For the past 3 days (10/17-10/20); I have been unable to go to my accounts online using my home desktop computer. When I put in the correct user name and password; I get a message about the information not matching and my account winds up getting locked. I have called and spoken with 9 different Customer Service Reps and gotten my account unlocked where I can successfully log into my account from my laptop computer or my cellphone BMO App; but, whenever I try to get logged in from my home desktop computer; I cannot get this unrecognized device verified. I immediately will get a popup message on my cellphone telling me an unrecognized device is attempting to access my account; but no matter what method I choose to get my verification code for my desktop computer (text or phone call to cellphone or home phone); I get a blue triangle and warning message "Oops Sorry, verification can't be sent at this time, try again later; which only results in my getting my account locked yet again and having to call yet again to get my account unlocked. There is no chat option or other means to get in touch with any other department of your Bank like security or IT.
Desired outcome: I would like to be contacted by somebody in your organization that has the IT Skills necessary to do more than just unlock my account.
