email bounceback failure scam
GoDaddy runs a scam whereby they will charge your credit card illegally. The first email from them below says that your whois information appears to be incorrect, so please correct it immediately, and we have charged you a non-refundable administrative fees.
When you contact them, they will say that the email bounceback failed, thus they concluded that your whois information is not current, but they have now fixed the status, but cannot refund the administrative fees. See the second email below.
AVOID GoDaddy.com for any domain registration.
They send the following email first:

billing fraud
Godaddy.com billing fraud and questionable business practices.
I got billed for renewal of Godaddy.com hosting for two years. I had few problems with my bill.
1. I had chosen manual billing before the actual billing date and removed my credit card information (which had expired anyway) from their database.
2. My credit card information (before removing it) had expired 07/09. They should not have been able to bill me, as Godaddy.com stated on a several earlier e-mails: "IMPORTANT: If the credit card we have on file for you has expired or been closed, we will not be able to automatically renew your product(s)"
3. Even the amount of the bill was incorrect. information under my automatic renewal, which I had checked few days earlier, indicated much lower price than what I was billed.
...So Godaddy.com billed me even though they shouldn't have.
Godaddy.com billed me even though they shouldn't have been able to.
Godaddy.com billed me for a much higher amount than my automatic renewal originally indicated...
I complained to Godaddy.com about the incorrect bill and got a detailed instructions how to get a refund. Following these detailed instructions led me to delete my whole hosting account, including the incorrect 2 year renewal and my other later manual renewal. I basically lost all data on my site (last back-up december 2007). After I had just realized what I had done, following their detailed instruction, I called them and they told me that they can get my data back for 150 dollar fee.
... to put it mildly, I was less than happy with Godaddy.com.
P.S. To all Godaddy.com customers: Please, double check your bills, especially any automatic renewal bills. There is a good chance Godaddy.com is over charging you. And think twice if you want to give your credit card information to a company that is able to charge even expired credit cards.

unauthrozed use of billing
We signed up for a dotcom along with a hosting package. We opted for the MANUAL renewal.
They sent emails notifying us that our domain was about to expire, we decided to let ours expire.
Then we noticed a $60. Dollar charge on our credit card from them.
After calling and waiting forever for someone live to help clear this...here's what this scam run company rep said:
I told him we chose manual renewal, he said "yes" but that we didn't on the hosting package. I said as far as I knew because I filled out all the info from their site at THE SAME TIME and opted for manual that it applied to all that, he gleefully said no, that the hosting was separate.
I then asked how they could charge for a hosting package without a customer actually having a dotcom...to host///DUH!his answer was that some customers have their dotcoms parked elsewhere but in fact host through them...WHATEVER.
I then demanded my $$$ be credited back as I have no domain to host and would consult my attorney... He then gleefully said ok, but because their billing cycle is on the 15th I would only be able to get back $54.!
These people are crooks pure and simple.
How the hell can anyone not see the ridiculous FRAUD being committed here?
Is ANYONE going after them for this type of abuse? I'm interested in joining/forming a class action against this company!
Its pretty obvious they have discovered a loop-hole in order to ### people over. Lets go after these Fraudsters!
I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY AND WILL DO MY PART TO DISCREDIT THEIR OVERT/COVERT DISREGARD FOR THE LAW!
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
I want to go after them as well. They have done the same thing to me and I know I clicked manual renewal. They are serious thieves!
I want want to learn how we can file a class action suit and join anyone doing so. How can we organize?
I had very similar billing problems with Godaddy.com (29 december 2009)
I got billed for renewal of Godaddy.com hosting for two years. I had few problems with my bill.
1. I had chosen manual billing before the actual billing date and removed my creditcard information, which had expired anyway, from their database.

They shound not have been able to bill me, as they stated themselves on a several earlier e-mails: "IMPORTANT: If the credit card we have on file for you has expired or been closed, we will not be able to automatically renew your product(s)"
3. Even the ammount of the bill was incorrect. information under my automatic renewal, which I had checked two days earlier, indicated much lower price than what I was billed.
...So they billed me even though they shoudn't have. They billed me even though they shoudn't have been even able to. And they billed me for a much higher ammount than my automatic renewal originally indicated...
I complained to them about the incorrect bill and got a detailed instructions how to get a refund. I was told that this was the only way too get a refund on the incorrect billing. Following these detailed instructions led me to delete my whole hosting account, including the incorrect 2 year renewal and my other later manual renewal. I basically lost all data on my site (last back-up 2007). After I had just realised what I had done, following their detailed instruction, I called them and they told me that they can get my data back for 150 dollar fee... I was less than happy.
I would be very interest about a class action lawsuit against Godaddy.com.
bandwidth billing
Recently received a failed billing attempt from godaddy for us$3, 400. The invoice states downloads of almost 5tb of data over the first two months of use. This seems very large and very strange and I said as much to godaddy support. They indicated that the downloads were consistent across the billing period and I would have to pay the bill to get current.
My own investigation of the site logs showed that 98.9% of the pro-ported downloads occurred on a single day (23rd of november 2009) and were “completed” by a single pc on a bigpond cpe connection (124.186.121.210). Log file attached. Logic says this is impossible, just do the math. 5tb of data in 1 day is 208gb per hour. That is a dvd a minute and about 60mb per second. A 100mbps link will do about 12mb per second theoretical. The bigpond connection is a regular dslii link and not capable of that speed. I checked.
Another 90 minute call to godaddy support including a frustrating session with a supervisor failed to get any better response than – “the usage is spread out over the month”, “someone is abusing your site”, “your responsible” and “I have gone to bat for you – please pay $1600′. The first statement is a fabrication at best – see log report.
When I pointed out that the unlimited plan is 14.95 and perhaps they should just charge me the difference between the “ultimate” plan and the unlimited plan (About $7) they told me I used the bandwidth and would have to pay for it. I suggested that if I used the bandwidth they would be able to provide router logs to show this but was told the webserver logs were sufficient. I asked to speak to a manager and was told that the supervisor was the last resort and he had done what he could.
Well….. $1600 is a lot to pay for something that is clearly impossible so I decided to test the system.
I screen cam’d myself using wget on the files shown in the log. The files “downloaded” are aprox 3.5gb in size.
Wget started and appeared to complete each download in about a second.
But 1 only received about 1k of data per attempt – see quicktime video and windows media video.
Interestingly the ex20091212000001-97.74.24.136. Log from the godaddy webserver suggest that the entire file was downloaded each time. Sometimes in less than a second:

Godaddy servers provided me 1kb of data but are charging me for 3.5gb per attempt.
5tb of data is a lot to download in a day. Not so much when it’s imaginary.
The net net – godaddy use weblogs for billing and the weblogs do not accurately report data actually transferred only data requested.
GoDaddy support today confirmed an issue and are working to resolve it.
They have cancelled overage charges and we have agreed to go to an unlimited plan to avoid issues in future.
It took a little longer than I hoped but I am happy with the response and the resolution
Today I received a communication from the office of the president. The text is included below. This is hopefully a very good sign.
"Dear Mr. Wolfenden
Thank you for contacting the Office of the President. We apologize for any difficulties or inconveniences that you may have experienced. We were able to identify an account corresponding to this matter and are able to verify that our hosting operations team is actively investigating the issue with the information that you have provided. Once this review has been completed our office will reach out to to discuss this issue with you in more depth.

