I am so happy with Webware's work, they really put in the effort to make my website amazing
I am so happy with Webware's work, they really put in the effort to make my website amazing. I was surprised how good it turned out, it's better than I could have done myself. I'm also using their Social Media, Reputation Management, and Blog writing services. I've been wanting to increase my social media presence for over a year but never had the time or knew where to start. Webware has made it so much easier for me and I feel more connected to my company mission by sharing important updates with my audience. Their customer support is great too!
These guys are all about the money, they don't care about ethics
These guys are all about the money, they don't care about ethics. I paid them to build my website and then for monthly hosting, but they suddenly suspended it without warning. They should have let me know and given me a chance to fix any issues before taking such drastic action. I'm really disappointed that a company with ComplaintsBoard.com accreditation would behave this way. They won't even give me a refund for the website building fees they charged to my credit card. They're trying to force me to pay for the suspension period, but I'm not going to let them get away with it. If they don't reinstate my website, I'll take legal action.
Me and my company signed up with Webware
Me and my company signed up with Webware.io for a three month deal. The website took longer than they said it would to go live. They said they would make four pieces of content for us every month, but they didn't follow through. The content they did make was really bad. I told them I wasn't happy and they said they'd give me a free month, but the content was still bad. After the three months were up, I didn't want to keep paying them because they didn't do what they said they would. They tried to make me pay for four more months, but that wasn't part of our deal. When I said no, they took down my website even though I'd already paid for it. I talked to a lawyer and I'm going to sue them for my money back and for the trouble they caused.

Was approached by Webware to use their services
Was approached by Webware to use their services. A few hiccups and phone calls and voila we have a system that works well and draws in consistent leads for us. Be persistent, be specific and be ready to assist them so that they fully understand what you want. I am a hands on person and do not accept less than I want and was able to work with Webware to achieve this.

I love them! So far, I'm very impressed with the service Webware has provided.
I had a vision for my web site and and Webware worked with me for several weeks to bring it live.
They have exceeded my expectations every step of the way. More significant - they are diligent in their follow up which is important to me since I am pretty high maintenance.
But what is most important is ranking and already, I am receiving calls from customers who have found my site ***. My hats off to the entire team.

I use Webware to manage my site and ranking ***
I use Webware to manage my site and ranking ***. They are very thorough in their methods and providing detailed recommendations to optimize SEO and increase *** search rankings.
There have only been a handful of challenges or setbacks with their service, like misunderstanding my requests or missing feedback altogether, but they are quick to address and correct issues.
They require clients to actively participate and complete tasks that will yield positive results. This is not a hands-off service, but the results are worth the effort!
I've worked with them since early 2019 and will continue to do so!

*** They tell you everything
They tell you everything you want to hear saying they will get you to page one on *** in 90 days. Then they prolong the actual building of the website so they can just keep taking your money and then once they actually build your website, once again they take their time so they can keep taking your monthly payment. *** even at that time they say, "we don't want to waste everything you've spent so fare so consider..." So then they sell you on doing ads to really kickstart your site. *** I called *** and asked them how to verify the viewers to my site were real they told me to ask for the web log files to verify the IP address of people visiting. Of course they said they couldn't provide those to me. Complete coverup ***...

I got a call from a sales guy who said they'd get us on the top of *** in 90 days
I got a call from a sales guy who said they'd get us on the top of *** in 90 days. But after 2 months, nada. I had to reach out to them to see what's up. Finally, they sent a one-pager for approval, but then nothing. They kept making excuses for why they couldn't post it. I'm super pissed off about this. We wasted our cash and our time.
I had a bad experience with Webware
I had a bad experience with Webware.io. The sales guy told me one thing, but the contract said something else. They took $2,000 from my account and didn't do anything. I emailed them to cancel, but they keep taking money from me. Their website service is terrible. They only have templates, and they don't offer anything like the sales guy said they would. They promise you everything a new business wants to hear, but they don't deliver anything and just take your money.

