I arrived 20 minutes before my appointment at 10am and was not see until 11:30. Other patients of other races were allowed to enter to treatment upon arrival to appointment without having not one minute of wait time. I waited 1 hour and 50 minutes. If the wait is this long the appointment should be made at a different time not the time given. I understand there is other patients that need treatment but that is not my problem. The office should be organized enough to where patients are scheduled given the time they are going to be seen, not so that they can allow other patients to be seen of whom is preferred through selectivity.
Desired outcome: Resolve scheduling department to train and learn how to give appropriate time to wait and not discriminate.
