Whataburger was cold even the paper it was wrapped in
French fries was not only cold but old, brown in color
This oder was totally unexceptionable, went back to return it. While on the way tried calling (6) times, call would go to voicemail. Went through drive thru said I was there to return Whataburger that was served cold and old/cold french fries.
Arriving at the window the employees was engaged in what it looks like a casual conversation. The male was handling the female head gear/earphones. The manager came to window, I assume she was, her shirt was a different color. The food was given to her, she threw it the trash and the food was replaced.
No apology was given for the inconvenience by this person.
Disappointed with food and service at this location.
