Visualsoft Access to my admin, website

I have been dealing with this company…
I have been dealing with this company for many years, I have 4 websites with them which 3 off them is currently live

The customer service and their company service is so poor its unreal,

3 of my sites were down in Christmas. Back in April, May, June 2020 my sites were constantly down, I was advised by then my account manager Kevin Richardson it beyond their control if my sites our down, I cannot be compensated however I will still need to pay my bills even if their service is not provided, he then advised me that I should pay for a dedicated server

I was advised the dedicated server will work out much cheaper and the sites will no longer go down.

November/December 2021, my sites were again down, I couldn't access the admin, I couldn't process the orders, I was losing sales that would of generated thousands,

I voiced my complaint to Aimee Lindsay and Katie Stewart and requested that they do not charge me anything for that calendar month, this is Katie Stewart's reply

£1, 500 +VAT was added to your account as a gesture of good will and compensation for the intermittent downtime issues you have faced recently and was to be used to cover the costs for the Dedicated Server for July - December, that you have not been charged for since this was put in place..

Basically they're saying they didn't bill me for the server a error on their site so they will be collecting this money from me and that's my compensation, that email was from

Now this review is done I will look at the platforms to voice my concerns including social media sites, because why should a handful of people read this when there's a possibility of a larger audience so others so not fall for this scam

Its a scam because you're paying for service you're not receiving, its like my company selling its product and then sending out a empty box

Since addressing this Emma Thompson has reached out to me from Visualsoft to resolve this, but that doesn't resolve the loss I have suffered in previous months.

Desired outcome: Compensation for loss of earnings

Visualsoft zero

It's nothing. Zero.
Zero customer service.
Zero money.
Zero.
They care nothing about you and what you want.
As always they only need your money and once they get it, forget about them.
I am really disappointed that being a smart person I fell for this crap and gave them my money for nothing, I just believed their promises and a multiyear experience in e-commerce or whatever else.
Don't waste your money, people. You will regret.

Visualsoft It's all about the money

We have hired these guys from Visualsoft and they made us a webpage. We paid a lot of money for that and didn't get what we asked. We had many issues with these guys trying to get them to redo everything. They finally agreed and fixed everything we did not like for an additional payment. Then they asked for more money and we had to pay extra to keep our site function.
One day they just closed our site and refused to give us access before we paid them!
Recently we found another company and they seem more reliable than these guys. So we decided to move there.
Better do not deal with Visualsoft, it's all about the money here!

Visualsoft They fabricate their own reviews

They fabricate their own reviews. How can you trust a company that does that? Save your money and go with someone else. All visualsoft are good at is pretty banners and design. Catherine B and any other positive review of them is written by them. They have already been caught by a well-knows site doing this.

I can't say I have experienced them fabricating their reviews, but they absolutely do have a huge propaganda machine at work. Their TrustPilot reviews (which they will point people to who are considering going with them) is completely "managed"... you can't leave a review on there unless you promise them it will be 5 star... leave a 4 star or lower review and they will contact you directly requesting that you up it to 5. Want to leave a negative review?... no can do! Go ahead... try it. You can't leave a review unless they give you a code first. Hence they now can keep negativity completely secret.

Visualsoft They are over-priced and not nice to deal with at all

Very substandard service from a very substandard company. Big delays in project delivery with loads of excuses.

Whats worse is that they do not show remorse or interest in customer satisfaction. I would strongly recommend you do not use their services.

I agree with Catherine B - but please ignore the Trustpilot reviews... on there they are filtering the reviews so that people can't make negative comments and there for they are fabricating their 9.7 rating.
Look on other boards and make your own judgements... based on both good and bad.
Personally I wouldn't touch them with a barge pole, but that's a personal opinion based on personal experience.

Terrible Company with no interest in resolving serious issues for a client that has spent tens of thousands of Pounds with them. Project over-ran by over 7 months (what was supposed to be a 3 month project so 10+ months). Very sad and lame excuses where made. 1 - Horrible lock-in contract. 2 - £60 plus VAT charge to lift a finger ( including to fix...
