Sally Beauty Supply

My daughter is an employee of Sally Beauty Supply in Atwater CA. She has been with Sally's for over two years. Today she found out that one of the other employees called in sick so she could go out for Halloween which left my daughter by herself from 5:15p.m. until closing. Her manager Raquel Maldonado was aware of the situation but did absolutely nothing to fix the situation. It is not a safe place for one person to be by themselves at night and on Halloween. Sally's has made no attempt to make the work environment safe for their employees either. My daughter may not be important to her manager but she is too me and it was wrong for her not to either come back to the store and close with my daughter or let my daughter close the store a little earlier for safety reasons. I am so appalled by this. I understand Sally's wants to make money but to put employees safety on the line is wrong.