Webware was a bit pushy when I first signed up with them
Webware was a bit pushy when I first signed up with them. They made me a website that wasn't great, and even though they tried to fix it, it still wasn't good. I didn't get any real customers from them, and the one customer I did get was a bit of a problem. I paid them $1497 in August 2022, and then another $449 from September to December. I want a refund of $3,293 because they didn't keep their promise to help me get new customers, and their service almost got me into trouble. They need to do the right thing and give me my money back.
I paid for a website but never got it
I paid for a website but never got it. I also bought a marketing plan but had to cancel it cuz of lockdown. I asked for the website files but they said no cuz I cancelled the marketing plan. I gave them $1,400 but got nothing. Customer success said I could pay $199/month for 2 months and then go back to $445/month. They wanted more money even tho I didn't get my website. We had no online presence for a month. I made a new website cuz they weren't helping. I want my $1,400 back cuz I got nothing.
Kirn called me on 1.28.21 at 9:30 pm and I asked for a call the next day at 10 am
Kirn called me on 1.28.21 at 9:30 pm and I asked for a call the next day at 10 am. Kirn called back on 1.29.21 at 10 am with a sales pitch. They said they were accredited by BBBA+ and promised web references. They deducted $2239.92 from my bank account. On 2.4.21 at 12 pm, Nick called to reschedule the call because my web designer was unavailable. I said no. I told him that the money was already paid and he needed to either help or refund. Dipika.k does not exist! On 2.11.21, Nick scheduled a call on the wrong day. On 2.12.21, there were no calls to my cell as requested because of an ice storm. I waited for Nick to call for over 5 hours. On 2.19.21, I had to reschedule because of work. I cancelled the contract on 2.12.21 and was told to schedule a call with dipika.k, which I did for 3.12.21, but no one called. I am tired of the runaround, emails, and calls for more money. I just want the refund for a service that was never provided. On 2.26.21, $549.00 was charged for webhosting and on 3.31.21, $549.00 was charged again. The total amount to be refunded is $3,337.92.
In June , I got a call from Webware
In June , I got a call from Webware.io about making a website for my company. We talked about doing an ecommerce site and I decided to go for it. They charged me $1000 plus tax for the setup and $400 plus tax per month. They said they would build my site in 45 days, but it took 3 months. Once it went live, they were supposed to train me to add content, but that never happened. I asked them several times, but they didn't help. It wasn't until January 2022 that my site was where I wanted it to be. The staff was completely incompetent. I had to correct their mistakes on simple inputs. After months of back and forth, upper management called me and said they wouldn't work with me anymore. They gave me until March 3rd, 2022 to find another source. I lost $3000 and didn't make any profit because I didn't get any new customers. I have receipts and want a refund.
I signed up with Webware
I signed up with Webware.io on July 20 to make a website for my company, ***, LLC. I paid them $399.00 on August 25, and a total of $1,200 between August and October 2022. They said they would make my website in 5 weeks, but they didn't follow my instructions. They didn't make my website for 15 months. On October 12, 2022, I told them I was ending our contract because they didn't make my website like we agreed. But on October 20, 2022, they took another $399.00 from my account, even though I told them to stop. On January 8, 2023, I found out they made a website and a *** account for my company without asking me. They put my personal information on the website without my permission. You can see the website here: https://*** . I want Webware.io to give me my $1,200 back because they didn't do what they said they would. I also want them to take down the website, ***webware.io, because I didn't say they could make it or put my personal information on it. Webware.io hasn't fixed the problem yet.
I wanna share my experience with Webware
I wanna share my experience with Webware. So, on Febuary 20, 2020 I signed up with them to make me a website in five weeks. They said it would help me get on *** in the first 90 days. But then COVID-19 happened and I had to close my business. Webware didn't do a good job with my website and now they want $1,745 to cancel my contract. But my business can't operate and might not even exist anymore. They gave me my website five days late and on the day I wanted to cancel. They tried to make me stay with a hold plan even though I didn't like the website. I talked to Wisdom and he said he would help me but then I had to ask for my refund. A bot told me I had to pay the rest of my contract to cancel. They didn't even care that they were supposed to host a temporary page but didn't and the design was really bad. I want my money back, it's a no brainer.
I got a call from someone asking if I wanted to increase sales or get clients
I got a call from someone asking if I wanted to increase sales or get clients. Two days later, Mr. Ryan P. called from Webware (company based on 64 Vaughan Valley Blvd., Toronto) and made an appointment to share his screen. He ended up telling me that they make websites for $1297 plus tax and then do digital marketing for three months for $449 each month. I paid on February 9th, and signed a contract. I didn't feel good about it because they weren't straightforward about what they did. I sent an email the next day, and Mr. Ryan said they were partners with *** and needed business. They kept asking to schedule a mock design through email and phone calls, but they only made two pages. As of April 21, we have paid $1447 for the domain and logo, but they only made two pages. We asked them to complete the web based on the two pages they designed, but they started asking for money for social media marketing. We canceled the credit card and don't want to deal with this company anymore. They could only design two pages in two and a half months, and we gave them ten pages of content. We want a refund of $1000. We don't trust this business, and we hope ComplaintsBoard.com will help us get our money back.
Webware contacted me and showed me their website for similar businesses
Webware contacted me and showed me their website for similar businesses. We discussed how they could help me with my online presence and SEO. I paid $3000 for a website redesign, which went live in August with the content and pictures I provided. The new website had clearer images, but the same pages as the old website. I was never contacted about adding new pages or sub-pages. When I asked about this, the account manager initially said they would build them out, but later said I had to provide the content and layout plan. For $789 a month, I receive a short blog with the same content as my website, a bi-monthly newsletter that is just a blog, SEO, five hours of support, and weekly social media posts. The blogs are not posted every month, and the newsletter is just a blog. They do not write any content, so I have to write my own newsletter. They only post on one of my social media pages and forget to post on the other. The curated articles they post are outdated or from competitors. The interaction and growth on my social media pages have declined. They created a listing for my second office address with them as the owner and me as a co-owner. The account manager has changed three times in five months, and they are not in Canada. Another account manager contacted me to remedy the situation, but refused to send the information in writing. They have not provided a detailed report of their work or results achieved.
I signed up with Webware on December 20 for website setup and monthly digital services
I signed up with Webware on December 20 for website setup and monthly digital services. They charged my credit card $1,126.61 for setup on December 21 and $394.37 for monthly services on January 21. They didn't follow up much until the end of January when they called me, but then I found out they couldn't fulfill my website requirements. I asked to terminate the contract, but they wouldn't commit to it. After some back and forth, they offered to refund the monthly fee but not the setup fee. I didn't think that was fair since they couldn't provide the services I needed. I emailed them to cancel the contract and called my credit card company to dispute the charges. They eventually agreed to refund both fees, but then charged me another $394.37 on February 21, which they blamed on a technical error. I emailed them again to request a refund of $1,915.35 and called my credit card company again to report the recurring charge. I hope you can help me get my money back since they couldn't provide the services I paid for.
