I electronically sent a payment of 320 to Nelnet on April 1, 2016. The payment went in prior to the deadline on Friday It was in per my bank prior to noon. However Nelnet held the payment until Monday April 4, 2016 charging me more interest on my loan.
I also called in a payment on April 1, 2016 and have a tracking number. Nelnet set the payment to be held at my bank until April 4, 2016. They have yet to post the payment It appear as if this payment will not get posted correctly either. I have the tracking number. I am not trying to make Nelnet rich I am trying to pay ff my student loan and this company is not making it easy