This company will never do right for you. Be careful: in the recession they have increased their guerilla tactics to keep squeezing money out of people by any unlawful means they can.
GoDaddy has the worse reputation in the industry for domain and hosting services. No matter who I talk to, they view GoDaddy as the scammer of scammers. They have terribly poor service, at best mediocre hosting quality, but the biggest scams are how they deal with payments. GoDaddy will keep any payment information on file and harvest the information to collect money from you for renewals or orders you have never authorized. They keep charging and charging endlessly whether you approved for it or not and they will automatically go through any payment method you have ever used and charge on that even if it is not related to the purchase of the product in question. You can never remove your payment information on the account, they have blocked that option, which means there is no way of avoiding from the company misusing it.
With GoDaddy the customer is simply never right. They will never provide refunds and argue endlessly to justify any charges they do. Customer support is so bad it's a joke. At best you get a response back that has no relation to the question you ask. And they go on and on like that so you get nowhere with them.
I've tried other hosting companies since, and never once had the bad experiences I had with GoDaddy. GoDaddy is by far the WORSE domain and hosting provider out there and truly on the bottom rung of scammers.
DON'T WASTE TIME AND MONEY ON GODADDY UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR CREDIT CARD TO BE MISUSED!
I'm going through the exact same problem right now with them. What our Plesk Admin tool says we've used in bandwidth (5.59GB) is not even close to what the account admin panel (1006GB) on the GoDaddy site says. What makes this even worst is that the site has only been up for a little over a week! I've tried asking GoDaddy to explain why there's a huge difference and they can't or won't.
website down again
I finally had enough and moved both my websites to another company. It's bad enough my Godaddy hosted website would go completely down at times, but Godaddy customer service is the absolute worst. I've been dealing with customer service for 5 years and I keep expecting them to get better. They never do. Godaddy just doesn't care. They only hire uneducated people, or people who have mental dissabilities (mental ###ation). My websites went down all the time! And they couldnt fix them for days! Not hours, days! This company is the worst of the worst. Stay away.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
Unfortunately, I can't put 0 stars. GoDaddy certainly does not deserve one star.
While people have many beefs with them concerning them auto-charging, over-charging, deleting their accounts or domains, insanely high reinstantiation fees (usually after they screwed up), making it damn near impossible to cancel renewals (of certain services) or other activity that is despicable, my complaint is of another nature - their website(s).
Every so often, one of my clients or my domain names requires ICANN authentication (to prove your registry info is correct & what-not), so GoDaddy automatically sends a link to click. 9 times out of 10, the link, after clicking and waiting 2-3 minutes to get to a login page to confirm your ICANN status, you are presented with an unformatted page with no login link (just a list of countries). This is due to a portion of other page elements not loading either from their site or 3rd party sites (CSS, javascript, ads, images, json, etc). Most of these elements are nothing but adverts (page spam) and, when they fail (and they do almost daily), the page will not load completely (making it impossible to use). In a nutshell, their development team appears to be a bunch of mad, drunken, monkeys banging on keyboards. It's painfully obvious that they spend most of their revenue on marketing and very little on development and no money on testing. Perhaps the developers are underpaid or the management is brain dead - either way, they are a beacon for gross incompetence in web development.
I've attached some examples of what you may encounter (first the ICANN page, then a screenshot of their help page).

