Sales associate by the name of Michelle, refused to accept an online return at the home store in South Coast Plaza in the at your service area. Michelle told us to call the customer service phone number to get the return order sheet print out and have UPS pick up the box from our home and refused the return in store. We then went across the street to macys clothing and they accepted the order with no problems. Sales associate at Macy's clothing told us that michelle has a reputation of not having good customer serviceunwilling to help people. I feel that she is just looking busy to collect a paycheck from macys and doesnt do very much.
Desired outcome: Needs to be retrained on return and accepting them
