Like long wait times? Love texting with a virtual guide and never speaking with a real person? Hate good customer service? Then this is the company for you - in my opinion and based on my own experience (said for legal reasons). While it’s easy to get in (particularly to enter your billing info), it’s quite difficult to leave (and to get them to stop billing you). Go somewhere else!

Recommendation: Hire an actual person who specializes in this!
