First of all I noticed what the ComplaintsBoard.com issued concerns about and they are still doing these things: Making claims: -LIMITED TIME OFFER AVAILABLE FOR INNER CIRCLE MEMBERS ONLY" (Associated countdown timer continuously restarts when the time hits zero) - "No Obligation, cancel at any time," "Freedom to Cancel Any Time," "You'll love the monthly gifts so much that you'll never want to miss out. But you can cancel anytime, for any reason, or no reason. It's totally up to you," and "$32.95/ month CANCEL ANYTIME." - Inner Circle Members have access to the Inner Circle Facebook Group for exclusive perks It seems to me they're using a bait advertising in their website and emails. I did sign up for their Inner Circle solely based on the understanding that once I did I could join their Facebook group and if I got candle/bath bombs from a monthly subscription that I didn't like I could easily trade with others in the group. I consistently got my request to join declined after becoming an Inner Circle member and wasn't the only person to receive that treatment. I contacted them by Messenger and was assured that I would get access but instead I never did. They claimed that my issue would be "escalated" to their administrator but it never was resolved. I have only been a subscribed member for a little over a month and I only received one order that was not a subscription box; it arrived somewhat quickly after it finally shipped but took a while to get shipped. The products themselves were not bad; I ordered 2 bath bombs. I am about to receive the monthly subscription box and do not like the theme it is so I am unhappy about not being able to trade with anyone. I am strongly considering canceling next month because in an entire month they refuse to let me be in their advertised group. It's a part of the membership perks but obviously not everyone is getting that perk! It's all false advertising. I really hope they don't do to me what other people say they do. If so I will be back to complain about that too.

I originally ordered 8/19. I did not receive my initial order until after they charged me for the next month's subscription. A subscription I was unaware of. I emailed customer service to cancel my subscription. Their reply ended up in my junk mail and it stated for me to call them. Everytime I've called them the wait to talk to someone has been about an hour. When I saw they were authorizing my card for another monthly subscription on 10/18, I tried calling them to cancel. They didn't answer because they are only open Monday-Friday, but yet they can charge my credit card. When I called on 10/19 to cancel my subscription, they were pleasant and I was told they had cancelled my subscription. I was under the understanding that it meant that the 10/18 pending transaction would be cancelled. Today, 10/28, I received another subscription box in the mail. One I thought I had cancelled. So, I called again. I left my number for them to call me back because they claim it is the same as waiting in line. I waited over an hour for a call back and decided just to call and wait on the line since I hadn't heard from them. I didn't receive a call back until after I had talked to someone by staying on the line. They said that since I did not specifically state I was wanting to cancel the subscription including this month's subscription, there was nothing they could do. I tried cancelling this subscription in September when I complained that I still hadn't received my first order! When I finally received my initial order, I received a monthly subscription order at the same time. This company is difficult to get ahold of and they offer no refunds or returns. So now, over $70 later, I'm stuck with low quality candles that not only do I think smell bad, but I'm allergic to. I do not recommend this company at all. I feel like I have been scammed. I definitely would not give this company your credit card number as they are quick to charge your card, slow to send your initial order, and the wait times are long to talk to a person.

I used the "track my package" feature and my order is traveling more than I ever have in my life; It has passed *** state and has been sitting somewhere in Chicago for 4 days without moving. I don't expect to receive my items any time soon.
I ordered from them before and the issue was the same. I thought that maybe they would be different now but they seem to still be content with taking your money immediately and not giving you anything for weeks and weeks.
In the time I have been waiting for my order from Fragrant Jewels, I have received FOUR other packages from different businesses all over the U.S. including California and those packages all costed less than my order from Fragrant Jewels, weighed more, AND they had free shipping. Fragrant Jewels offers free shipping if you spend over $50 but then they somehow mail it to you using a process that takes weeks and is completely inefficient. I have no idea how they are getting away with such awful business practices. A customer should never be treated like this.
I always expect decent shipping times when I order things online (unless stated otherwise from the retailer I'm purchasing from-) but I especially expect better shipping times when I spend a ton of money on something; I expect what I ordered to get to me in a timely manner.
The rings are also not usually that great as far as quality goes. Stones aren't even set correctly most of the time (crooked) and I have even gotten rings with sharp metal pieces sticking out of them so I cannot wear them. Also, they have NO system in place to prevent you from getting duplicate cheap rings in their expensive bath bombs, so if you order 2 or more of one kind of bath bomb you are likely to get 2 or more of the exact same ring. Boring and cheap business practice when your products are so expensive and it's strange that you can have 9 different rings in a collection but you will sent a customer several of the same ring.
This company is one of the biggest disappointments and from a consumer standpoint it is a GIANT rip off. Do not waste your hard earned money on this overpriced garbage. You have been warned.

