Extenze - scam & a rip off

I order a free trial of extense the agent never mentioned it was i membership & said i had 7 days to try it until they charged it to my bank card 3 days after i ordered the product i was charged four different times 2x for the man & woman extense & two other times for shipping & handling which made my card go into over draft i had 120 dollars worth of over draft fees when i called to ask them to refund me money the superviser was very rude & told me they werent gonna refund my money so i told him well the lady told me i had seven days to cancal she shouldnt have gave me the wrong information he told me their not doing it & thats it & hung up on me i was stuck with paying 120 dollars of over draft fees & on top of that my husband said it dosent even work!

Extenze - unauthorized charge

I called to get their offer of $.99 and told them I was not interested in anything else. I was charged $43.95 then again $6.95. I have tried to call and cancel but there is only a recording they were unable to take my call. To cancel I could go online. I have tried only to find this to be bogus as well. Caution to all who give out their account info to this company. I guess I have to get an attorney to settle this. R.B. Alabama

I had the same problem...Only we were taken for more than 49.95! All we can do is to get others to put their complaints to the BBB. We were never refunded, and told we were not going to be. If you find an attorney to work against this company and need others I'm sure we can post onto the interent and others will come forward.

my husband called and ordered the free trial for .97 on 2-22-210. after the first order he was not supposed to be charged again. four days later on [protected] he was charged 49.41. when he called they sad the second shipment was in the mail and that they could not return the money. they get you to agree to accept the second order so they don't have to give you your money back. my husband told them to cancel the order and to not charge the credit card again. they charged another 42.46 on [protected]. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY ON THE PHONE OR ON THE INTERNET. THEY ARE SCAMMERS.

After ordering a sample of their product they debited my account for a monthly supply unaurtherized by me. I call to investagate and am told they will fix it. Two days later it is on there again and now I'm pissed and I call and they say it is in the aggreement part of the order when you agree to the the terms and aggreement after you fill out your name, address and accout information you have to key on the box for that aggreement and in there it states you will be entering into a montly billing of the product. So that is how they get you.

After SEVERAL calls and cancellations to this company...they continue to charge my credit card with charges. Once or even twice monthly and it is a continuous hassle of calls to them and to my credit card company to keep disputing the charges. How is it legal to charge unauthorized charges to your account and literally tell me on the phone that "Oh, well, we sent you another shipment anyway, if you send it back to us we will credit you and you shouldnt be sent or charged anymore" This has been going on for 4 months. How do you actually get this to stop without having to cancel your credit card altogether?

I have made three telephone calls requesting cancellation of this product. I told the representative I was not accepting the deliveries at the post office. They are being returned as soon as they come out of my P O Box.
It is not doing any good. They continue to send them and take money out of my account. What can be done to correct this and get my money back?

My husband had the brilliant idea of trying this product. He called and cancelled after the second shipment. He called and cancelled after the third shipment. I called and cancelled after the fourth shipment. Guess what we got in the mail yesterday. You guess it. Still charging us and still shipping it out after we have cancelled 3 times. What gives?

i tried the trail test produce. but i tried to call an cancel but could not get through. i want to cancel. i got charged for product not recived. 43.95 an3.49 on 10/23 an 10/25. also again on 10/27 for 6.95

they will send you the product after you close the account, then wheen you send the product back they dont reumberse you.
then they dont send the product and still bill your card.

After ordering a trial supply of the bioExtenze tablets I notified them in writing that I was not interested in the product. They have since continued to debit my account for almost $100. and are continuing to send me the product I do not want.

Extenze - use credit card without authorization

I order a sample for free But I had to pay .97 for shipping, I put in my credit card number, I call them to cancel another shipment that they were going to send and they said that they will cancel the order instead they charge my debit card, I didnt have any funds in the bank so now I'm I owe the bank 67.00 that includes a no funds fee. I'm on disability so thats kind of hard for me.

Extenze - made a charge to my card

I specifically only ordered the free trial for.99 cent and asked them that I don't want to be charged for any other charges and the person I talked to said I would not be billed but I received two packages and was charged for 43.95 to my account. I been trying to get a hold of the company to cancel the order and get my money back but i'm not getting any answer just a recording and cant cancel the order.

my husband fell into their scam after i have talked to the company been reassured a credit would be made to my account and refused to accept delivery of the product today i noticed a 43.95 and a 6.95 charge to my account called the company again reassured that membership was canceled and would receive a refund in 2-3 weeks highly doubt it notifing bank of unauthorized charges

I also had a 50.00 dollar charge for a "7 day trial" @ .97 cents. I called Biotab Nutraceuticals, Inc, Monrovia, CA and spoke to a customer service person who actually laughed and said good luck getting it back, and asked if I had read the terms of service. (her name was Daisy) I blew a gasket ! I immediately called back and demanded a supervisor, when I got one I explained how this CS person responded. I was assured she would be taken care of and that the 50.00 charge was merely a hold. I was also told to call back in 3 days to fully cancel any "auto ship" orders. The supervisor gave me her name and extension.

