Manager should place a sign announcing refusal to accept pennies instead of mistreating customers.
The Manager at this address 19201 Bear valley rd, Apple valley, CA. Was rude needs to be trained on how to calibrate the pennies weight device.
We took $5 in pennies they were wrapped in 50 cent wrappers and the Manager was called as we were paying the Manager took the pennies to her office to be weight.
She came back to let us know that none of wrappers had the right amount, that every wrappers only had 30 to 35 cents.
We all proceeded to count the wrappers and each of the wrappers had the right amount 50 cents.
She still keep arguing about how she couldn't accept them because her Machine was right, she warned us not come back to her store, to take the pennies to the bank next time, and even called us bad customers.
Please let me know if this is 99cent store policy and we promise you we step in your stores again.
