I very much hated How harsh every employee was on Wednesday August 9th. front desk treating almost every guest like me like were homeless despite their current situation, return to office to report 2 major safety risks as in smoke detector and telephone not working and lying to me about housekeeping required inspection every time before approving a room to be released for a reservation, and after maintenance checks room and advises guests of a room change, front office argues to me and looks at me like I’m an idiot and has a stern attitude that I paid $5 for him to change his attitude! Security was not at all kind overhearing rude and inappropriate foul language and behavior physically watching the two walking into the room telling the visitor of a guest watching the dog of the guest who stepped out to get food get kicked out and while dog was in the restroom they walked into the room going into guest personal items without the guest’s permission or present, walking out with few items in the hand. I was not comfortable with who monitors motel and scared to even step out to get ice or soda machine to be confronted by them or be watched like a prisoner, and did not trust anything behind since they had access to room if I had stepped out.
Desired outcome: Potential refund, and more enforced cleaning and safety protocol inspections.
