Smith's

Today I had the displeasure of dealing with your rude immature employees. The one pictured is just one of two individuals who talked back to me and can't even follow their own store rules. I asked why over half of the self check out was closed. The girl not pictured a tubby Mexican girl shouted at me that it's because people steal. I informed her that roughly half of retail theft occurs from within. So if the store has a theft problem you should be looking at each other.
The girl pictured below is not following the store rules. I noticed playing over the intercom that Smith has a policy that all their employees wear a mask vaccinated or not. I looked over at this girl as she was yelling out another employee with her face mask completely down as you can see in the photo. I asked her why she even had it on since she was wearing it improperly. She stated that she is vaccinated. Ok…again just follow your own rules and be Kind. No one wants to be treated rudely by an immature kid making nine an hour. The job is very simple all you need to do is find friendly helpful people. The store has not accomplish that. Both her and the other girl on shift today at roughly 1230 to 1 PM should be relieved of their job.
