Fragrant Jewels Total Rip-Off: False Advertising and Sneaky Membership Fees

I'm so bummed out by this company, it's not even funny. The jewelry on their website is nothing like what I got in my order, and to top it off, they sneak in a membership fee that keeps coming back like a bad penny! I mean, seriously, what's up with that? I noticed the first membership fee and called and emailed them right away. They told me they'd cancel the membership and refund the fee, but I could still shop for the bath bombs without the membership. I thought that was cool, but then a month later, I got hit with another membership fee, even though I was told I wouldn't be charged anymore. What the heck, man?

To make matters worse, the first membership fee they said they'd refund never came back to me in the 3-7 business days they promised. And now they're charging me again? No way, Jose. I'm disputing that charge like nobody's business. This whole experience has been a total bummer, and I wouldn't wish it on my worst enemy. Seriously, don't even bother buying anything from these guys. The pictures online are nothing like what you'll get, and they're a bunch of liars when it comes to refunding sneaky membership fees. They'll tell you they'll refund you, but they won't. And they'll be quick to charge you again, too. If I could give them zero stars, I totally would. This place is a total rip-off.

Fragrant Jewels Fragrant Jewels Review: A Scam Membership and No Refunds

I decided to treat myself to a bath bomb from Fragrant Jewels for Halloween. It was a nice little indulgence, but then I found out that they automatically sign you up for a membership when you order anything. I quickly called to cancel it, but then in November, I saw a charge on my account. I thought maybe my husband had bought me another bath bomb, but he said he hadn't. I called Fragrant Jewels and was told that they couldn't give me a refund due to "sanitary reasons." I cancelled my membership again, but then in December, I was charged again for a scent that I'm highly allergic to - Jasmine. I spoke to a manager and a supervisor, but they both said they couldn't give me a refund.

It's frustrating because I only wanted to spend $20 on a bath bomb, but now I'm $120 in the hole. I've done some research and it seems like a lot of other people have had similar experiences. Plus, I found out that you can get similar rings online for much cheaper - like $2-3 a piece.

Overall, I feel like Fragrant Jewels is a scam. They don't work with you, they waste your time (I was on hold for 45 minutes), and they don't budge a single bit. I won't be buying anything from them again and I'm telling everyone I know to avoid them. Does anyone want to buy a bath bomb? I'm not going to use it, lol.

Fragrant Jewels Beware of Fragrant Jewels: My Experience with Suspicious Charges and Refunds

So, I gotta tell ya about my experience with Fragrant Jewels. It all started with a little charge on my credit card for $7.27 from serumbettereyes.com. They said it was just for shipping and handling for a purse. My wife remembers authorizing that charge, but nothing else. Then, out of nowhere, we get hit with a charge from Fragrant Jewels for $23.90. What the heck, right?

But it doesn't stop there. On 04/11 we got hit with a charge for $98.54 from serumbettereyes.com, even though we never received a product. And then, on 05/11, we got hit with another $98.54 charge from UnlimitedTimePieces. What is going on here?

I finally decided to do something about it and called the number on the serumbettereyes.com website. They first told me they couldn't refund any of the charges, but then they said they could refund 35%. Finally, they said they could refund the full $98.54 within 3-5 business days.

But here's the thing - they've already charged us $228.25 and all we have to show for it is a small silver purse. And to make matters worse, there were three separate billing companies involved, so we'd have to file complaints three times just to get the full story out there.

I'm not saying it's a scam, but it sure feels like it. I'll wait and see if I actually get that refund, but I'm not holding my breath.

Fragrant Jewels Fragrant Jewels Review: Great Candles and Bath Bombs, But Are They Worth the Price?

The candles and bath bombs from Fragrant Jewels are a pretty cool idea. I used to really enjoy them, but I gotta say, they're pretty pricey for what you get. And the rings that come inside? Meh. They're nice to look at, but they don't last very long and they're not exactly high quality. They tend to rust pretty quickly or the jewels fall out. I mean, the last ring I got from them lost its gem just two days after I got it. Not exactly what you want from a "jewel" product.

But, I will say that the candles and bath bombs themselves are pretty good. They always smell really nice and the bath bombs make the water look really pretty. So, if you're not too concerned about the rings, then these products are definitely worth checking out.

However, I recently stopped buying from Fragrant Jewels because of something that really rubbed me the wrong way. Last Halloween season, they seemed to have stolen bath bomb designs from another company that I also buy from. Now, I'm not talking about just using similar shapes or anything like that. I mean, they straight up used the same name for the collection and the item that came inside the bomb was identical to the one from the other company. Fragrant Jewels is known for putting, well, jewels in their products, so they could have easily incorporated a creepy ring or something like that. But nope, they went with the exact same item that the other company has been using for years. And to top it off, Fragrant Jewels is always more expensive than the other company. It just felt really shady and it made me lose trust in the brand.

So, while I do think the candles and bath bombs are good, I just can't support a company that seems to be stealing from smaller businesses. Plus, the rings are just not worth the price.

Fragrant Jewels Disappointing Experience with Fragrant Jewels: Deceptive Advertising and Poor Customer Service

I was a member of Fragrant Jewels a few years back, but had to leave due to money issues. I always said I'd come back when I was more stable, and I finally did. However, I was sorely disappointed with the company that bears the name Fragrant Jewels.

In less than a month, I've been treated like garbage. They lied to me constantly and deceived me with every advertising email they sent. I joined the "Inner Circle" for extra benefits, but all I found out was that they charge an extra $32.95+tax and still charge regular prices for everything else.

The advertising emails are relentless, with one coming in every hour. They all have the tagline "Another Chance at the $10,000 Ring," but it's not true. Any ring not bought as part of the product line has no chance of winning. The ones that supposedly do stand a chance are worth a measly 10 points. They're not even worth money anymore, just points. I had a ring from my original time with FJ that was worth $25, and I wore it until last month. It got me numerous compliments, but now I'm ashamed of it.

When I tried to contact customer service, I was met with Jonathan Roman, who was so rude that I wanted to give him a piece of my mind in person. Iris Velez tried her best, but upper management didn't care about anything except the bottom line.

Overall, if you want to be ripped off, go ahead and buy from Fragrant Jewels. Otherwise, keep on moving.

