My husband received his double cheeseburger and when when we got home and he opened it, the bottom bun was burnt black. It is rock hard and inedible. My name is Sheila Wiley and we eat at this whataburger often. [protected]. Even eating it he says it tastes burnt even after he took the bottom bun off to eat the rest of the burger! We have never had someone look at that and think to themselves, this is the perfectly cooked bun and I am going to put it on a hungry persons burger! I am disappointed as we do not live close to just drive back and have them fix it.
