quality of the product was going to meet my expectations when I first made the contact. The install took place in May . After the install, I real love the way it turned out and the product was just fabulous. The color and style was exactly what I needed. The project team was great on providing communications with us. Pre-install requirements were communicated and the goals of the installations were provided. The installers came in and completed the install. They cleaned up and left the bathroom making it look like a whole new room. I would have this product install again in my home.

America’s Bath did a phenomenal job replacing the shower walls and a Roman tub backsplash. The company was responsive to all of my questions prior to the installation date and the job was performed on schedule. They even helped me with deciding the wall color that would work best with the floor color. The pattern transition from the shower wall to the tub backsplash was carefully planned and matches perfectly. The master bath is open to the bedroom and I was concerned about construction dust spreading into the bedroom and throughout the house. Amazingly, there was absolutely no dust in the bedroom or anywhere else in the house. After the job was completed they called to check if I was pleased with the quality of their work. I was!

Our bathroom remodel experience with America's Bath was the best we have ever had with a contractor (we have had a couple of bad experiences). Bobby, our design consultant, was fantastic. He was very knowledgeable about the company and product, and it was evident he took pride in working for AB. There was absolutely no pressure and the decision to choose AB was a no-brainer for us. The communication from that day forward with measuring appointments to install was great as well. Our installers (Omar and Jeff? - sorry we forgot your name) were top notch as well. The install and cleanup went smooth and was completed as promised. We couldn't be more happy with our new walk-in shower and sink/countertop. We will definitely be using AB for our other bathroom remodel.

We had a local company come out for our guest bathroom. They replaced the tub/shower and sink. The three gentlemen from the company were wonderful. They explained everything they were going to do according to the contract and they asked if we had any other questions, which we did, and they answered them with easy explanations. They were kind, thorough, and covered areas they used and cleaned up when the project was finished. They reminded us not to use that bathroom for 24 hours so the silicone would dry correctly. We both were very impressed with the care and professionalism the team showed us while working on our bathroom. I would highly recommend these professionals and will not hesitate to ask for them on our next bathroom updates. Thank You All.

Great company with excellent service! Staff is Professional yet personable. Entire process is very well organized and perfectly executed. From the receptionist making the initial appointment to the installers completing the job (and everyone in between), everyone delivers 100%. Multiple payment options made it affordable for me but that said, I was never pressured to seal the deal. The wide selection of quality material and ironclad warranty helped to alleviate any apprehension initially felt going in. I'm so happy with my shower! Having orthopedic issues it's such a blessing to have. It's been almost a month since the install and there's been more than one call to make sure all is as expected and check for any concerns. Just this week I receive a totally unexpected delivey from them of a very nice treat as a token of their appreciation. Thanks American Bath for making me feel so special. This girl has 34 years in customer service and as a consumer, working with your company has truly been one of the best experiences that I've ever had.

America's Bath has just been great. From Tom our sells person who kinda helped me with making decisions on what all I should get in my shower. Not pushy and knew his product. Then Christina called to setup the measurement guy coming out as well as my install date, I was the customer that probably called her at least once a week (just kidding) but I did feel like I made a lot of calls to her adding on more things (making changes), I KNOW I was getting on her last nerve but she was always so sweet and never made me feel I should leave her alone. After the beautiful shower was installed of course I would be the one to have a problem. She setup my appointment and MY Matt came out. Between the two of them I feel they are just the best. Matt installed my shower. He likes to get everything just perfect. He had to come back through no fault of his and I'm glad he did have to return because he knew I wasn't completely happy with my shower doors and he REPLACED them and made me COMPLETLY HAPPY. I LOVE my bath room now that I have my beautiful shower in it. Thank you so much Christina and Matt. BY the way I've had my shower since April and I'm just now writing the review because I wanted to make sure EVERYTHING was working perfect. I just got out of the shower.LOL

NOTE is paragraph is NOT about ABC. A bit of bathroom history. In 2005, we had a bathroom remodel from a local (53005), well-known remodeling business. All smiles etc. during the preliminaries. To condense, the 3 - 4 WEEK project took over 3 MONTHS. After most days of them "working", we'd compare the timeline and what actually was done as well as what was done incorrectly. Won't bore you with the details but this was our Project from Hell. Some employees were actually caught stealing my tools because they didn't bring theirs. The $20,657 cost was not worth the grief from this place. In Sep 2019, we needed a shower pan bath remodel due to medical necessities. Chris, our design consultant, was very competent and personable. In this instance, he proved to be a man of his word. Our installers were Matt and Thomas. They knew I was watching them like a hawk because I told them of our past experience. I didn't bug them too much but honestly showed an interest in their work and workmanship which was excellent. Both men fully explained any questions I posed. I also own the home my daughter lives and I would strongly recommend ABC as my go-to place to do any other bath work. Positive referrals are worth so much these days as many of us have found to be true. A quality company like America's Bath Company, who has superb craftsmen, is a real find. Many more years of success to you and your employees.
