The Salvation Army USA - Remove the employee from customer facing roles, termination, or maybe transfer her to another store.

As I was shopping in the thrift store yesterday afternoon, I heard one of the employees say are we the only ones here I looked around and realized I had been the only shopper at that time so I said no I’m here. I’ll be done in a few minutes are you guys closing and they said well we close in 20 minutes I said OK great I’ll be done in five. I proceeded to make my way to the front as I was still browsing for clothing as I got to the front I saw two employees standing together, and they didn’t move out of my way and they told me to go to the register I said yes, one moment, and then I checked my watch the clock said 5:38 PM. They closed at six so when they had told me that they closed in 20 minutes 10 minutes or five minutes before that was and not a true statement so I started to walk towards the kitchen where which is right by the register in this particular store and the older woman which I don’t know her name but she Told me that I could not go in that area and they were closing their closed and I said are you closed? Are you closing? She said closing you don’t have time to look at anything else mind you I had 22 minutes so I said, OK just one second and I was going to turn and look at the cups and go to the register and the lady turned around and gave me the most Nastiest look and said excuse me and I said I said OK one second and she rolled her eyes and I noticed the other employee was standing next to her. She didn’t say anything and they walked a few feet away and just stood there and watched me so I walked around the cups, and I was heading to the register and she said For me to they couldn’t ring me up because it was too late. I look again at the clock and I see that it’s now 540 I said ma’am I have 20 minutes why are you even telling me to come pay right now and she said because we need to close I said I understand what time you close. I’m right here and I’m walking, literally walking to the register and I said you know what forget this I’m not purchasing any items not a full basket probably $100 worth of stuff him and I said what is your name and she said bye and then looked at the other employee and so excuse me are you the manager and she stated she was I said wow is that behavior that she is displaying towards me, appropriate or tolerated in your store, the manager, and replied, and said no that is not acceptable I will talk to her. I thanked Gloria and left the store without purchasing anything because I was so upset and how this woman treated me. I’ve been a customer at that particular store for many many years and usually before I’ve encountered this woman would have a pleasant time and now I am considering not shopping there at all and I definitely don’t think the woman should be in a customer facing role given the attitude and demeanor she carries.

Desired outcome: She needs to take some professionalism and etiquette courses in my opinion.