I will see what happens today.

BTW - feel free to call, ask for Daisy and remind her just what a biatch she is...if she still has a job LOL

They will direct you to customer service @ [protected]. I was assured by the operator that the initial $50.00 that was debited from my account is only a hold. I will give it 3 business days. I myself am not worried about this...for now. I will give it 3 business days. That's it. If needed, I will submit a claim to my fraudulent division with my bank, get my refund directly with my bank, block the card, and have a new card issued to me. I do not mind the incovenience of waiting for new card. At least I know any future charges will not occur. I have had enough experience with companies that do no hold to their products.

same thing happened to me. Tell your bank you never authorized it. My bank filed a claim and credited my account back the next day. The merchant can dispute the claim but since i never signed anything that authorized them to charge my card they have no argument. It will actually incur a fine with the merchants bank account, i know this because i have an online business and every now and then someone will say there card was stolen and i have to eat the fee. plus the scam company shipped me the product and i didn't have to pay for it, ha. the down side is i have to get a new check card which takes 7-10 business days

I also used them as a trial period and they kept charging me and i kept calling to have it stopped and they said ok and the next month i got charged again i got so annoyed that i was running and i fell down the stairs and my shoes fell off. i'm very angry at those little jerks. I had to cancel my credit card to get a new one cause these littl nips kept charging my account.

Wow, Charlie Brown, that was a long hard lecture on the negativity of everything and everyone in life...only thing asked was advice on how to help the fraudulent charges on credit cards, not a good scolding that didnt even touch the problem we are facing! I have a Mom and Dad, they are the only ones that can scold me!

Extenze - discontinue refusal

I can't get them to respond to phones or e-mails, to discontinue shipments and further charges to my credit card. Supposedly they have a refund policy they don't respond to either, I 'm not even as interested in as much as just discontinuing further shipments.

Extenze - hard to getr refund

This company is doing false advertising. They encourage you to try the product for only a charge of .97 cents, they give you 7 days to try the product but if you live on the east coast, it takes almost a week to get your product.Then, before you can call them, they have billed you for $49.41, a 30 day supply!~ .when I asked why this was done, I was informed that once you get the free trial, you are entered into a 90 day club, which they do not tell you. They say that it takes 90 days for the product to work. I informed them that my husband could not take the supplement because it upset his already sensitive stomach and I was told that a refund will be made in a timely fashion.

The timely fashion has past, about 16 days, and my account has not been credited although, they claim that the account was cancelled. I called today, 2/05/09 and was met on the phone by a very rude customer rep. He started giving me an interregation about did I pay to send back the package( why would I do that, they charged me) or marked return to sender. He let me know, in very nasty terms...THAT I JUST HAD TO WAIT...HE WENT SO FAR AS TO TELL ME THAT THEY MIGHT CHARGE MY ACCOUNT AGAIN...THIS IS AMERICA, NOT COMMUNIST RUSSIA. SOMETHING NEEDS TO BE DONE ABOUT THESE PEOPLE. THAT IS A WHOLE LOT OF MONEY THAT THEY ARE STEALING AND TRYING TO GET AWAY WITH IT.

If I have to call the President, The FBI, I will do what is necessary. I wanted all to know that you are not alone in this matter.

I ordered thge trail offer that, i was supost to be charged for a 7 day free trail and they over charged me for 1 or 2 months supply . I didi not order the 2 month supply and the woman i talked to did not tell me about anything but the free trail and she said that I was to only pay $.97 and tah was all . I went to get maony out of the bank and I had almost $100.00 took out . would like to cancel my order and I would like to get my money back . I would also like my money back . Please call me so we can talk about it .If I'm not home please leave a message on my machine so I can call you back . I have tried to get ahold of you for the past 4 hours and I can't get ahold of anyone and I would like to talk to someone abpout this problem . It is not right that I get charged for some thing that I didn't order . The only thing I ordered was the free trail for 7 days and that it was going to cost me $.97 and nothing else . I would be so happy if some one would call me about this matter .