About a year ago I purchased a domain name from Godaddy.com. There were now indications that my Credit Card was going to be held on file for automatic renewal. I never used the domain name and when my email started to get inundated with requests from go daddy.com to renew I came to the logical conclusion that my years subscription was ending. In none of the emails that they sent were there any indication of automatic renewal and I was content with letting it run out as I did not want this name any longer. On 06/06/2017 I received an email that my account was being automatically renewed for $109.18 this is after I received an email saying that my account was renewed for $2.99 which I was not worried about and was on planning on getting in touch with them as soon as I could. I contacted customer service and after an exhausting conversation with an agent I spoke to a supervisor who assured me that I would receive a refund, how ever after I filled out their form as per their instructions they still refuse to refund my money.
Still really fed up with these guys who turn a professional service into a money grabbing exercise. Every time you try and navigate they greet you with a request to upgrade, buy, change something which as you guessed, will cost $$. They are real sharks and their attitude is if you don't like it, don't bother. Even their management area is a nightmare always trying to stop you transferring domains away and stalling the process. Quite a horrible american company to deal with..ugh.
Customer service is terrible. Everyone tells you something different so they are not training their employees properly. I just say go with another site for web hosting etc. I've had terrible experiences. My site was down for 48hrs and for 3 months they couldn't figure out why my site wouldn't accept paypal. And they are the experts? They allow paypal as part of their checkout process. No one ever got back to me and I was sick of calling. I must have called every days for weeks!
I was sent an email by Godaddy.com that it was time soon to renew my account. Since I never used it I decided that I would not renew it and thus not pay the next years fee in advance. I was unable to log onto my account and after several requests I was NEVER sent help to do so such as password reminder, etc.
In contacting "customer service" all I could ever get was how to fix my problem which was really their problem. I repeatedly emailed them back that they have the problem not me and that I would not be paying for next year. Long story short, they actually had the nerve to attempt to remove from my bank account several days early, the funds for next year, while I'm hotly contesting the situation they actually had the gall to try to steal money from me early! That takes big brass ones! Then they send me a smart a__ email that if I want my service back, cause thank God my old card date provided was out of date, I would have to pay the regular fee PLUS a fifty dollar extortion fee! Needless to say if your out there people, please do not use this Godaddy company, the owner sure doesn't need the money and they will NOT let you opt out without a fight!
A truly disappointing company, Bob Parsons, the owner should read his own rules for success, they don't just apply to him. If more news comes in I will keep you informed. I have really had it with this sorry company!
I purchased Domain name and Hosting on Saturday Sept 26 2017 I looked at Wordpress decided I prefered to do the Website Tonight design. Called alot Nothing...
Had to change the Password 3 or 4 times to get into the site. Every password was only good 1 or 2 times at most. Decided since the wordpress worked a little I would use it for Hosting and when I did it kept saying adverts are not allowed since I am affilitate and when I purchsed form Go Daddy I asked is advertising a problem they said NO it's not a problem. After severel notices from Wordpress I deleted the Blog. Attempted to contact Go Daddy ( via email) 1 more time to set up the Website tonight. Never received a response, so as of right now I cancelled the Hosting and Wordpress was cancelled 2 weeks ago it should not take Sept 26, to Oct 29 to set up a website...
I used GOOD AS GOLD account to invest in domains industry, but Godaddy needed to refund some money to me.
I begged those people not to send a check by mail but made a wire transfer, in the same way I´ve sent the money. One week later, I`ve received an e-mail telling me “the check is literraly in the mail to you”.
I´ve been waiting for 3 weeks in order to receive the check, a tracking number, the shipping company´s name, a scanned copy of the check or the invoice, but nothing happens yet.
My VIP Sales Representative just answer: We have more than 3 million customers, so understand why we are doung things this way.
I can´t belive the world leader company do things like this.
I´ve wrote dozens of mails, I used the forums of their site, so I decide to worte this to tell you:
PEOPLE: DON´T USE GODADDY GOOD AS GOLD
or use it but you´ll never think about receive your money when you need it, just when they will.
I have bought 5 years of ssl certificate from godaddy india service provider, I have not utilised the product for one year and I want to utilise the same, however the same was expired and not available in my cart, spoke to their customer care services which located in india. However they have taken 5 hours with out provided any solution, and at last telling us, u can not utilise the certificate and go and buy for another certificate
Buit they did not clarify me how my 5 years valid ssl certification was how it is expired in 1 year, they have simply avoiding my exact problem and giving me trash information.
Watching the super bowl with my family.
I do not watch questionable materials with my toddler in the room! The commercial with the model and brainiac was too much, too far, and not acceptable for family viewing! Way over the top and not appropriate!
If I ever had any inclinations of giving my business to godaddy.com, I now will never use them.
There appears to be no concern for families or children! I am outraged! This is ridiculous!
default auto-renewal
Over the past several years, I purchased a number of domain names from GoDaddy.com but always let them expire after a year b/c I had not used them. Apparently, too many people did this so they started a "default" auto-renewal payment program, which I wasn't aware of.
I paid $21 for three domain names in June, 2008 but never did anything with them. Then, my credit card was billed $32.64 for automatic renewal in June 2009. When I called to dispute the charge, they said they had emailed me three times and called once to inform me of the pending renewal. Even though the email address was correct, I DID NOT get a single notification, nor did I get a phone call.
They would not credit my account - and the guy acted like he was doing me a big favor by turning OFF the automatic renewal. GODADDY IS A RIPOFF and doing business in a very unscrupulous manner. Everyone should be aware of these tactics.
Thanks,
Kathy Black

I had the same experience. I've always let domain names that I didn't want to renew expire, and now all of a sudden 2 names auto renewed. I argued, and they said too bad. I don't understand why I got all the emails saying they were nearing expiration! And all these red exclamation points in my account saying they would expire. And then they renew anyway!
I did not agree to auto renewal with godaddy. They sent me an e-mail stating if I did not renew I would lose my account, so I didn't and they renewed my account anyway and charged $167 to my credit card bill.
This happen to me. Ordered 2 domains 2 yrs ago. I set it up in 07. I got a renewal notice that it was expiring and I needed to renew. I did't renew. Guess what I got. A charge of the next two yrs for the domains I don't use. I contacted them and they said they can't issue a credit. BEWARE! When you order they put you on an automatic renewel and you have to change it. I will never do business with them again and I'm writing to the Better Business Bureau.
godaddy hosting fraudulent websites
In November of 2008 I purchased a new vehicle and then began searching for cheap full coverage insurance. After some intense googling I found several references to www.landainsurance.com and checked out their rates. Although it seemed to good to be true, I purchased a policy for $499 using a credit card, incase it was indeed fraud, so I would have protections such as initiating a chargeback.
Upon recieving the insurance cards I was immediately suspicous as they looked like a product a 6 year old would have created in MS Word. Landa Insurance claimed to be underwritten (or selling policies of) another company which I then contacted. After some extensive research and talking with the legal department of that insurance agency I found out the following:
1) Landa Insurace or their agent (alias, I'm sure) Bob Warren are not authorized agents of their company
2) The insurance agency does not sell ANY automobile policies, only medical insurance
3) The policy number I was given matched a medicare suppliment of an elderly lady in Iowa.
I was given a letter by their lead attorney verifying this.
Upon further investigation on my own I discovered the following:
1) The address used by Landa Insurance is an apartment complex in Dallas Texas
2) The phone number for Landa Insurance is a Cellular phone number
3) Landa Insurance is not listed on the Texas Department of insurance directory of authorized insurance agents
After these discoveries I initiated a chargeback on my credit card and filed a legal complaint with the Texas Department of Insurance law enforcement division. I recieved documentation from them that the company is fraudulent and the complaint has been forwarded for disciplinary action.
After recieving my refund I began a complaint with Godaddy.com for the removal of the domain. I provided all the evidence above in it's original form (formal letters on letter heads, not just email complaints), and requested that Godaddy.com remove the website in accordance with the requirements for DUE CARE (required by ICANN).
To date godaddy has refused to look into the complaint and has only stated via automated reply that they do not look into complaints that do not come from law enforcement. I've since recieved notification from the Texas Department of Insurance that they too have contacted godaddy to make the same request, but the domain remains.
To date go daddy is knowlingly hosting a fraudulent website.

bandwidth overcharge
I was a customer to godaddy ever since 2007, I had a virtual dedicated server for $40 a month 500G bandwith limit that I barely used it. The traffic on the server was 1 to 5 G average per month. But suddenly in a couple of days that traffic went up to 800G, so my invoice went from $40 to $500 for that month. They charged me $40 for the 500G and $450 for the aditional 300G and for some traffic that I didn't used. After a couple of weeks trying to resolve this issue, 4 phone calls and many many mails, godaddys conclusion was... you used it, you pay it. I requested for a detailed report of that traffic and the answer was 500G IN 300 OUT.
Please please stay away from godaddy

