I made my purchase for $67 on september 11th. By september 14th they gave me a tracking number to make it look like my product shipped. That tracking number still, as of october 7th, still shows as "label created" but never making it to the carrier for shipment. I have reached out to kai via email about 4 or 5 times, and have tried to reach them on their website as well as on their facebook page.
No one gets back to you. It's a ghost town. Clearly they don't give two [censored]s about their customers. They also got rid of their phone support so you can't even call them. This is the most unprofessional [censored] i've ever dealt with, which in turn is causing me to start to get ugly.
I should of listened to all the negative reviews but decided to take a chance because they have emblems that no one else carries... Or at least, they make it seem that way. Now I don't believe they have anything.
also let me add, this product is shipping from arizona which is where the label was made. they have an overseas policy that takes 10-18 days to ship. but either way you look at it, it's past the mark on the item being IN THE CARRIER's SYSTEM! There is a tracking number created on the 14th, but it has NEVER made it to the carrier which is USPS.

same thing happend to me .. i have purchased items of 230 dollar. and now nothing received. i wish i would've seen this before.