Fragrant Jewels Unleashing the Power of Creativity: A Review of 'The War of Art'

I originally ordered 8/19/20. I did not receive my initial order until after they charged me for the next month's subscription. A subscription I was unaware of. I emailed customer service to cancel my subscription. Their reply ended up in my junk mail and it stated for me to call them. Everytime I've called them the wait to talk to someone has been about an hour. When I saw they were authorizing my card for another monthly subscription on 10/18/20, I tried calling them to cancel. They didn't answer because they are only open Monday-Friday, but yet they can charge my credit card. When I called on 10/19/20 to cancel my subscription, they were pleasant and I was told they had cancelled my subscription. I was under the understanding that it meant that the 10/18/20 pending transaction would be cancelled. Today, 10/28/20, I received another subscription box in the mail. One I thought I had cancelled. So, I called again. I left my number for them to call me back because they claim it is the same as waiting in line. I waited over an hour for a call back and decided just to call and wait on the line since I hadn't heard from them. I didn't receive a call back until after I had talked to someone by staying on the line. They said that since I did not specifically state I was wanting to cancel the subscription including this month's subscription, there was nothing they could do. I tried cancelling this subscription in September when I complained that I still hadn't received my first order! When I finally received my initial order, I received a monthly subscription order at the same time. This company is difficult to get ahold of and they offer no refunds or returns. So now, over $70 later, I'm stuck with low quality candles that not only do I think smell bad, but I'm allergic to. I do not recommend this company at all. I feel like I have been scammed. I definitely would not give this company your credit card number as they are quick to charge your card, slow to send your initial order, and the wait times are long to talk to a person.

Fragrant Jewels Fragrant Jewels Review: Unique Products with Ring Surprises Inside

Fragrant Jewels is a unique online store that offers a wide range of products that come with ring surprises inside. As a loyal customer for over a year now, I can confidently say that their products are worth the investment. I usually buy two or four products every few months, and they last me a while. The rings and the points are fun, but what I enjoy the most is a nice candle or bath bomb that will last me a while.

I have tried their wicked bath bomb and the coffin one, and both of them were amazing. They smell wonderful and have unique rings inside. However, I did get one duplicate in my order of three bath bombs and two candles of the same themes. That was just my luck of the draw. Unfortunately, I won't be getting those bath bombs again because they stained my tub, and it took me hours to clean it out.

Recently, I made a big order of 12 bath bombs right when the new holiday coal and nice bath bombs came out. I got the coal ones, which smell like smarties and sorbet fruity sweetness. They look lovely, and they don't stain, which is a big plus. However, there was a disappointing factor. I only got two types of the 6 or 7 types of rings offered. They are pretty, don't get me wrong, and I wasn't expecting to get that $10,000 ring. But only two types? In an order of 12, and one of my rings was sized wrong. I brought this to their attention, and they emailed me back saying I'll be getting another ring that will fit. I am glad they are willing to fix that so quickly.

However, I realized that big orders will not increase my chances of different kinds of rings, even one so big as that, which was disappointing. So, in the future, I'll probably get smaller orders and just enjoy the candle or bomb since the rings are one in none.

I also want to mention that the vault prize rings are a big joke. Don't get anything clear or crystalline. It just looks like a tacky glue, and the ring is of very low quality. It may be free, but it's maybe for a child, not a collectible option.

In conclusion, the rings you buy, the celestial cloud bath bomb, the coal, and the wicked rings are of good quality and worth the cost. However, I would not get a lot for the rings or for the staining properties of the wicked bath bombs. Overall, Fragrant Jewels is a great online store that offers unique products that are worth trying.

Fragrant Jewels Fragrant Jewels Review: Great Product, Disappointing Customer Service

Been using Fragrant Jewels for three years now, and I gotta say, I'm still a fan. Their customer service is usually top-notch, but I gotta say, I'm pretty disappointed with them right now. It's never been this hard to get in touch with them before. I made a mistake on their website and tried to make a purchase four times, only to be told my credit card info was wrong. I know, I know, it was my fault, but still. I reached out to them through their website on Sunday night, but didn't hear back until Tuesday. I even tried messaging them on Facebook, but still nothing. I was getting pretty frustrated, so I threatened to go to my bank if I didn't hear back from them soon. Lo and behold, my order was cancelled the next morning, but still no reply from them. I had to call their customer service line, and the guy I spoke to was shocked that I had to contact them so many times. He was really nice and helped me out, but I still haven't received any acknowledgement emails or messages on Facebook. It shouldn't be this hard to get in touch with customer service and fix a problem caused by their website. And it's not like I only heard from them after I posted a negative review or anything... oh wait, that's exactly what happened. I'm pretty sure they only responded to me because I left a bad review. Come on, guys, you can do better than this. The product is great, but the customer service needs some work.

Update: Okay, I'm changing my review from three stars to two stars. Why? Because after I left my initial review, they sent me FOUR emails asking how they did. They closed my issue without even talking to me, and then had the nerve to send me a Facebook ad. Seriously? Finally, someone reached out to me and said they'd help me out, but where were they when I had my initial concern? Do I have to curse and scream to get heard around here? This online customer service needs a serious revamp. It's not okay to ignore loyal customers and only respond when they leave a bad review.

Fragrant Jewels Disappointing Experience with Fragrant Jewels: Delayed Order and Poor Customer Service

I recently made an order on Fragrant Jewels website on December 12th. I was excited to receive my order before Christmas, but unfortunately, it did not arrive. I checked my account and saw that my order status was still pending. I contacted customer service on December 28th to inquire about my order status. I was informed that the Holiday Magic - Bath Bomb was unavailable and was asked if I could switch it out for something else. At first, I was hesitant because I wanted what I originally ordered, but I finally agreed. The Holiday Magic - Bath Bomb was switched out for the Winter Solstice - Bath Bomb, and my complete order was supposed to be shipped out again.

I was also told that my free birthday gift would be included. I waited patiently for my order, but it did not arrive within a reasonable time. I called customer service again to inquire about my order status. I explained that the tracking listed in my account did not work, and there was still no way to track it. I was told that I would receive my order within 7 to 10 days of the order date, but this did not happen. Each time I called customer service, I was given a different answer and promise with no real solution. I was told that I would receive my order at the very latest on January 11th. Today is the 13th, and I have only received one egg-shaped bath bomb and an ugly ring that I did not even order. I still have not received my actual order.

Today, I called to complain, but I was put on hold and transferred between three different people and ignored. I have started a fraud claim with my bank, but I was told that I needed to be sure to close my account with them so that further shipments would not come through. When I called back, I reached the same lady I had spoken to a few times before regarding this issue, and we ended up arguing. After I specifically told her that I did not receive my order and only got a bath bomb I did not order, she tried to say that her system said my original order had been delivered and that I needed to take pictures to prove it was wrong.

Overall, I am disappointed with my experience with Fragrant Jewels. The customer service was not helpful, and I did not receive my order as expected. I hope that they can improve their service in the future.

