So far, I've never encountered any problems with this except for that one single time where there was a downtime which was immediately resolved in a matter of 10 minutes. So far, I have not had any problems with them. Good service. I use the site to run my business and check email on it everyday, and Gigapros network performance is about as fast as any of the other services out there, but for about half the price.

I have never had more fun spending my hard earned money. Gigapros has the best customer service I have ever experienced from any hosting provider, ever. Their prices are very reasonable, your software makes running multiple web sites an absolute breeze and on top of all of that, your servers are-fast-and-chock full of features. It's been just Top Notch and Excellent. I have tried quite a number of hosting services before, had miserable and frustrating experiences. But with Gigapros, its been a breeze.

There was one issue when a server had problems and the support response was rather slow until we called them directly. Gigapros team has definitely helped ultimahosts worldwide expansion. The speed is amazing, very reliable, the support is fantastic (we needed a server reset, they done it within 20 minutes), the price is great! It's very hard to over state how good these guys really are. The provider I have been working for has switched all of their hosting over to Gigapros in the past few weeks, the reason? There's nobody better out there.

One of my site is a phpBB forum discussion board, 2nd one is Wordpress and the 3rd one is personal site with images and video with my family and me. The uptime impressed me, no outages at all and speed connection is really cool - pages upload really fast. Use Gigapros business shared hosting I must say I'm impressed with this hosting provider. The bottom line is I could not have done it without the incredible customer service of Gigapros. It is as good – oh let’s be honest – it is the best I have ever experienced. It did not matter if it was 3 am or 3 pm – and usually it was 3 am – but staff members like Alex and Nick and all the rest were there to walk you through every step and answer every question.

I've always had prompt and helpful service from Gigapros in my personal projects, so I recommended them to my company when we started building a new site. We launched that yesterday, migrating our website over from another provider while keeping our mail servers with the other guys. The chat help is fantastic and I have been very impressed with how quickly they have responded & helped. They could not have been more helpful. I was lucky when I found them. Gigapros is the best web host, because they helped me a lot with migration my stuff to them, they helped me a lot and made setup for me. Fast servers, polite support, good prices.

When I get all the things cleared, gigapros support replied to all my questions, I have decided to order vps account. After I purchased an account they then set it up the account immediately.. But the good thing there is they are going to transfer my sites to my ssd vps hosting account as much a possible.. Then after a few hours all my site are setup all necessary actions needed for my sites have been done.

The VPS hosting solutions Gigapros offers are really excellent and cheap. Good service. I use the site to run my business online selling different laptops and check e-mail on it everyday, and their network performance is about as fast as any of the other services out there, but for about half the price. Gigapros is not only the most affordable US VPS web host out there, but the uptime has been great, and I'd say it has been over 99%, and my site hasn't gone down in months. I've been working hard these days on my website, so often have to upload and rest of stuff related to database, emails. Techs are very helpful. The customer service is outstanding, the services included is amazing, and the price is unbeatable.

Truly amazing. There has never been a problem Gigapros couldn't help me with. and so you know, every problem to date has been mine. There has never been a problem at their end. flawless operation. If there are any other problem, they will connect to the client machine through logmein account and they will fix it. So I am still very happy with them.

I have to say Gigapros support is awesome! I'm an older musician, trying to wrap my mind around web design and the whole internet thing, so I need a lot of support help. This web host is an asset for your business. I had to contact support in the process of moving, and they got back to me within minutes especially at 1 am at night and 8am the next morning on a Sunday! All sorted within minutes too. Transferred a domain and asp.net website with an internal WordPress blog and a branded short name domain to Gigapros US VPS hosting provider. As a non-tech administrator, I found their service and support prompt, patient and helpful. I have never had one problem, there has been no downtime and every time I have a question it is answered quickly in most cases over Skype right away.

I've had a few outages, since I'm a total beginner at this, and we are in a time zone at least 8 hours different from Gigapros vps hosting. But the answers were there quick as lightning, every time. Recommend their hosting to others cos their work is great. There were a couple of times the customer support person did not have an immediate answer but told me he would find out right away.

It has fantastic customer support who will help you with all aspects of getting your site up-and-running and the connections are always reliable.