I started with rares my second month! So I bought two sets a month up until this month (October) on top of countless orders of their other sets they released throughout the year. Thousands of dollars later, they do a giveaway for this Halloween. It ends the 19th. Well I was in 1st place with over 80k entries that I earned from promoting this company on every single social media outlet imaginable! They got plenty of advertisement from me and I'm sure new customers. How have I been thanked?! Well they used a bot to rack up more points than I had to be in 1st place. How do I know it was a bot?! Because nobody on social media (I checked every single social media outlet) has posted about this giveaway (which you need to share your link for it to gain entries) other than me! She or he who's name is Karry, is not a member of the IC Facebook group, doesn't follow them on Facebook nor Instagram nor tiktok which is all needed to gain entries in this giveaway. You seeing the picture here?! I'll go on... we'll it took me weeks to get where I was with over 80k entries but this bot goes above me within days?!? Interesting to say the least. But then what's more, the company TOOK MY POINTS DOWN TO 30k! I emailed them 6 times over two weeks and have been ignored or told it was escalated to someone else. I am now canceling my membership because I refuse to buy anything from a company who does shady things like this! If you do giveaways then do them honestly ! Don't cheat and fake it! And now so ironically another "bot" is coming for 2nd place which I am somehow in but with extremely lower points that I have earned. But within a day this BOT has gotten near where I am with the cut points I have. There are TWO grand prize winners first and second place with most points so it makes sense they need two bots to win so they don't have to give away $420 of product. They do these fake giveaways in order to promote all their new Halloween products as if they don't already make enough money off them! What a horrible cheat of a company. I hope they go out of business for what they've done. On top of all the countless shady doings people have said on here. This is just the cake topper for me.

But, to start we will go back to 2016 when they were first getting started I subscribed to the monthly service had it for a few months but decided I was done because I would either never get my candles or they were the wrong size or my mailman was stealing them, etc., etc. The customer service was no help then and I "canceled" my membership 3 separate times and it still was not canceled (Big Surprise). I finally had to change my credit card number and I thought I was safe... WRONG! In late 2017, I think around November, Fragrant Jewels went behind my back and my credit card companies back and went directly to Master Card and told them that I still owed them all this money for over 1 1/2 years subscription, AND MASTER CARD GAVE THEM MY NEW CREDIT CARD NUMBER! They tried to charge my credit over $400, lucky because I was broke at the time my card was a little up there in charges and they were only able to charge $250 or something but still. I ended up having to change my card number another 3 times over the next year because of this company! I will also say the ring quality used to be so much better back then though, everything was actually sterling silver none of this Rhodium stuff, which I asked is just a coating for a BRASS band, so when your Rhodium "plating" (its not plated its dipped/painted) begins to tarnish (AND IT WILL TARNISH) have fun with having a green finger because that was brass does to your skin. I found out about the brass bands because I recently thought what the heck I'll make a purchase and see, well boy that was a mistake. I ordered the Gold mystery bundle that is no longer on the website where they were promising no duplicates! Now whether they meant of the rings or the products I do not know but the entire box was essentially duplicates. Out of everything I got 4 candles 3 of them were the same, and 10 bath bombs which 9 of them were the same style and scent just differently colored. All the rings in them were completely useless, unattractive and you guessed it Rhodium "plated". I did call in and customer service realized the mistake and sent me items that were not duplicates but they are also Rhodium plated so I will not even bother wearing them seeing as I am allergic to the metal underneath and would rather not have a reaction and a green finger. Only very few items in my opinion are worth it on the site. You can filter search and select "925 sterling silver" if you want a silver ring without a green finger. Overall I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone you like or care about because it's just a headache and not worth dealing with them!

I tried to receive a refund for a product I did not order nor was I told was going to be placed. Customer service refused the refund. I placed an order on 8/4 with this company. I did receive the order, after engaging customer service because I was given no confirmation or tracking. After receiving the poor quality item, I went to my account to ensure I was not on a subscription, as the site did indicate they had a subscription service. No where on my actual account profile did it state I was on a subscription, and it even asked for me to enroll in the subscription service- after scouring the site I was convinced I was not enrolled, as there was no indication, nor any email indicating I had signed up. On 9/8 my bank showed a charge from this company of *** I received no email stating an order was processing or that my card would be charged. I called the company to remedy the issue and they were unwilling to assist past cancelling the subscription for future months. I asked them to explain why no where on my account did it state clearly that there was a subscription tied to my account nor did I receive any emails or anything showing that I was going to be charged, and they did not have an answer other than the "help" section stated that you had to call to cancel a subscription. I requested a supervisor and they also refused to do anything because it had a "tracking number" generated. I asked to be able to return the product and they stated that was not a valid option. Not only was the product cheap, and something I do not want to ever use, the website feels intentionally deceptive in not outright stating under the account profile that there is an active subscription plan.