Fragrant Jewels Fragrant Jewels Review: Poor Quality Products, Shipping Delays, and Terrible Customer Service

I've been a customer of Fragrant Jewels for a little over a year now and I have to say, things have gone downhill. At first, everything was great, but now it takes a whopping 30-45 days before my orders are even shipped out. And let me tell you, the issue isn't with the shipping companies like Fedex or USPS. It's all on Fragrant Jewels. They're constantly releasing new products and billing people, but they're not shipping out orders or they're shipping out "replacements" because they oversold something. It's a mess.

The quality of their bath bombs has also gone down. I mean, I've bought higher quality bath bombs from the Dollar Tree. And don't even get me started on the jewelry. Sure, some of it is pretty, but the quality is like something you'd get out of a coin machine at Walmart for a quarter. Half the time it's broken before it even comes out of the product.

Their candles are also a disaster. They don't burn clean and will ruin the walls of your house. Even if you trim the wick and only burn it for 4 hours, you'll still get soot all over your home. It's just not worth it.

So, I decided to cancel my subscription and sent an email to customer service stating as much. But, of course, I got a reply saying I had to call to cancel. So, I did. And I was on hold for an hour. Since calling didn't work, I sent another email with a copy of Fragrant Jewels' Terms and Conditions, which clearly state that you can cancel by email.

But, I haven't heard anything back. This company refuses to honor their own terms and conditions and I have a feeling they're going to illegally charge my card. It's a scam, plain and simple. Do not subscribe. If you still want to purchase from them, I highly suggest using a pre-paid debit card in the payment section.

Fragrant Jewels I was not happy with my product and wanted to cancel my membership

I was not happy with my product and wanted to cancel my membership. They make it nearly impossible to cancel. You can only call a customer service number that places you on hold for hours. I was on hold 2 hours before I have up and tried again another day, to which I was on hold for over an hour before I had to hang up. I emailed them repeatedly to no actual response. I messaged them on Facebook. They told me they cancelled my membership on an earlier date and emailed me. They had not. They had emailed me to tell me that they weren't able to cancel through email and to call customer service. I logged into the website and it still said I was subscribed and due to be billed for my next product. I messaged directly on Facebook again and told them I was looking at my account, it says it's active. They told me it was wrong. I asked for proof. They gave me a link that didn't work. This company is SHADY! I would never recommend their subscription. Their website is misleading and not user friendly. Customer service is a joke.

Signed up for texts for "free ring". Link broken. Back and forth with them finally get a new link. Works once before it becomes a dead link. Specify item I want from what I could remember. They come back with "choose one and check availability of size". Well I can't because the link is dead. So not only did it take 3 weeks to ship but they didn't include the item I'd asked for or even an alternative. Never agaaaaaiiiinn

First of all I noticed what the ComplaintsBoard.com issued concerns about and they are still doing these things: Making claims: -LIMITED TIME OFFER AVAILABLE FOR INNER CIRCLE MEMBERS ONLY" (Associated countdown timer continuously restarts when the time hits zero) - "No Obligation, cancel at any time," "Freedom to Cancel Any Time," "You'll love the monthly gifts so much that you'll never want to miss out. But you can cancel anytime, for any reason, or no reason. It's totally up to you," and "$32.95/ month CANCEL ANYTIME." - Inner Circle Members have access to the Inner Circle Facebook Group for exclusive perks It seems to me they're using a bait advertising in their website and emails. I did sign up for their Inner Circle solely based on the understanding that once I did I could join their Facebook group and if I got candle/bath bombs from a monthly subscription that I didn't like I could easily trade with others in the group. I consistently got my request to join declined after becoming an Inner Circle member and wasn't the only person to receive that treatment. I contacted them by Messenger and was assured that I would get access but instead I never did. They claimed that my issue would be "escalated" to their administrator but it never was resolved. I have only been a subscribed member for a little over a month and I only received one order that was not a subscription box; it arrived somewhat quickly after it finally shipped but took a while to get shipped. The products themselves were not bad; I ordered 2 bath bombs. I am about to receive the monthly subscription box and do not like the theme it is so I am unhappy about not being able to trade with anyone. I am strongly considering canceling next month because in an entire month they refuse to let me be in their advertised group. It's a part of the membership perks but obviously not everyone is getting that perk! It's all false advertising. I really hope they don't do to me what other people say they do. If so I will be back to complain about that too.

I am not able to amend my previous review so I'm writing a new one. I had some issues with a link not working for a free ring, but after this review a customer service representative reached out and I was able to pick out 2 rings which were shipped to me. I am thankful that they resolved the issue because I really actually love the candles and the bath bombs, and now I feel good about future transactions.

Let me start by saying I have been an Inner Circle customer for almost a year & I immediately purchased multiple inner circle sets to get the rare sets faster and I did. I started with rares my second month! So I bought two sets a month up until this month (October) on top of countless orders of their other sets they released throughout the year. Thousands of dollars later, they do a giveaway for this Halloween. It ends the 19th. Well I was in 1st place with over 80k entries that I earned from promoting this company on every single social media outlet imaginable! They got plenty of advertisement from me and I'm sure new customers. How have I been thanked?! Well they used a bot to rack up more points than I had to be in 1st place. How do I know it was a bot?! Because nobody on social media (I checked every single social media outlet) has posted about this giveaway (which you need to share your link for it to gain entries) other than me! She or he who's name is Karry, is not a member of the IC Facebook group, doesn't follow them on Facebook nor Instagram nor tiktok which is all needed to gain entries in this giveaway. You seeing the picture here?! I'll go on... we'll it took me weeks to get where I was with over 80k entries but this bot goes above me within days?!? Interesting to say the least. But then what's more, the company TOOK MY POINTS DOWN TO 30k! I emailed them 6 times over two weeks and have been ignored or told it was escalated to someone else. I am now canceling my membership because I refuse to buy anything from a company who does shady things like this! If you do giveaways then do them honestly ! Don't cheat and fake it! And now so ironically another "bot" is coming for 2nd place which I am somehow in but with extremely lower points that I have earned. But within a day this BOT has gotten near where I am with the cut points I have. There are TWO grand prize winners first and second place with most points so it makes sense they need two bots to win so they don't have to give away $420 of product. They do these fake giveaways in order to promote all their new Halloween products as if they don't already make enough money off them! What a horrible cheat of a company. I hope they go out of business for what they've done. On top of all the countless shady doings people have said on here. This is just the cake topper for me.

