I waited for over 10 minutes after receiving notification and calling to let the store know I was there before my order was finally brought out. The man who brought it said nothing, just handed me the food, turned and walked away. I had to call 3 times, and the third time I was hung up on. I was planning on canceling my order and demanding a refund when he finally appeared. There is no excuse for being treated this way. Every other location has always been prompt, polite and respectful. This was a horrible experience. When I finally received my food, it was not fresh. The cheese has already started to cool and harden. Worst Pizza Hut experience EVER.
Desired outcome: For food to be provided to paying customers in a timely manner and for customer service not to hang up on customers.