My husband has called numerous time to send the product back and there seems to be no one available. Im afraid they will still bill our bank card and Im sort of at a lost at to what to do. Its ridiculous that they guarentee you can send the product back if it's effective, but how can you do that if they proposely ignore your calls!

I order a trail of 7days trial no more .Now they have billed my credit card $50.90 for a monthly supply that I did not order If I don't recevie a full refund to my account, I seek legal action. I will also put this information on Facebook, Twitter and any other group that has millions of followers. I do expect a reply asap. Thank You

I ordered a free trail for only .97 cents that was it now I have been charged on my credit card which is now closed out because of over draft fees. I don't want anymore sent to me at all. I would like my money returned to me for an order I didn't place. If I wanted more I will place an order for more. Please don't ship anymore. I am shipping your product back to you and will be looking for a check back for the full amount of $50.90. Thank You

I order extenze from them and wen i place the order for 7 days suply and they tell me if i cancel the order on the next 30 days is not gone to be any charge to my check card but wen i recived my 7 days suply (i order for my and for my wife) they charge 100.00 dls 4 or 5 days after and i call to cancel the order and ask wy the charge the money not even one week after i recived my order of 7 days suply they send me the 30 days suply because they dont want me to run out of the treatment and if i send back the profuct they put the money on my acct but is been 3 weeks and i dont now nothing about my money i call they say dont recived the product yeat wish i dont belive them so becarufull with this company

I was interested in getting the product for someone, paying with my credit card .97 cents. This is the very first time a confirmation and contact number wasn't provided with a purchase. I am apprehensive for valid reasons and would like for the transaction be cancelled in its entirety. I am no longer interested. I have contacted the insitution and they are aware. If the transaction in not cancelled, I will contact a lawyer for failing to produce valid contact information. Please do not charge or send. Thank you, Juanita

I called them up to order their free trial package for .97 cents. They charged my card and sent the package. I was told by the sales rep, who was a foreigner of course, that I had about 2 weeks to cancel, depending on when the package arrived. The order was placed on 1-19-09. The package was recieved on 1-26-09. I keep only money in my account for purchases i know are coming thru. I called my bank today, the 27th, to find out my balance. Which was ZERO. I talked to my bank rep, she told me a charge for $49(whatever it is), to my account was pending. I had her cancel my card immediately and to start a dispute resolution. They are not going to get away with this on me. The rep not only lied to make a sale, but, how can you do a 7 day free trial, after only one day. It's supposed to be from the receipt date, not an order date. It took 7 days to ship. This is wrong, and they should be flogged. Tarred and feathered. Stoned by the public. Since I have a small P.O. Box, the package wouldnt fit in the box. So I had to go to the the post office counter to recieve the package, and hand in the slip that was in my P.O. Box. Since I use my P.O. Box for my own business, it is checked daily. So there was no delay in me recieving the slip to get the package. Alan colorado springs, Colorado

After ordering product (extenze) and specifically stating that I didn't want any other offers I was still billed for Lady extenze and after I sent it back stamping refused by the post office the money was not only not put back into my account but after cancelling order for all extenze products my credit card was charged again for mens extenze and I haven't recieved that order so I am out of over $100.00. at first I could get in contact with the company but when I canceled that number and had it blocked immediately I started getting a recording saying that there were no available customer service workers please call back. I then called the Post Office told them about them saying they didn't recieve the package and they said they would launch an investigation

Extenze - unauhtorized monthly charge

On december 15, 2008 I ordered a month supply of extenze and I ask the person that I spoke with not to send a second month supply unless I call and order it, I distinctly say that, but instead the above name company do the opposite, On saturday 17, 2009 I recieved another month supply which I did not order to the sum of $74.34, this order was unauthorized I'm about to turn this product and I'm expecting a refund in the full amount of $74.34 to be put back to my account and please do not send me another order, because I wont be needing this product anymore.

This company just scammed me! I just received the first trial packet 2 days ago. I was charged 34.90 for a month supply on the same day I received the "trial" packet. I never got a chance to "try" the product yet. I wouldn't authorize a payment for something without trying the product first. I was mislead to believe that I had to be satisfied with the product and that I contact them to authorize payment. This is a scam! MVPozza

Hi I am Juli, I also ordered 97 cent free trial, got scammed for another 36.90, etc. called my bank to cancel and got new bank card has anyone started a law suit? If not please contact me, I am considering starting one, these crooks need to be shut down, on top of all many people claimed they got sick, or it just didn't work! juli (kellercj@usfamily.net)