Fragrant Jewels I have been a member of Fragrant Jewel's "Inner Circle" since the end of January

I have been a member of Fragrant Jewel's "Inner Circle" since the end of January . I really enjoyed the products, the prices seemed fair and at first I was getting what I ordered. Over the last 2 months it has done a complete 180. I have gotten wrong sizes, damaged products and wrong products entirely and that's AFTER waiting a month for your order to come in. I get items from WISH faster. Emailing their customer service is like emailing a dark hole and I have now been on hold 30 minutes waiting for a "supervisor" AFTER waiting 30 minutes to get to a customer service rep in the first place. I get this is a pandemic, but in my mind that means they should be stepping up with their service, not treating their long term customers worse. Keep in mind, this same company sends out daily "look what's for sale" emails, so I get a frequent reminder that they only care about the money, and they come from the same email as order status info, so I can't just put it to my spam, or I risk missing something. It all seems pretty shady.

This is by far one of the absolute worst companies I have EVER boughten from, and I've boughten things that I never received! But, to start we will go back to 2016 when they were first getting started I subscribed to the monthly service had it for a few months but decided I was done because I would either never get my candles or they were the wrong size or my mailman was stealing them, etc., etc. The customer service was no help then and I "canceled" my membership 3 separate times and it still was not canceled (Big Surprise). I finally had to change my credit card number and I thought I was safe... WRONG! In late 2017, I think around November, Fragrant Jewels went behind my back and my credit card companies back and went directly to Master Card and told them that I still owed them all this money for over 1 1/2 years subscription, AND MASTER CARD GAVE THEM MY NEW CREDIT CARD NUMBER! They tried to charge my credit over $400, lucky because I was broke at the time my card was a little up there in charges and they were only able to charge $250 or something but still. I ended up having to change my card number another 3 times over the next year because of this company! I will also say the ring quality used to be so much better back then though, everything was actually sterling silver none of this Rhodium stuff, which I asked is just a coating for a BRASS band, so when your Rhodium "plating" (its not plated its dipped/painted) begins to tarnish (AND IT WILL TARNISH) have fun with having a green finger because that was brass does to your skin. I found out about the brass bands because I recently thought what the heck I'll make a purchase and see, well boy that was a mistake. I ordered the Gold mystery bundle that is no longer on the website where they were promising no duplicates! Now whether they meant of the rings or the products I do not know but the entire box was essentially duplicates. Out of everything I got 4 candles 3 of them were the same, and 10 bath bombs which 9 of them were the same style and scent just differently colored. All the rings in them were completely useless, unattractive and you guessed it Rhodium "plated". I did call in and customer service realized the mistake and sent me items that were not duplicates but they are also Rhodium plated so I will not even bother wearing them seeing as I am allergic to the metal underneath and would rather not have a reaction and a green finger. Only very few items in my opinion are worth it on the site. You can filter search and select "925 sterling silver" if you want a silver ring without a green finger. Overall I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone you like or care about because it's just a headache and not worth dealing with them!

Fragrant Jewels I have had nothing but trouble from this company!

I have had nothing but trouble from this company! I moved and notified them to change my address...ANYTHING you need to do on the website you have to go through the NO customer service team. They have repeatedly told me...not to worry, your address has been changed, but every-time it isn't! I have to micromanage my shipments. They are charging me for shipments and then I have to essentially do their job for them. Its complete BS! When they finally do email me back its we will send out a new shipment. BUT ITS SHIPPED TO THE WRONG ADDRESS YET AGAIN. OH and you have to wait WEEKS to get the replacement. In my case I still didn't get it because they cant get my address right. Once I get away from this company I will be so grateful! I will go to lush and get their stuff and freaking throw one of my own rings into the tub. UGHHHH just sooooo overly frustrated I cant stand it. OH and there is NO PERKS FYI...All the free offers and such...no you have to pay full price plus shipping for something to get anything free. The points that you want to cash in for free stuff...Yeah you have to buy something at full price plus shipping to get it...Cant even use a promo with it. This company is soooo miss-leading. I would give no stars if I could!

I ordered over $100 dollars in items for my girlfriend for Christmas and was assured over the phone that they would be received on time. The items were ordered in early November, giving ample time to inform me of any issues. My order never arrived and said "pending" as of December 30th so I contacted them via e-mail. I was told that they were having shipping issues due to covid but that my order was processing but would ship within a week. On January 20th, I contacted them again as the order still said pending, customer service said that I never ordered anything from them because they have no record. I asked to speak with someone higher up about this issue and was given attitude and the woman hung up on me. I'm quite polite and professional by phone, there was no need for anyone to be rude. I decided to file a ticket on their site and two days later, they sent me a reply saying, "there were problems with your order in the transition of our new system". So basically, they lost my order, refuse to admit they made a mistake and the items I wanted are no longer available. I asked for a refund and will never be ordering from this company again. They seem very sketchy and rude to paying customers. I'd give them less stars if that was possible.

If I could give zero stars I would! Iv been trying to end my subscription for two months! Was told to email, so I did, only to get one back stating I needed to call a number. So I called and was told it was canceled. But I'm still being billed! This is ridiculous!

They don't even deserve one star for the treatment and business they conduct. It takes many weeks to recieve orders and when some of those orders are wrong, broken or out.. it takes an act of God to get help. I have reported MANY times about their website as well. I cannot access my account or shopping cart. This happened last year and it took them a month to fix the problem. I am an IC member, and have put my monthly IC on hold, yet they charged me for another month without my permission. They've emailed me and insist I order by phone (which I will not). When I call for further assistance, I am placed on hold forever just to be disconnected. I have never dealt with a business where the customer has to beg to resolve issues at the fault of the company. They also pick and choose favorites, especially on the Facebook FJ IC group. While their favorite customers receive red carpet treatment, the rest of us are treated very poorly. I do not know how they've stayed in business with such poor business ethics. Buyers beware! The other bath bomb/candle companies are amazing. No shipping problems and orders are always correct. Fragrant Jewels should take lessons from those companies. I am canceling my IC membership today.. and I hope I don't have to wait an hour on hold just to be disconnected again.

Fragrant Jewels I ordered from them the end of January

I ordered from them the end of January. I never got any tracking or shipping and when my order arrived it was missing half the order. Things happen and items become out of stock, so I check my credit card to see if I was charged when the items shipped less. To my surprise I was charged the full $85 of my order and never got an email saying the items were unavailable. I contacted customer service who agreed to do a "one time" exchange if I picked out three new bath bombs of the same price. But here's the thing I ordered the three I wanted there wasn't much left in my size I was interested in. I asked for a refund on the missing items instead and was told they do not do returns. This would NOT be a return I wanted credit on the items I was charged for that THEY oversold and never sent me. I picked three bath bombs then was told I had to pick again because one was a membership only item and had to contact the customer service rep AGAIN because there were no bath bombs in my size at the price I paid for one of the three (it was a sale holiday item). All of this could've been cleared up with a refund of the missing unfulfilled part of the order and an apology. I hope the owner of this company orders a pizza that never shows up and he pays for, and when he calls the company they tell him they will send him a salad of his choosing in a month but no refund. Because that's what they did to me. Such a shame since they make a beautiful product.

