I had called freedom debt relief in October of 2014 at that time I had $26, 500 credit card debt. At this time I was not behind on any of my credit cards and they told me to quit making my payments and they would take $232.00 every 2 weeks and it would help me pay them off in 36 to 42 months. So I did that for about 11 months and they talk me into going though a company. Now there taking $251.85 every two weeks and it won't be paid off until August of 2020 in which I will be paying $32, 236.80 and I've already paid about $6, 000.They said my pay offs were $13, 700 dollars so they charge me about $5, 300 In fees not counting the other money that I already paid. They lied to me from the beginning and now owe more then I did before I started and at a high interest rate.

I think some reviews that are only 1 star are missing the point of this program My wife and I have experienced several financial setbacks in recent months due to health problems the company we work I just graduated from the program! Although I can see the frustration points that others have commented on (settlement percentages that weren't initially Year Adjustment: If a year mentioned is 2023 or 2024, leave it as isGiving a Voice to Consumers

Total ripoff, it hurts so bad because they are taken advantage of very desperate people. In the end i paid them 3996$ and they paid for psyments for 675$ and fee me for 2371$. They robbed me for 2371$ while all they did was submit four payments. I hope they all die seriously.