My order was shipped to an invalid address. I have email documentation with customer service showing an updated shipping address. Order not sent there I placed an order with Fragrant Jewels for *** on 3/4. My order auto populated with an old address from years prior (even though I updated my billing/shipping info upon placing my online order). As SOON as I got the order confirmation (that same day) with the incorrect address I contacted customer service via email. I gave them another address as my order was expected to arrive on or before 3/11. My order did not arrive in this time frame so I gave customer service another email to ship to my home since the items I ordered were a gift and did not arrive on time. I got written confirmation of my address change from customer service on 3/10 from customer service that this address change was processed due to long lead time of order. I got a shipment confirmation/delivery notification to Missoula, MT (a town I no longer live in!) on 3/17. I luckily have people in this town who were willing to go to my invalid address and look for the package with no luck. I immediately reached out to customer service via email 4x with FedEx tracking information and my email thread of address change confirmations and now cannot get an answer back! I am BEYOND FRUSTRATED and would like either a) a new shipment or b) a FULL refund. I shouldn't have to chase a package from a vendor who was already delayed in shipment all around my state! And now I am not getting any response from Fragrant Jewels. Needless to say I will NEVER purchase an item or recommend this company; worst customer service and follow through I've ever experienced with an online vendor and I work in sales for a living! I never received my order, I never got a refund and I never heard back from customer service.

December 17 I emailed the company in regards to canceling my subscription/membership with the company. The following day I received an email from *** informing me I would need to call their number to cancel my subscription. I called on the 19th of December to cancel spoke with a customer service person requesting cancellation. Around January 4th I received a package from the company, I was somewhat confused as to why I received this so I checked my bank statement and discovered I was charged on December 29th by this company. I did not order received product which happened to be monthly product of their subscription program. I called the number that was attached to to payment from the bank statement inquiring why my bank account was charged after I had canceled subscription with them. They tell me their records show my membership was canceled. They are not able to explain my my card was charged. I am not happy with this. They seemed to not take this very seriously. After this I sent an email January X XXXX, asking for Cancellation Confirmation number for records and proof for bank. They have yet to respond with this. January 8 I sent another email asking for someone other than Customer Service person to call me so this matter can be resolved. *** responded in an email on January 8, stating my membership had been canceled. I replied to his response asking him to make sure there are no other accounts attached to my card number. I've heard nothing since. I am not wanting to wait for another billing cycle, another payment withdrawal to see if this is true. Bank has instructed me the only way we can prevent another charge from this company is to close out this card. By doing this will cause a headache on my end since I have other transactions from other companies attached to this card number And as of today, January 19, I've received another product from them. My card had been canceled which cost me a fee to do.

I ordered my IC membership a day before it was set to automatically charge me so I could recieve a rare set for the month of May. I was charged May 9th and the rare set Hollywood Nights was ordered. I didnt want that one, so I called CS on Tuesday, May 12and asked to change it to Dreamcatcher, which the CS agent said she did. On June 2nd I receive my order, order number XXXXXXXXX. The sticker on box says " La Vie En Kaleidoscope ". This is Not a rare set. It's not even a set that I recieved. A set contains a candle and bathbomb, or 3 bathbombs, or 2 bathbombs and body scrub. I recieve 1 size 7 candle from a non rare set. I dont even wear size 7, so why they chose to send that, I have no idea. But this isn't unusual for fragrant jewels. I call to get a replacement ordered, I'm asked to email addition pictures while on phone, I did. Proved I recieved what I was claiming I did. Then I was informed every single rare, including the one just released for june was out of stock and I was only able to recieve an old set called Wild cherry. No. That's not what I paid for. After the agent stated she checked several times I just asked for a refund. After being put on hold again, she says they can put me on a list to be the first recieve a new rare. No. That's not what I asked you to do. She asked me if there was anyway to compensate the wrong they did to me, I said again, yes I want refunded. I want to cancel my membership. She then informs me she isnt qualified to refund me. Then why did you put me on hold and say you were going to talk to the nillings department? Another lie? No, I want refunded! I did not recieve what I paid for! They cannot just send you anything they want and think it's okay! You have to pay extra ontop of your every month subscription price to recieve rares. They dont just get to send people a candle from a non rare collection and call it even! I want my money back, and I want my subscription CANCELLED! fragrant jewels will take no more money from me, send me the wrong stuff after a month of waiting for their garbage products that usually have little to no scent and then lie and disrespect me when I call to have them make right what they *** up. This company is a huge fraud!