This is the most crooked company I have ever ordered anything from. Originally I purchased one item (one item, not a subscription-and I was very careful about ONLY purchasing one item!) and somehow the company signed me up for a subscription and begun taking money out of my account every month. I purchased the first item in January. In February, they began taking a subscription fee and auto shipping deliveries. I called the customer support number to cancel the subscription which I never signed up for in the first place. I was told it was cancelled. The next month (mid-March) it charged me again and sent another shipment so I thought I would try to cancel the other way by sending in an email on March 29th asking to cancel to which they replied that someone would be in touch shortly to process my cancellation. I never heard back so I called the customer support number AGAIN and was told that they were very sorry and they do not know how I am continuing to be charged but that I was definitely cancelled THIS TIME. Alas, I was charged again this month AFTER having 2 phone calls in which I was told it was cancelled and sending an email. This is ridiculous! I never even signed up for a subscription in the first place. I am going to have to cancel my debit card and get a new one because of these crooks! Meanwhile, they have weasled an extra $120 out of my account when I originally only purchased ONE item. Worst company ever. If a class action lawsuit ever comes up, I am jumping on board. They should not be allowed to do this. I am mostly upset about the underhanded, illegal way they have done this but also I am more upset about the hassle of trying to cancel this stupid subscription than the money they have managed to force out of me.

Fragrant Jewels I have been ordering from this company for a little over a year

I have been ordering from this company for a little over a year. In the beginning everything was great. Now orders take 30-45 days before being shipped. Notice I said BEFORE being shipped, the issue isn't Fedex or USPS. This company is constantly putting out new products and billing people yet not shipping out orders or shipping out a "replacement" because they oversold something. The quality of the bath bombs has gone down. I have bought higher quality bath bombs from the Dollar Tree. I know what you're thinking, 'but the jewelry'. Yes some of the jewelry is pretty but the quality is like something from you get out of a coin machine at Walmart for a quarter. Half the time it's broken before it even comes out of the product. The candles do not burn clean and will ruin the walls of your house. Even with trimming the walking and only burning for 4 hours you will get soot all over your home. For all of these reasons and more I decided to cancel and sent an email to customer service stating as much. Got a reply that I had to call to cancel and I did...was on hold for an hour. Since calling didn't work I sent another email with a copy of Fragrant Jewels Terms and Conditions:

d. FRAGRANT JEWELS INNER CIRCLE MEMBERSHIP CANCELLATION. You may cancel your Fragrant Jewels Inner Circle Membership at any time. To cancel, please call Customer Support at ... or email us at ...

Clearly the ToC states in plain language that yes you can cancel by email. So I included this in my second request to cancel and have heard noting. This company refuses to honor their own terms/conditions and have every intention of illegally charging my card. This company is a scam do not subscribe. If you still want to purchase then I highly suggest using a pre-paid debit card in the payment section.

Not to be trusted. They don't care about you! I have been an "Inner Circle" member since January and the quality of their products and services have really decreased in the last couple years. I frequently would receive candles with barely any scent. The price of their bath bombs keeps rising but their size is getting smaller. If you get a ring that's damaged or the wrong size, they will send you a replacement in a crappy envelope that is barely protected. I've received numerous replacement rings from them only to have them be bent or completely smashed. It becomes pointless after a while. I've even asked in an email if they could send the ring in a small box or better packaging, only to hear back "we'll try". They seem to not care at all. Their customer service is HORRIBLE. It clearly states in their terms and conditions that you can call or email them at any time. But once you email them, they will try to harass you into calling, saying things like "for faster service please call", and then they will try to sell you more product over the phone. If you try to cancel your subscription, they'll try to convince you to just "pause" it instead. They have a points based system where you can use earned "points" towards free product, including a trip to LA. Anyone who purchases from them will earns points, not just Inner Circle members. If you try to cancel your Inner Circle subscription, they'll sometimes threaten you by saying you will loose all of your points, which is false. I tried cancel my Inner Circle subscription via email (they told me I had to call, but I ignored them) only to have them sign me back up using a different form of payment 6 months later! Pretty sure that's fraud. I told them to delete my account with them, but it's still there. Now I feel like I need to watch closely so they don't charge me again.

Fragrant Jewels I've been a customer for a couple of years

I've been a customer for a couple of years. Until this year, things have went well. The quality of the bath bombs and candles was pretty good and even though you may get a dupe on a ring - I personally wasn't too bothered by it. Shipping had also been more regular - until this year. I know there have been challenges for this company dealing with COVID changes and mail disruptions but it doesn't excuse the poor customer service that has suddenly become rampant, or the strange production/shipping mishaps. I've had multiple orders sit for a long period of time and then suddenly get shipped out only to have them arrive with the wrong size ring. For example - I ordered five bath bombs in a size 8. I received them and of the five, only one was the correct size. The other four were size 6, size 7 and size 9. I emailed CS (who did respond!) and they sent me an email back saying they would ship four replacement rings, one from each perspective collection that was wrong. These were not "rare" or short time collections, heck, one of them was from a "random" collection meaning I could get anything! I waited for a couple weeks but the four rings were never shipped. I emailed CS again and got no response. I finally called as I was having issues with other orders from them. The agent told me that they were "processing" and they would be going out soon. The rings still had not been sent out when I called again for another issue. I emailed again and finally got a response that said that all the rings in a size 8 were sold out - yet I could clearly order them from the website! How can you advertise something for sale if you don't have it? That sounds fraudulent to me. I have been dealing with this issue since September 18th! It's October 30th and there is still no movement on shipping me those four replacement rings. Offering somebody rewards points for a missing item is not acceptable. I'm not asking for anything special...just what I paid for!

Fragrant Jewels Fragrant Jewels' Halloween Wicked Candle: A Disappointing Bait and Switch

I gotta say, I was a huge fan of Fragrant Jewels and their Halloween Original Wicked Candle. It was my absolute favorite scent in the whole wide world, and I always made sure to stock up on a bunch of them to last me throughout the year. Unfortunately, this year in 2022, I bought 12 of them for around $300 and I gotta tell ya, it's just not the same candle or fragrance formula from years gone by. I tried talking to their customer service reps and they swear up and down that the Wicked "Classic" is the same as it always was, but I have three candles left from previous years and I can absolutely, verifiably prove that it's not!

Honestly, I'm pretty disappointed in Fragrant Jewels. They used to be a great company, but now they're just baiting and switching and offering subpar products and customer service representation. I'd definitely recommend staying away from them and being careful if you're thinking about buying anything from them. It's a total ripoff, and I don't think they deserve anything higher than an F rating.

