Speed of my sites is great and I'd like to say that my visitors are happy with the speed upload of my pages. They write good feedbacks about this. Support is great. Gigapros is highly reliable, professional and, as other reviewers have already pointed out, they provide excellent and fast support. They also have cloudflare that protects my web sites. This decent hosting provider does seem to have some issues with customer service and tech support, however I would expect that this is mainly due to the lack of customer calls that are taken as the service is intuitive and quite easy to use.

So far, I've never encountered any problems with this except for that one single time where there was a downtime which was immediately resolved in a matter of 10 minutes. Yo, so I was checking out GigaPros for a dedicated server and they got this deal for $34 which is pretty dope, right? But then I found out that if you want CPanel, they gonna charge you ANOTHER $35 a month! Like, what the heck man? That's some duplicitous pricing right there.

But honestly, besides that, their service seems pretty solid. They got good uptime and fast speeds, which is all you really need in a hosting provider. Plus, their customer support is pretty responsive and helpful.

Overall, I'd say GigaPros is a decent choice for a dedicated server, just watch out for those sneaky extra charges.
