This company advertised 925 Sterling bath bomb and sent me plated rings inside of them instead. They are refusing to refund because the bombs arrived intact. Regardless of whether the rings inside were wrong. I’m looking into finding a lawyer. They’ve been paid and switching people for years and just counting on people not to complain. It’s time to complain.

Track every interaction including ad and the received item. Provide detailed documentation of the misleading advertisement as part of your case. If such steps are not enough to convince the other side and they continue to refuse to reimburse you, see a barrister about the disbarring of representation. Keep claiming a resolution with an accent on your legal rights.