Godaddy has overcharged me also. I registered per their advertisement both in the search ad and on their site. I took screen shots of the ads both before and after clearing the cache and both showed that they were running a discounted price for domain registration. However, when I got to the checkout screen the discount was not reflected in the final price.
I registered anyway because I figured they were a reputable company and would refund the difference since the error was on their end. They have not refunded anything and are now issuing all types of excuses. You can not trust this company, beware. Even though they requested a screen shot of the Google ad, a shot of the advertisement on their website with the terms window open, they will not honor the terms which clearly validate my claim.
KAPpm - you're an idiot
Sounds like you did you it so you should pay for it, next time think twice about what you put on your server and use bandwidth protection. Any host that your with will charge you for overage, possibly you have just started getting better SEO placement, instead of complaining you should take advantage of the increased traffic and do something with your site. If your not interested or not capable sell your site, all you need to show is a traffic report and there will be a flock of businesses that would love that type of marketing for themselves. Supriseingly GoDaddy sends me tons of messages letting me know I am even coming close for my bandwidth so start paying attention to your emails buddy...:mmm Good Night
unable to restore server
I want to say that GODaddy Dedicated Server Service really screw up our business and not offering any apologizes in return. GoDaddy did not provide any way or advice for us how to restore the whole system. GoDaddy support is very slow and terrible and does not provide any advice.
GoDaddy backups/restore procedure is misleading as they actually do not provide one. GoDaddy has asked us to re-install all programs and configure all again manually. This is not a professional way to do backup. We had account with other companies like HostMySite and they are able to restore the system for us in few hours.
There are programs installed, fine tuning for several days, patches applied, configurations etc. We do not even have all installation programs or know the order in which it was applied.
After few weeks the sites are still not operational and GoDaddy did not provide any advice or way to restore the system.
We lost months of data and development...

No wonder GoDaddy.com uses Danica Patrick as their spokesperson... their web administration site just CRAWLS... I have been trying for the past 5 hours to upload content to a web page... the GoDaddy screens refresh at a rate of 5 minutes per page.
In the meantime, I can start multiple web sessions, surf various high usage web pages with microsecond page refreshes. But GoDaddy continues to just crawl along.
They need to increase their own bandwidth... I guess this is a good example of the caveat that you get what you pay for...

godaddy.com is also Wild West Domains, Inc. in Scottsdale, AZ (wildwestdomains.com) and host and charge millions of web sites. They fraudulantly dupped me into buying a domain name and hosting services through christian-domains.com which are not christian. My web site CRAWLS to the point of timing out. I can't even check my email or update my web page it is soooo sloooow. I will be moving my domain name after giving them at least 60 days notice BEFORE expiration or they automatically renew you for another year!
arrogant and unhelpful company
I contacted godaddy about the prospect of having them host my business webpage. They didn't respond to several of my emails and gave generic, unrelated responses to my questions. When I escalated the matter to the administration, they justified the situation and refused to accept responsibility for not being responsive or helpful. I was surprised at the arrogant nature of their response and refusal to take responsibility or apologize for poor past service. It was an unusual response and something you get from shady businesses who get lots of complaints. I decided not to go with their service, and they made no effort to try to get my business. There are lots of other options out there and I plan to take them.

"They didn't respond to several of my emails and gave generic, unrelated responses to my questions." This sounds just like the GoDaddy I know!
criminals
Godaddy has been ripping me off to long I am moving. If you send them a support ticket you get a form response that usually is not in the ball park. They have no minds of there own and have hidden two of my domains from me saying they do not have them from the register fly mess up were your registered domains with them got scattered all over. Mine went to ENOM and most went to Godaddy which according to the WWW consortium they were all supposed to go to ENOM but the criminal enterprise of Godaddy rigged something to steal them from me and many others. I only kept my domains there as a rule was in place that I could not move them for a time, well that time is up?
Some one needs to take these pieces of trash to the proper receptacles and deposit them without recycling possibilities.

rip-off
Tonight I signed into Go-daddy after receiving an email advertising their .INFO domain names for $.99. for 1 year. I found my name was available and selected a one year subscription. Once that was done I was offered the same name in: .MOBI, .TV, .NET, at pricing from $9.99 and up. I passed on that offer and selected CONTINUE to proceed to check-out at which time another offer popped up on the screen with the .COM and .NET versions of the domain name I was about to purchase. This time they were offered at $9.99 for one year with a 30% discount making the pair $14.00 FOR 1 year. I decided to purchase the additional versions, as well as another .INFO name. The above scenario was repeated only this time the .COM was unavailable and I was offered the .NET and .ORG versions of the new name. However, when I actually tried to check out, 2 of the names offered and accepted had disappeared from my cart and replaced by only one of the offered names. However, this time the price was more than 5 TIMES THE AMOUNT I had been offered. I was disappointed but not surprised. This was not the first time.
But this time I was better prepared and was actually printing every screen as it appeared. Thus I was able to confirm what I had previously suspected: Go-daddy, for FOR ALL ITS purported HIGH MINDEDNESS IS ACTUALLY STEALING INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY FROM FROM ITS CUSTOMERS. The pattern seems to be: You, the CUSTOMER CONCEIVE A "BRAND NAME" FOR your BUSINESS AND CONTACTS the COMPANY TO LEGITIMATELY REGISTER your NEW "COMPANY BRAND." Go-daddy pretends to register the name for the advertised price but instead you are ripped-off because a derivation of the name is inflated and another version is stolen, completely. You are ripped-off on the lower value version of the name, such as .ORG, OR .NET, ETC., because you cost is higher than what was advertised and what was offered while shopping with in their website during which Go-daddy pilfers the valuable .COM or other version. I have to believe this is the case because the name simply disappeared from my order and could not be retrieved by the salesman when I called the company. The salesman who said he would recreate the transaction in order to resolve the discrepancy. However, he either could or would not. Go-Daddy's sales practices are a TRUE RIPOFF, RIPOFF. RIPOFF!

