I went to Sonic on 19th Ave and Hatcher area around 12:30pm on Tuesday 12/12/2023, ordered almost $40.00 of food to go, when I placed my order the guy didn’t seem to be listening very well at all and I had to repeat myself a few times to confirm. So once the order came I paid and then checked the food to be sure it was correct before leaving and we were in fact missing some tots, I only had two bags and I looked in both. I called them back and the guy told me they were there with the burgers, I said I looked and didn’t find them, he came out and asked for the bag and felt around on it and looked inside, told me they were there and that he packed them himself. I asked if he was then calling me a liar and he said well he knew they were there and there is nothing he was going to do for me and walked away. His name was with a T like tye or tra or something, short guy dark hair. So I pulled out and left. So so so rude and inconsiderate. This place is being run by a bunch of mouthy punk teenagers. Won’t be going there again and will send this to corporate office as well. Its not that the loss of the tots are a big deal, just hope we were treated is the problem.
Desired outcome: I think the guy could have apologized and just brought me the tots and I’d be on my way. But instead he called me a liar and snooted his nose and walked away