Fragrant Jewels Disappointing Experience with Fragrant Jewels: Glittery Bath Bomb and Unauthorized Charges

So, I decided to give Fragrant Jewels a try and ordered one of their bath bombs. I was excited to see what it would be like, but unfortunately, I was disappointed with my purchase. The bath bomb was filled with glitter, which was pretty, but that's all there was to it. It reminded me of a bath bomb that you would give to a child, as it didn't offer anything else besides glitter and food coloring.

To make matters worse, Fragrant Jewels charged my credit card without my authorization and sent me another box of their products. I tried calling them multiple times, but I never received a call back. When they finally emailed me back, the person who handled my request was beyond ignorant. I'm still waiting for a call back or email confirming that they canceled my membership, which I never signed up for in the first place. They just added it to my one order.

Overall, I was extremely disappointed with my experience with Fragrant Jewels. I will not be using them again and would highly recommend that you take your business elsewhere. There are plenty of other places that are worth it, such as Lush. Don't waste your time or money on Fragrant Jewels.

Fragrant Jewels Terrible Customer Service and Unreliable Delivery Times from Fragrant Jewels

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Fragrant Jewels. I placed an order almost a month ago and have yet to receive it. I have called their customer service multiple times, but it has been a complete joke. Every time I call, my delivery date changes and I am left feeling frustrated and confused.

To make matters worse, customer service has refused to give me a refund until Monday, April 4th. This is unacceptable. I have already waited long enough and should not have to wait even longer for a refund.

When I asked customer service what they could do to help me in the meantime, they offered me the option to purchase 5 emergency bath bombs until my order arrives. Are you kidding me? I haven't even received my first order and they expect me to order something else from them?

I decided to take matters into my own hands and called FedEx to see if they could help me. Unfortunately, they directed me back to Fragrant Jewels, which was absolutely no help at all.

I am beyond frustrated with this company and will never purchase anything from them again. I even posted a bad review earlier, but it was taken down. It seems like they don't want customers to know how bad their customer service really is.

In conclusion, I would advise anyone considering purchasing from Fragrant Jewels to think twice. Their customer service is terrible and their delivery times are unreliable. Save yourself the hassle and shop elsewhere.

Fragrant Jewels Misleading Subscription: Fragrant Jewels Black Cat Candle Review

So, I wanted to surprise my sister with a black cat candle from Fragrant Jewels for her birthday. The candle was really good, smelled amazing and was of good quality. However, my sister was super bummed because there wasn't a ring in it. I was confused because I got charged $35 for the candle. So, I decided to check their website and log in to my account. To my surprise, I found out that I had been automatically signed up for a monthly subscription. I was super confused and didn't know what to do.

I tried to cancel the subscription, but the only way to do so was to call or email them. I found it super shady, but I decided to call them. Claudia answered the phone and she was super nice and helpful. However, she kept trying to push products and different things on me, and I just wanted the account cancelled.

Overall, I was pretty sad because I originally really liked this company, but after this whole ordeal, I have no interest in buying from them again. It's a shame because their candles are really good, but the whole subscription thing is just too much. I wish they would make it easier to cancel and not try to push products on their customers.

Fragrant Jewels Buyer Beware: Fragrant Jewels' Recurring Purchase Scam

I gotta say, I bought a gift set from Fragrant Jewels for my daughter and she was really into it. She loved the product and the jewelry that came with it. But, I gotta be real with y'all, this company ain't all sunshine and rainbows. They signed me up for a recurring purchase without my consent. I called to cancel after receiving the first order, but they still charged my credit card the following month. I even emailed and called in a second time, but they still didn't cancel my membership. I had to call in a third time and ask for the operator's name (Eric) just to make sure they got the message. I even asked for an email confirmation, but I still haven't received anything.

Let me tell you, there's no easy way to cancel your membership. You can't do it online, you gotta call in and talk to someone. And even then, they might not cancel it. It's a real pain in the butt.

Honestly, I'm giving them two stars just because my daughter liked the product. But, they probably deserve one star for all the trouble they caused me. I had to dispute the charge with my credit card company just to stop any future charges.

So, my advice to y'all is to stay away from this company. They make it way too difficult to cancel your membership.

So, I was pretty excited to order a ring candle from Fragrant Jewels, but boy was I in for a surprise. I didn't realize that my purchase automatically enrolled me into their inner circle, which I definitely don't have the money for. I tried emailing them four times to cancel, but it took forever for them to respond and confirm that they actually canceled it. Now, I'm just hoping that I'll actually receive my candle since they already took the money out of my card. I had to send yet another email to follow up because if I don't get it, I'm going to be so angry.

Honestly, Fragrant Jewels needs to step up their game. They should have an online option to cancel orders instead of just calling or emailing. And why don't they have a way to delete your card information from your profile? It's frustrating that they don't make it easy for their customers. I was just trying to get a nice Christmas gift for a friend, but now I'm regretting my decision to order from this site.

Don't get me wrong, the idea of a ring inside a bath bomb or candle is pretty cool, but I would recommend finding a different website to order from. Fragrant Jewels Terrible Customer Service and Defective Product: My Experience with Fragrant Jewels

So, I decided to try out Fragrant Jewels after receiving some bath bombs as gifts and enjoying them. However, the one I purchased was a complete disaster. It didn't fizz at all, which was a huge disappointment. To make matters worse, it stained my hands just from unwrapping it, and it badly stained my tub. I was surprised because this bath bomb was light-colored, while the previous ones I had received were dark, and they never stained anything.

When I reached out to customer support, I was met with some of the rudest agents I have ever encountered. They made some ridiculous comments, suggesting that I should dilute the bath bomb in another tank first. I mean, seriously? That would completely defeat the purpose of using a bath bomb. When I explained that I had only touched it directly when unwrapping it, they accused me of holding onto it the whole time. It was clear that they were not interested in making things right, and they refused to follow consumer laws about defective products.

I was so disappointed with the way I was treated that I will never purchase anything from Fragrant Jewels again. The rude agents I spoke to were named Mauricio Segura and Leonard Gonzalez. If I were management at Fragrant Jewels, I would fire them immediately. It's obvious that they aren't being paid enough and are deliberately being nasty and unhelpful to scare away customers.

Yo, so I gotta update y'all on my experience with Fragrant Jewels. The products themselves are pretty dope, I ain't gonna lie. But let me tell you about these so-called "gifts" they be advertising. First off, all of them require you to make a purchase. Ain't no such thing as a free lunch, am I right? They got this VIP membership thing where you get codes to redeem for points, but guess what? You can't actually use those points unless you buy something else. So you're paying monthly just to have the privilege of spending more money. And don't even get me started on their "prizes". They make it seem like you could win a trip or something, but if you do the math, you realize you're basically paying for it yourself. It's a scam, plain and simple.

