I’ve been going to Sports Clips in Burbank, CA for 4 years, and after todays experience, I will never go there again. The stylist who clipped my hair, Nuhad, was extremely rude and disrespectful. I’ve always tipped 1-2 dollars for any stylist and I don’t have to tip anything. She started to cop an attitude and call me out in front of customers and additional workers that I didn’t leave a bigger tip for her, and her 2 assistants stood there and did nothing to stop her. I felt forced by her to tip 10 dollars. She embarrassed me in front of customers and it was totally inappropriate. I’ve never had that experience or response from a stylist in 4 years going there, and I am disappointed that her other coworkers did not stop or contain her. She had no right to do that at all and should be reprimanded for it. Sports Clips just lost a very loyal customer.
Desired outcome: I hope she gets fired or suspended.