Pathetic service, and rip off, they will charge you with out notice, and ask you for huge amount when you are stuck bad, bunch of black mailers and big time waiting queue .
Yeah, how about this.. I purchased a Multi-Domain SSL for up to 5 domains thru godaddy.com. I made the purchase about two months ago and just activated it today. Now I've set up several CRT's from godaddy in the past without issue, until now.. I set the CRT up as I normally would assuming after I would still have 4 more left. Well... That's not the case, with this particular kind you add the extra domains to it. OK fine.. So I remake my signing crt request with all 5 domains in it to make it easier. I go back to go daddy control panel for SSL and figure it would be easier to delete the CRT I just set up and re-create it. So I delete the existing SSL I set up (when I deleted it it said this will destroy the CRT "BUT SAYS ABSOLUTELY NOTHING ABOUT IT CANCELLING MY ORIGINAL PURCHASE" So I proceed... I then go back to the main account page/ my products and click the SSL tab - There was no SSL product "WTF" OK so I call. They go ohh.. We're sorry about that let us see what we can do please hold for a few minutes. After about 5/6 mins "Mar Kanveya" the support rep I had gets back on the line and says ok I couldn't restore your product so this is what I did ( she tells me she issued a refund credit to my account for the SSL package I originally purchased, so now what we will do is just re-buy it) I say OK no problem. She sets it up and then tells me I owe a difference of like $75... Wait What? No No No... I don't want a new package I want the package I bout plus I didn't pay $150 for it I paid $104 cause I used a coupon code for 30% off, she gos ok do you have the code, I said yes (but it was expired) so she puts in one that isn't.. Now at this point I'm thinking everything is OK, NOPE... She then tells me ok how would you like to pay the difference now of about $30.. Again I say No No No, I just activated the product today even tho it was purchased a couple days over two months prior. She then says well the only way to issue a credit is pro-rated from the actual time of purchase.. I say, WHAT - NO, that's not what I wanted you to do "I JUST WANT WHAT I ORIGINALLY PURCHASED BACK" her response was well I can't do that, I said that is unacceptable, please just put what I deleted back. She says I can't do that either.. WTF.. OK.. So I proceed to ask for a supervisor as now I'm getting very angry. After a ten minute wait her supervisor Zach Hayes gets on the line. I explain the situation again and say I'm not paying more for something I already paid for. He tells me there is nothing more he can do, the refund credit is the best he can do. He says I really do understand it's not fair but there is nothing he or ANYONE else can do.. NOTHING.. Well in my mind that is BS - there is always something that can be done.. I protest to no avail, after about 30 minutes trying to get answers and me very very very angry I got nothing.. I refuse to pay more for something I already paid for. Again he says he understands but the way the system works there's nothing anyone can do. Well that too is BS, I own a dedicated server with a VPS I host and manage domains myself ( I was using godaddy for SSL and domain purchases, have for a long time and I know someone somewhere in the godaddy organization can fix it.) He says nope not possible. Fine let me speak to your supervisor, no I can't do that he says. Why I ask, he says there is nothing they can do either they will tell you the same.. I demand to speak with the supervisor to no avail. All he would do is provide his supervisors name "Jenae G." wouldn't give the last name.. I think I need to call an attorney, Mar Kanveya issued a refund credit without my authorization in an attempt to fix a situation but because she did that it made the situation worse. I'm not really sure what to do here, I just know I've been screwed over "Not too mention, I have 5 accounts that need SSL's that don't have them now... Really hate godaddy right now.
Godaddy is complete ripoff, nothing you put in their search is available i tried every imaginable word from [censored]tyfool.com to godaddyscam.com all were registered. sadly i lost my intended name, it amazes me why such a company is permited to operate without a lawsuit. they take the shine out of the e community and totally make it unatractive to do legitimate business online. Godaddy you are cheats
We fell for another Godaddy ripoff scheme - Domain Buy Service. We were trying to obtain a soon-to-be-expired .com that is our actual business name. We felt this would be the best way to get OUR NAME back, rather than trying to get it on the open market, once available. Godaddy claims the Domain Buy Service will attempt to purchase an existing name for 30-days. After 10-days we received notification that the efforts were ceased.
Requests for an explanation of the quick closure, renewed efforts for the 30-day term, or a refund for not fulfilling their end of the transaction have been fruitless. Godaddy's response to my requests have taken on the Groundhog Day theme - they keep replying "Due to its complex nature, your issue has been relayed to our Advanced Technical Support Team. Our most skilled technicians will be working to resolve your issue quickly and completely. You will be notified promptly upon resolution." Yeah, right, I've given up holding my breath - blue lips are not pretty...
To make the matter more interesting, we received an email from a third party offering to purchase the name ASAP for a small one-time fee. Humm, how did they know we were intersted in the .com?
Go-Daddy Electronically Scammed my old Business Account With out my Consent! I thought my Business account was Closed some how there was $2.87 I talked to my bank and they said that Go-Daddy-Recurring Company did not get the money and the overdraft of $25. would be reversed and the account would be closed! So now I get a Collection Letter From Certegy Payment Recovery Services, Inc. That I owed Them $46.74 and that I only needed to send the Returned Check Fee 25.00 So now its only $25. but I did not give them Permission and I Do not need that Domain Name Since Business was Closed 12- 30-09 Now its going to hurt my credit!
"BECAUSE I WILL NOT PAYING THEN A DIME"
3 mth's before the Renewal 6-03-10 they tried to charge my PayPal and did not succeed. I Always go threw PayPal or Visa "Never e-Check"
and never Authorize Automatic Renewal.
There is allot more I could go on & on.
Please Take my advise Do Not give your Bank info to Go-Daddy

