We purchased this home last spring and it was finally delivered February of this year. We were told that we had a premiere package warranty and any issues found should be reported and would be resolved in a timely manner. We have attempted to make contact multiple times with someone at the warranty department, and keep getting passed over to someone else. Someone is sent out (who we believe is a independent contractor) and they come look at the issue, say they will report it but then nothing gets done. In the master bathroom, the "caulking" keeps coming off. Someone has come out at least twice to "recaulk" the shower but within a short period of time, same thing happens. We have multiple cracks throughout the house in the walls and in the ceilings in just about every room. We are told these would be taken care of but we have not heard from anyone except it will be done. The roof also has some issues. They sent someone out. The 1st guy said there was issues with the roof, bare nails fiber showing on the shingles. He said this was a factory issue. They sent a 2nd guy out and he said there was no issue.

We have tried to contact our sales rep who refers us back to the warranty department. When we tell him, we are not getting a response, he is then rude to us and tells us its not his problem and has hung up on us.
