GoDaddy - fraudulent domain sales

GoDaddy sells already registered domains in their crafty domain auction system which provides purchasers with FALSE Page Ranking information on the domain individuals purchase.

Page Rank is THE important factor in the valuation and "worth' of a given domain name. You buy a domain based on it's "supposed" Page Rank of 5, which both GoDaddy and their contracted slick 3rd party (URLTrends) inform you, when in reality it's only a Page Rank of 0... which devalues a given domain 90% in most instances.

GoDaddy is making hundreds of thousands dollars in selling these domains that are worth only 10% of what they're selling for based on the FRAUDLENT Page Ranking information and verification tools Go Daddy is providing the unsuspecting public... like myself being victimized and then refused a refund when directly confronting them. Not surprisingly, they ARE aware of what's going on and continue the fraud like it's all good

Godaddy sold me a domain through their auction, then contacted me when a French company (who did not own a US trademark on their name) wanted to sue me. Godaddy then charged me $50 to send me the email regarding the French Company Dispute. Domain http://novotel-paris-convention.com/

A French Company has no jurisdiction in the USA, especially if they do not own the US trademark.

I got mad and cancelled my account with Godaddy; and what do they do but relist the Domain in another GoDaddy Auction.

So effectively they got me to drop the domain and now they are selling the same bad domain through the auction again!
Slim Bags.

To maintain that kind of pagerank the domain would have to have content so it would be a website you would be buying or should be instead of just a domain if you wish to buy based on PR. If it was recently removed then chances are you could gain that PR back pretty quickly but it depends on so many things .
You might want to try a place like flippa.com that sell good quality sites with great PR and some domains with a good PR HISTORY.