Was referred to use GoDaddy for my Website Hosting - Did that (03/2018) and had wondered why they started out with a pricing for the web hosting product and before the entire set up process, ended up paying in the hundreds of dollars! Could have gone up to over thousand dollars! After researching GoDaddy's customer reviews online, I had contacted my credit card company to decline any charges from GoDaddy. Credit Card is expiring next month July 2018. Credit Card Co. reissued new card with different Security Code number. GoDaddy will not succeed in charging for renewals. Decided not to renew web hosting. Will go elsewhere! Utterly gullible/ripping off customers. Just thinking about closing current account ASAP! I have opted out (turned off the AUTO RENEW on GoDaddy's website). Bear in mind that lack of INTEGRITY, major downfall the outcome.
Godaddy ripped me off,
I signed up with go daddy.com. It hijack my domain name and asked me to pay for a fine. Best advise for you if you plan to host w/ godaddy...be sure to purcharge your domain else where not goddaddy.com else if you make some mistakes or violate their rules.godaddy.com will hijack your domain. thanks.
We have experienced the EXACT same scenario, when checking domain names thru other registrars they are available, however when put into the godaddy search engine, they suddenly disappear...how strange is that? Looks like a class action lawsuit should be initiated against this scam artists!
terrible service!
On the GoDaddy website, they promote primarily 6 hosting versions. Those displayed are 3 versions hosting only, 3 versions with 'Quick Cart' service. To be sure I would get the services that I needed. I followed through their online Wizard that asks questions pertaining to the use of the website. I indicated that I needed multiple access, downloading(such as ftp for shareware demos), ecommerce cart, and the option to either use templates for the website or build my own.
I sign up for the suggested plan for one year, total package with cart, ssl cert, email, etc., Only to find that the online template process is godawful slow. So I thought I'd opt for building the site manually. I find I can't access my site. No ftp account. I ask support what's up and they tell me that my account in a template only account with no ftp access. Not at all what I requested. They then tell me that I need to 'cancel' my hosting plan, then they will prorate my services and refund the remainder of my funds. I then should sign up for the 'Standard' hosting plan. I inform them that while I would like to, not a single plan on their site is referred to as a 'standard' plan.
I query them again. They inform me that godaddy has different hosting that actually includes multiple ftp user access. Finally, after an hour of searching their site, I find the 'hidden' services. I cancel my 'WebSite Tonight' hosting plan and signup for the Premium Godaddy hosting for a year with ssl, yada, yada, and inform support I cancel my previous hosting. They go through the motions, send one or two emails indicating a refund was requested, and then suddenly flatly denied the refund.
I have nothing to say about their business model that isn't a four-letter word. I will be finding another hosting service. If they screw my domain, they can have it, I'll get a different one. Now I see how they made all their money, by deceptive advertising, lies, and broken promises.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
Who does godaddy think they are? They now appear to be a governing board? They seem to have a vendetta against online pharmacies. They dont know what they are doing and the first thing about telemedicine? They are a hosting company and should stay a hosting company. Instead they seem to be shutting down online companies who are doing legitimate business practice. They lie and state an online prescription is not valid? Who exactly are they again, a pharmacy board? No sir they are not...
These goons tried to strongarm me into paying them for 'spam' that supposedly originated from one of my websites. Note - I do not HOST with GoDaddy . Note - I do not have an EMAIL with GoDaddy. Note - I did not send spam. Note - the spam didn't even come directly from my website or server it was simply someone who wrote up a cheap script for spamming people and my domain happened to be the originator for some of these emails.
Go Daddy tried to tell me it was my fault the spam went through and that I had to PAY THEM a 'cleanup' fee!
RIDICULOUS!
I am moving all of my registered sites to another registrar. Go Daddy - you are SO far out of line it's ridiculous!
I think godaddy are a ripoff, I have hundreds of domains with numerous registrars and godaddy is the only site that seems to be designed to trip you up. The site is always trying to sell you things you don't need and it uses language that would confuse new users making them think they were obligated to take certain services.
I would also warn potential customers that godaddy has some ripoff terms and conditions and is really inflexible.
I had a domain due to expire in july 2017, I logged into the godaddy portal and requested a password to transfer it to another registrar. I then had do dig around to find the place where you unlock the domain. Whilst I was there I noticed a typo in my whois info and corrected it.
I went to my main registar and kicked off the transfer with the auth code, but instead of receiving the email telling me to confirm the transfer I get a message saying:
"the transfer of yourdomain.com from godaddy.com, inc. To another registrar could not be completed for the following reason (S):
Express written objection to the transfer from the transfer contact. (E. G. - email, fax, paper document or other processes by which the transfer contact has expressly and voluntarily objected through opt-in means).
The express written objection may be the result of a pending or recently completed change of registered name holder. This is an opt-in process during which the new registered name holder agrees not to transfer for 60-days. This domain will be transferrable on 8/6/2017.
The language alone is enough to drive you nuts, “express written objection”, well when I called to find out who had objected it turned out that it was godaddy itself.
I have made changes to my domains dozens of times but at godaddy this kicks off a restrictive practice and what is worse is that when you inform them of it they refuse to fix it. Worse still the godaddy rep is obnoxious, keeps you waiting 23 minutes and then tells you that you should know their full terms and conditions.
Now when you transfer ownership and usually registrar there is an icann rule that says you cannot transfer it again for 60 days, but ripoff godaddy adds it own 60 day restriction when you correct a typo, the ownership did not change and even when they were advised of this they refused to be flexible and release the hold.
So now if I don’t renew my domain will expire in july and I can’t transfer away till august. Well this is one paltry domain of over 150 that I own, godaddy will rip me off for less than 10 lousy dollars but they have created so much bad will. I am a domain investor, I like to use a single supplier to make admin easier, so when domains come to expire I move them to my preferred supplier. However, once a year or when prices go up (Like next month) I take another look at my single supplier and compare them to the market. Well this stunt means that godaddy will never be considered as a supplier, moreover, I warn other buyers to steer well clear of godaddy and I urge others to spread the word about godaddy.
Godaddy, well yes daddy I am going, you may get your $10 but I will be out of here when you can’t stop me on 8/6/2017.
signed up for one mere domain name. marked NO on ALL contact info for calls, offers by email, etc. Next thing I get is spamming offers, sales, advertisement emails daily from GODADDY about 5-6 a day on top of calls. I aske dthem to stop-they refused-I emailed them about 10 times advised them i marked no contact- still continued. I make copies of everything. I went into my account there for the first time since i got in on 1/2/11 and they had CHANGED my preference to YES! I cancelled the account and contacted the BBB. They advertise ON THE WEBSITE they are members of BBB but when I contacted BBB they had no such company! KEEP AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! WISHED I HAD READ ALL THE COMPLAINTS FIRST.
This is a warning: do not use godaddy as your internet hosting provider there are other website companies out there: http://www.top10hosts.net/ godaddy is rated the worst. I've had bad experiences with them from servers going down to trying to extort me out of $199 for sending too many emails. No warnings, just an email saying if I didn't pay $199 then they would suspend my website. I've paid for 2 years up-front and was not sending spam emails. I've sent messages to president@godaddy.com, pr@godaddy.com, and marketing@godaddy.com. Let's see what happens.
I started using GoDaddy for my Server needs a few years ago. You have a choice to select an option that doesn't include server administration, but if you have any technical support need for the product you purchased and expect to work without issues, you will not receive the appropriate assistance without being charged extra.
The reps are the rudest I've ever encountered, they use aggressive language, belittle you as non knowledgeable, therefore guilty for not choosing them to handle admin of your server and don't take one step in customers satisfaction direction.
I have purchased a VDS and today called to get them to help me fixing the issue that was preventing me from receiving emails in my business Inbox, which is affecting my operations. It was a basic expectation to have a server that wouldn't fail to deliver emails, and we haven't made any changes or even accessed the server at all. So, if it works and all of a sudden stops working, you would think that technical support would fix the issue. Not only they didn't, but used time to try and sell their 'Expert Services'.
Below the transcript of my chat with one of the numerous reps I had spoken before. The tone is the same, arrogant, careless, rude and disgusting:

Dave P.
They need to give you the email with the full header information and email content.
3:43:01 PM
Dave P.
They might be using the wrong email address or they might be having DNS issues on their end. This is why we need the full bounce back email with header information.
3:44:02 PM
Dave P.
Where do you have the domain softtop.com.br registered? I don't see it in your account with us.