But here's the real kicker - their customer service is straight up trash. I tried to leave a comment on their Instagram about my experience and they straight up blocked me and my friend. Like, what kind of shady business is that? It's like they don't want people to know the truth. And let me tell you, the truth hurts.

So, my advice to y'all is to take your $35 or $40 and spend it somewhere else. Don't fall for their gimmicks and false advertising. It's not worth the headache.

Fragrant Jewels Inner circle

On 2/23/23 I received a text message back from Fragrant Jewels saying that you would close the account as I had requested. However, the next month I again received a candle. I emailed and asked, again, that the account be closed. In April, I received another candle and was once again charged. In May, I called [protected]. There was no answer and the message said I could not leave a message because the phone VM had not been set up. I had previously called a different number and left a message saying I wanted to close the account and have the payments for the last three months returned to me. I am becoming very frustrated about the inability to contact you or get my refunds.

Well I finally used them to get a Satin ring, they sent the wrong size! When I contacted them, regarding the issue they refused to fix the issue in a fair way! And to top it off the ring fell apart, the stone fell out! All I ask is that they send me an undamaged satin ring in the correct size, I spent my earned points on it and I would like what I ordered! It doesn't even have to be a wicked satin, one of the original big stone satins would be an perfectly fine substitute if for some reason you are out! Oh, and I am not the only one they have done this to, they sent the wrong size satin rewards point store ring to a lot of customers and refused to fix it for them as well! SOUNDS LIKE SOME KIND OF SCAM TO ME!

I called the company on 6/4 to cancel my "membership". The company said it had been canceled and I would receive an email confirmation. I waited all day. First thing in the morning on 6/7, my card had been charged for another order. Now they won't pick up the phone.

About 6 months ago my wife purchased an item from fragrant jewels website using my debit card. About 4 months later they charged my card for 70$. I called and got my money back and requested to get my card removed from the account. Today. I get another 35$ charge. After they told me that my card had been removed.

I have had several orders where they did not send me the items I ordered or they were damaged/broken, or they were the wrong sizes. When I would call CS they will not fix the issue and just place me on hold for extended periods of time hoping I will hang up. I have waited on the line for over 2 hours several times and then they would just hang up on me. They also refuse to issue any refunds.

I placed orders with Fragrant Jewels because of their bonus offer of a *** ring with purchase. None of my orders contained the ring advertised instead each order contained a plated ring. I notified the company and was told that they would send me the correct rings. The package *** and contained the very same and wrong *** Once again I contacted them and this time was told "sorry we are out of them". I told them this was not an acceptable answer and was told that only plated rings were available. There is a huge difference between what I ordered and what is now offered. I have had quality, packaging, wrong and missing items and delivery problems with this company. I'm aware that issues happen and I have always given them the chance to correct them. This is a case of bait and switch. I have spent too much money to let this this dishonesty happen any longer.

Seems like a sham company. I ordered a product forever ago. It shipped *** but I have yet to receive it. They refuse to cancel my account unless I call them even though in their terms its states you can cancel by email. Customer service is atrocious.

I signed up for their subscription to get the reduced price. I tried to sign back in to cancel and got a message that my email wasn't recognized. The same email where they keep sending shipping notifications. I have sent MULTIPLE requests to cancel and the don't answer. I finally got a reply that gave me the date I signed up but NO HELP for canceling. I wish the products were even half as good as their theft by deception methods

I emailed several times and no replies. Finally last week a customer rep responded and I had received the correct ifem, 2 months later. No mention of the refund due to their negligence, lack of integrity and blatant disrespect of customers. I was offered 200 points for my "inconvenience" and " time" to get this resolved. I do not find that acceptable because I know ever single company has the ability to issue a refund, the just don't wantvto. So now I'm asking for a full and immediate refund from Fragrance Jewels in the amount of *** Thank you.

I am still receiving charges from them. This has been a back and fourth issue from 2019 till present. I am wanting my money back that was charged to me in error.

On 2/26 I purchased the aquamarine set for *** I was impressed with the quality of the candle and bath bomb, but I was unaware of the *** membership that you automatically begin paying for when you purchase a product. I emailed the email address to cancel the subscription service I did not ask for, but I was offered no help. I'm young and do not have a lot of money and I cannot afford to have monthly charges on my card. I want to CANCEL my inner circle membership and I do not want my payment information stored on my account.

Fragrant Jewels This company is a complete scam

This company is a complete scam. They charged my debit card 3 weeks after I called and canceled my "subscription" which I never actually signed up for On 4/13 I was charged $36.05 on my debit card for an "April subscription box" with a cleopatra candle and bath bomb. I called almost 1 month prior to the date I was charged, to cancel a membership that I had not signed up for. The live body on the other side told me my "membership" had been canceled and that I would no longer be charged, and yet I have been charged again. They do not give you the option to pause or cancel a membership online, so you must call, and trust in a someone you don't know. I did trust this process and I was lied to and stolen from. This is completely not okay. The FedEx tracking number for the items that I did NOT purchase is XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX. My account is still active on their site as well, and claims I will be charged again on may 13th. Please help me rectify my money and get this company shut down.

After 5 weeks of holding funds, my order was cancelled against my will and no notification of lack of product was given until I inquired after weeks. I placed an order on Dec. 10 and was not notified until I inquired - 5 weeks later - that they were out of stock. I wanted exactly what I ordered, not a replacement, as the items were sentimental gifts meant for loved ones for the holiday. I was clear when I said I didn't want to cancel or a refund and they cancelled my order against my wishes regardless and then offered no other solution after the fact. I understand that some items may not be available, but I was not contacted to be given the chance to change my order until long after the holiday and long after the order was placed. Then, every person I spoke to told me that despite it all being their fault, they couldn't do anything because they cancelled my order. WHAT?

This company had charged me each month after I placed an order for one item I have been charged 3 time. I never signed up for a monthly subscription with them and even if I had, I have not received any items in response to a subscription. They are taking money from me without giving me anything in return, which I did not sign up for in the first place. Customer service has not returned a single email and can not get anyone on the phone for customer service either.

Fragrant Jewels keeps sending me products I didn't order. I think I got a subscription unintentionally. I've tried to cancel the website confusing. I ordered products before Christmas. No intention of subscribing but that appears to be what happened. I want this to stop, I didn't wittingly consent to this. I need help unsubscribing from them, their website is vague and they're hard to communicate with.