Due to the game that Fragrant Jewels ("FJ") was hosting, and issues in CA, I waited until 9/23 to call and ask for an update, and report a broken bath bomb in another shipment. On 9/28, my shipment was cancelled without warning, and no notification on why my shipment was cancelled was ever actually received until 10/02. While I was patiently waiting, order #XXXXXXXX placed on 09/02 and orders #XXXXXXXX and #XXXXXXXX both placed on 09/10 were successfully shipped and received by me. FJ indicated on 10/02 that they OVERSOLD one of the items I purchased, but the item was still available for purchase on their website. Order #XXXXXXXX placed on 9/10 did not ship with all items. No information has been provided on the additional item I paid for but did not receive. Order #XXXXXXXX placed on 9/13 remains unfulfilled as of this complaint. Order #XXXXXXXX placed on 9/28 also remains unfulfilled as of this complaint. Order #XXXXXXXX placed on 10/06, however, has been shipped. Order #XXXXXXXX placed 9/14 came with the "exclusive" event rings in the bath bombs. People complained and customer service made amends and sent them correct collection rings. They declined to do so with me, citing changes had been made and these special rings were now part of the collection. Order #XXXXXXXX placed 9/22 came with a dragon bath bomb in size 8, not the size 10 I ordered. Customer Service declined to send me a bath bomb in the correct size, stating they had none in stock, but the bath bombs were still purchasable on the website. They offered me 1500 points, which to use would require me to make a further purchase, and more than that does not compensate for the value of the product I paid for- the bath bomb I ordered was in sterling silver, and *** points would not obtain me an equivalent from their store even were I inclined to make another purchase. The FJ Facebook page is INUNDATED with similar complaints of bad business practices and people not receiving the orders that they paid for in advance, while FJ continues to sell stock in bad faith to other customers and not fill the orders they have taken money for

Lack of fulfillment of paid orders for product listed for sale on the FJ website. The gist of this compliant is that I purchased & paid for product available for sale at the time of purchase. To me, this means the company has allocated this product to my order. If these items were sold out, their system should never allow me to add these items to my cart. If the product is sold out during the time my order is in processing status, I still expect the receive the product I paid for as it should be allocated to my order since they have taken payment. My orders are sitting in processing status collecting interest. At no time did I receive notification that he product was sold out. If I had not emailed customer service, I would still be in the dark. I have several orders from Sept and Oct however, my biggest concern are my 3 oldest orders from Sept. I emailed 10/14 AM, the reply I received was simply a canned reply of Out of Stock. I replied on 10/15 AM after looking on the website for the product on my 3 orders and ALL were available for sale in the sizes on my orders with the exception of one which was simply just not available in the size on my order. In my reply, I asked if they even read my email or looked at my orders and sent snip-it attachments showing the product for sale in my size on their website and asked for my orders to be fulfilled preferably via next day or second day shipping as part of normal customer service practices. I checked again at noon and the product was still available so I sent another email to update FJ that the product was still available for sale and to send my orders unless they were falsely advertising their product. I never did get a response and now today 10/16, the *** shows completely sold out in all sizes yet they emailed advertising this set at 9:30pm CT. Order #XXXXXXXX placed 9/10 (26 bus days aged) on the Fragrant Jewels (FJ) website for size 7 Madame Zola Fortune Teller - Candle & Bath Bomb Set - Inner Circle, size 7 Panda-monium - Bath Bomb and redeemed my points for a Trip to LA for a Girls Day Out with Founder which I understand will take time to plan out. However, I still expect my product to be shipped to me. It is now 26 business days aged and they continue to collect interest on money I paid for product I do not have. In the time since I placed my order they sold out of this set. However, I didn't think much about since I ordered and paid for a set so surely, it would ship, instead the order has had zero movement. It was later restocked so another opportunity for FJ to fulfill my order. As of 10/14 and 10/15 this was set was available in the size I ordered and now, today, it is no longer available. Order #XXXXXXXX placed 9/24 (16 bus days aged) on the FJ website for size 7 Stargazing - Satin Collection - Candle and Bath Bomb Set and size 7 Lunae Lumen Ring (from the interactive game released by FJ). The Stargazing Candle & Bath Bomb combo is currently for sale on the website in my size. I can't confirm the Lunae ring since that is a bonus ring for completing the interactive game. However, the purchase was made with hours of the game release so again, available when I submitted my order. If they were sold out, it should NOT have allowed me to add it to my cart as part of my order. - 14 business days aged (Replacement for missing items) Order # XXXXXXXX placed 9/28 (14 bus days aged) by FJ Cust Service for Size 7 - Virgo - Zodiac Collection - Bath Bomb: originally ordered on XXXXXXXX, received wrong size, that replacement also came in the wrong size. This is the 3rd attempt to correct this issue. Size 9 - Heartbeat - Bath Bomb: replacement for missing sz 7 Gertrude's Famous Golden Apples - Bath Bomb from order XXXXXXXX and Size 9 - La Vie en Kaleidoscope - Bath Bomb: replacement for missing sz 7 Gertrude's Famous Golden Apples - Bath Bomb from order XXXXXXXX. This is the only one not available for purchase in the size on my order so I asked for it to be switched for a size 8 which is available on the website.