From what I'm seeing your DNS is setup correctly. You will need to make sure that your email service is running. You might need to reboot your server.
3:47:54 PM
Customer
why wouldnt be running?
3:48:22 PM
Dave P.
You said that email is not working. So since the dns is pointed to your server correctly the service for mail must be having issues. Have you tried to trouble shoot this issue on your server?
3:50:12 PM
Customer
aren't you my server?
3:50:29 PM
Customer
I know I bought Server services from you
3:50:45 PM
Dave P.
I am not your server or your server admin. You did not hire us to manage your server. Because of this you are the server admin and in charge of maintaining your server.
3:51:19 PM
Customer
So, you are saying that I don't have a server through your company?
3:51:48 PM
Dave P.
You will need to review the issues on the server. If you are not able to you can hire our Expert Hands to review the server. They charge $49.99 per 30 minutes of review time.

3:55:03 PM
Customer
I am asking you to address the problem that is causing me to receive messages ON the server I purchased
3:55:06 PM

Your mx record points to mail.softtop.com.br and this is pointed to your server.

Dave P.
There is an issue on your server that you need to address.
3:55:33 PM

Your server is accessible. Your MX record is able to connect to your server. When I use telnet to connect to your mail server it connects. This is something that is on your server that you need to address.

Dave P.
Email is software related.
3:59:42 PM
Customer
So, when you promise 'Server' with unlimited email accounts you dont guarantee that that would always work, unless the customer pays extra?
3:59:57 PM
Customer
Email comes with your promise
4:00:13 PM
Dave P.
We can't guarantee that a server will work if you do not know how to be an admin for your server.
4:00:28 PM
Customer
I didnt touch the Server
4:00:45 PM
Dave P.
You are the admin and you setup the server. This is not something that we control.
4:00:50 PM
Customer
all of a sudden the email stops working and I have to pay extra to get it fixed?
4:01:05 PM
Dave P.
You don't have to pay extra if you want to look into the issue yourself by being a server admin. If you don't want to review the issue on your server and you want us to review then you have to pay for our Expert Hands. Our admins do not work for free.

If you are not willing to review your own server please at least reboot the server.
4:02:39 PM
Customer
I have to fix that too?
4:02:53 PM
Dave P.
A reboot is a quick way to try and fix an issue if you are not able to research the issue on the server. It is just like rebooting your own computer or laptop or phone.
4:03:35 PM
Customer
It would have been much nicer if you had suggested that 'pretending' to help

4:06:17 PM
Customer
So, its normal for a customer to get emails from months ago all of a sudden?
4:06:25 PM
Dave P.
That is not normal. But if your server is doing this then you have a configuration issue on your server.
4:07:03 PM
Customer
And if I didn't touch any of the configurations, you are saying that I have to pay you to investigate issues coming from your side?
4:07:35 PM

The issue is not coming from our side. It is on your server. You manage the software on your server.

May I assist you with anything else?
just so complicated and not honest in my view trying to trick you into committing to products you do not need and nothing is clear
Godaddy is absolutely a nightmare to get organized. When I try to set up everything for a new domain account there is so much clutter and external upselling that I can not focus on getting my domain set up. secondly they try to up sell you on what ever then you click to see if you may want it and bang you are not given an option to cancel and you are already in their shopping cart. It has taken me so long to muddle through what should be a 4 step process and I find my self spending even more hours trying to figure it all out. Go to Aplus.net next time quick easy and no BS product barrage
Watch out when you renew thew will prolly hold you for another 60 days. Check the fine print.
I have had my account locked out because GoDaddy had someone hack their systems in January. So they want ME to call THEM on the phone to confirm who I am so I can access my account.
I live in the UK I don't want to spend the money calling them when it's their mistake.
Now they won't respond to my emails, even though they did offer to help me via email if I had an issue calling from the UK?
I have emailed them 3-4 times without a response. I'm going crazy mad. WORST ONLINE SERVICE PROVIDER I HAVE EVER DELT WITH PERIOD!
fraud and cheating company!
Please, do yourself a favor if looking for a cheap web host! Avoid godaddy at all costs!
Http://www.Godaddy.com < do not use godaddy.com for any web hosting, domain name registration or internet related business! This company is a bunch of scamming liars and crooks that will sell your valuable domains with faulty billing practices, lies, deceit, fraud and outright theft!
We own several websites, over 700. In the past 2 years, godaddy.com has lost over 20 of our domain names through no fault of ours! They will tell you the billing didn't go through, not send warning emails and sell only your most valuable domains!
In our case, it was adulttoy.Org and naughtylingerie.Net, two of our most valuable domains, sold at a huge financial loss to us, while they profit! This is while our automatic billing was fine for several other domains! This company is nothing but a bunch of lying, scamming, thieving crooks out to steal your domains (If you hold several) and sell them without warning! We implore you to use any other register or host but godaddy!
Godaddy has done this to us 4 times now! We were duped into staying with them as they supposedly gave us better customer service reps each time who assured us that it 'would never happen again'. The first time, they sold 4 lesser value domains on us in 2005. Then in 2006, they did it again, with 2 lesser value domains.
They did it again in 2007, losing 14 of our domains, (All were on automatic residual billing on the same credit card that had thousands in the account and was only used for godaddy!) this time, they sold the best domain at a profit, adulttoy.Org and gave us the other lesser valued domains back, as if they did us a favor. Mind, we contacted our godaddy 'executive support' (Some lying mope named dean)representative several times with these emails saying our domains were expiring, first, dean told us no domains were expiring, after they were lost, he told his supervisors this never happened. Total liar! We were fighting with them for 5 months over the loss of this domain and were told to pick another domain off of godaddy.com's aution site, http://www.Tdnam.com.
After we spent months removing the domain they lost from our other site links, after we spent days going over the www.Tdnam.com domains for sale, when we find a comparable name, they then tell us it needs to be from the expired auctions, which are all garbage domains. This supervisor, a real winner named rod browning, told us to go back to the original rep that lost our domains to begin with. Unreal disgusting idiots! At this time, we find out they did it to us again, losing 4 domains, including naughtylingerie.Net, which was sold without any prior warning or email!
Then, this sap of a rep tells us to pay godaddy.com a redemption fee to get the other domains back, but the best one was already sold, 3 days after we received the only email saying these domains were in jeopardy! This idiotic customer service rep that works in bob parsons office (Godaddy president), his name is john godbehere, it is a very unique name, there are a few listings for him in scotsdale, arizona and we suggest you track him down if you are having problems with godaddy. No doubt he is at one of these addresses or numbers and would be incredibly easy to find.