Fragrant Jewels After placing, and paying for a large order on 11/26, items are still undelivered

After placing, and paying for a large order on 11/26, items are still undelivered. Order has not left the facility. 6 weeks later, no product. On 11/26 I ordered from Fragrant Jewels for a Christmas gift. The order totaled over $100. After multiple emails, I was told that my order had never made it to be processed, even though my payment was processed the same day. I was informed that items in my order were now out of stock and I would need to choose other items. I did so, and was assured the entire order would ship out in 3 to 5 days. This was 3 days before Xmas. After this point, I heard nothing else from the company until Jan 5th, when I received an email stating my order was ready and tracking information would be provided once it shipped. It is now Jan 13th. I have received no such information, and not another word from Fragrant Jewels. It has been 6 weeks since I ordered. They have taken my money and provided not one item from my order. When I check the progress of the order online, it cannot be found. Order # ***.

Fragrant Jewels I have contacted Fragrant Jewels at least 10 times with no resolve to this issue

I have contacted Fragrant Jewels at least 10 times with no resolve to this issue. Nothing is ever resolved. I placed an order around Dec 3. The order number was #XXXXXXXXA_ED has since been canceled with no luck having my money refunded. I have been assured over and over again it would be refunded. I have contacted my Credit Card Company Comenity and there are absolutely are no credits from Fragrant Jewels, even though they insist they have refunded 73.00 and that was not actually refunded just adjusted. I have 2 charges on my account one for 48.31 and the other 40.36 both times for adjustments and charged twice for the same order. Finally I canceled the order due to no one doing their job correctly. I have been assured over and over again my money would be refunded and my last contact was yesterday when I requested an email showing all the actions from this order and the credits they claim went onto my account. I recieved no emails, I spoke to *** on my last two calls. I did not recieve an order instead I have two charges that I need refunded. for 48.31 and 40.36 for 88.67. I know Covid slowed things down but this had nothing to do with Covid rather than follow through.

Fragrant Jewels Claimed I would be shipped different product if I bought certain items

Claimed I would be shipped different product if I bought certain items. Was not given the different product. I have been a fragrant jewels inner circle subscriber for a year now. They have a thing if you purchase sets before your monthly shipment they will send you something new you haven't had. On September 9th I placed order and according to the site I qualified for what they call a rare. Then on September 12th I got a notification that they were shipping me the exact same product I just bought. I quickly canceled the order and asked what was going on. I sent repeated emails asking what was wrong. They never answered so asked me to rate their customer service. I sent a total of four support tickets one was answered on the 20th. They explained because I paid FULL PRICE for an item instead of using their discount store I would not qualify for a shipment of a product I didn't have. Then I asked repeatedly through emails and social media if there was any way to fix this and mark my account as having that item so I wouldn't have to buy the same product again. They did not answer until October 2nd this time and the answer was basically a non-answer and I was again asked to rate their service. I would not recommend this horrible company to my worst enemy!

FragrantJewel refuse to refund the sales tax for the items I never received. On Nov 3, 2020, 4:59 PM PST, I emailed Fragrant jewels about order number XXXXXXXX. The order contained an order for a Death by Chocolate bathbomb set for $ *** plus sales tax. When the order arrived to my home, those items were missing from it. I reviewed my credit card back to Oct. 12, 2020 the date of the sale and found no refund for the items missing from this order. I informed FJ that they advertised those items in my size when i ordered. They accepted my order and payment without indicating these items were out of stock. They shipped the order on Oct. 27 with still no credit to my card. They sat on my money all that time with no word that they couldn't fill the order. I contacted them they needed to resolve the matter and that this was the third order messed up in a row. They refunded the cost of the order but not the sales tax. This was not a return. It was a purchase never received and I'm being charged sales tax for it. I was refunded sales tax before for items never received and I should be refunded now for *** It may be a small amount but the whole process of selling products that are never shipped out and that are never credited until the customer complains about it is shady and this company needs to stop using other peoples money.

Fragrant Jewels Very late order I made on January 25, is still processing as of February 24

I placed an order on January 25, and as of February 24, it's still processing. It hasn't shipped, and I suspect it's not made yet. There's been no update on why it's still pending after almost a month. Delays are understandable, but this is excessive. I'm upset about the lack of progress. I placed another order on February 2, which I've received, raising questions about the delay of my first order. I'm wondering when I will get an update or shipment. Delays due to COVID-19 are expected, but communication is key. I've tried to contact the business but found no contact info, leading me here to seek assistance.

Placed order on 11/2, waited for products to ship. Received notification for product delivered. NEVER RECEIVED IT. Tracked it back to LA. I placed an order on 11/2. Waited for shipment, received an email on 11/11 saying it will be delivered that day. 11/12 received another email saying has been delivered. NEVER RECEIVED PACKAGE! Checked the tracking there was a duplicate of order. It was shipped back to the company in LA! Emailed and talked to customer service told me to wait couple more days package was still not delivered. He supposedly sent another one out to replace, saying due to Covid it May have been lost. I've been checking the 2nd new shipment, it's been shipped and expected delivery date should have been 11/27 but it's already been way past the second delivery attempt as well. The shipment is not even scheduled to be delivered, I don't know where the package is at. All I know is that I will not invest in their products anymore. You only get the hassle of worry about a packaged that doesn't even get an attempted delivery. I wasted money to invest in their products and it just wastes my time trying to hunt and track down something I paid for. I can't tell how crappy if it's with this company and it's delivery method or who they chose to deliver their products. Either way fragrant jewels is a nightmare and hassle and same with Fedex.

I tried to receive a refund for a product I did not order nor was I told was going to be placed. Customer service refused the refund. I placed an order on 8/4 with this company. I did receive the order, after engaging customer service because I was given no confirmation or tracking. After receiving the poor quality item, I went to my account to ensure I was not on a subscription, as the site did indicate they had a subscription service. No where on my actual account profile did it state I was on a subscription, and it even asked for me to enroll in the subscription service- after scouring the site I was convinced I was not enrolled, as there was no indication, nor any email indicating I had signed up. On 9/8 my bank showed a charge from this company of *** I received no email stating an order was processing or that my card would be charged. I called the company to remedy the issue and they were unwilling to assist past cancelling the subscription for future months. I asked them to explain why no where on my account did it state clearly that there was a subscription tied to my account nor did I receive any emails or anything showing that I was going to be charged, and they did not have an answer other than the "help" section stated that you had to call to cancel a subscription. I requested a supervisor and they also refused to do anything because it had a "tracking number" generated. I asked to be able to return the product and they stated that was not a valid option. Not only was the product cheap, and something I do not want to ever use, the website feels intentionally deceptive in not outright stating under the account profile that there is an active subscription plan.