The best part is after all the ways godaddy screwed us over, they then call the police because we threatened to fly to scotsdale, arizona to discuss the matter in person. The police called our partner at 1:00am, waking him and his family from bed in the middle of the night. Godaddy is a scam, ripoff, lying, deceitful, dirty foul company that you would be wise to avoid at all costs. There are several other, much better webhosts available, dont give these nasty crooks one penny or control of your domains unless you want to go through something like this.
This company is run by a bunch of no good crooks, from bob parsons down to the lowlifes that have added features to our accounts, expensive features we did not need or ask for, almost every time we called for assistance. As unreal as it sounds, this company has done it all and more to us. They put our domains into several expensive blue razor (Http://blurazor.com) accounts without our permission, costing us an extra 3k a year. They sold our best domains that were worth thousands of dollars, not even including all the money, time, work that has been put out to fix the first problems they caused. This is thousands of dollars more! They signed us up for expensive email accounts we didn't ask for and never used since we didn't even know we had them until recently, and they also signed us up for some idiotic thing called 'investor's edge', which apparently is for site investors, however this is something we never asked for either, we never received signup emails for this stuff, nothing. It was as if they thought they have full run of your credit card and can do whatever they wanted with it, including selling your domains from under you and using the 'it was a billing problem' excuse with everyone and it is all bs! There is also a class action lawsuit that is apparently starting for this as well, you can contact http://www.Internetlitigators.com for more info. As it is, we will be pursuing both our own suit as well as joining any class action suit that is started as well. And if you want more information, if you need any assistance with your own cases, we will be more than happy to provide any help we can.
We will be posting this multiple times on several boards, so if you see it multiple times, we are only doing it as a warning for others to stay far away from this disgusting webhost or things will get really ugly like they are about to get with us. And this john godbehere, he is nothing but the true meaning of a jerkoff, a liar and a punk ###.
So you know, if you have a problem as well, they all work on the same team and do not expect relief trying to go through their own reps. They are all lying dirtbags and this company should be investigated by the fbi! And if the fbi (Federal bureau of investigation) should read this, godaddy is nothing but front for a theft ring and multiple billing scams, they need to be investigated and closed down! Reported to all agencies including the better business bureau! There is a reason you never hear about godaddy anymore. It's because they suck, and are the true meaning of ripoff! Just look at the other complaints here about them. We are not endosing anyone else, we just want you to know the truth of what they did to us, after we gave them tens of thousands of dollars in business over the past few years.
They will be hearing from our attorneys now, we might just take that plane out there to discuss this in person, that is how mad this has gotten us! Avoid these headache inducing dirtbags at godaddy at all costs please! Just do yourself a favor and look somewhere else! Anywhere else but godaddy!
Do not do any business with godaddy under any circumstances!
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.

Our email has been down for a week, we call Tech support. and then they give me time to fix the problem, never fix it!
then I called like 10 times to service tech support holding for 1 hour and then discount the phone,
not reliable, one big bad service.
My domain guidemarketing.net which I had registered with Godaddy for 20 years was sold to launchpad.com without my permission.
I'm communicating directly to the 380 hedge funds, the S.E.C and The United Nation's Consumer Protection Agencies of each country about GoDaddy's auto renewal scam and refund policy, why? You guys are all over the place & wordy. In order to file a class action and obtain certification you have to create a class of similar, i.e., in the same class which in this instance is (1) Auto Renewal Complaints (2) Refund Policy. Google: GoDaddyrefunds.net, that's me and I'm using the GoDaddy logo, and they won't sue me or cease and desist me, why? I've made their gddy stock drop 5-points beginning 2/7/22. Several years ago, three neighbors' homes surrounded my home with 5 barking, yapping howling dogs, morning, noon and nightly, so I acquired 14 roosters and one chicken, but didn't know the guy that sold me those roosters fought them and when I threw them rooster over their fences and those dogs came out those roosters kicked those dogs [censored]. One guy tried to physically attack me and two of my neighbor's received citations for having farm animals inside of Miami City Limits. Google: Jobie Steppe - - - - GoDaddy is about to be on the receiving end of getting some sand put in their Vaseline and WE AREN'T GOING TO BE ON THE RECEIVING SIDE THIS TIME AROUND!
GODADDY HAS DONE THIS TO ME AND I HOPE THEY GO BANKRUPT AND THE OWNER GOES TO JAIL AND SUFFERS LIKE HE HAS DONE TPO SO MANY PEOPLE THEY PAY THE BBB TO GET APLUS RATINGS THIS COMPANY IS THE MOST FRAUDULENT PRACTICES ON EARTH THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THE WORST THEY NEVER ANSWER PUT YTOU OPN HOLD THEN HANG UP AFTER 3 HOURS OF WASTED TIME EACH DAY THE ONLINE CHAT IS A STUPID BOT
GoDaddy done this to me too and when i chat its a bot and when you call your on hold 3 days over 2 hours at a time they do not care and the stupid owner is a billionaire they also pay the BBB to get A+ rating they should be in jail for all the fraudulent lies I personally never want harm or dad things to anyone but the owner I hope he rots in jail and suffers for what he has caused so many people and I wish this company goes bankrupt.
They have been overcharging us by almost double without consent.
This is how GoDaddy cheat their customers?
https://www.wgsamantha.com/how-godaddy-com-cheat-their-customers-with-domain-registration
After using Godaddy for many years, I just discovered they were charging me for 3 services (email and product) I never ordered and have never used. I've transferred 10 domains away from them and will be finished with them completely in a week or two. Outrageous service and quite fraudulent as well.

YOU WILL NEVER GET ANY SUPPORT OR CUSTOMER RIGHTS IF YOU BUY FROM GODADDY.
