I bought a wallet yesterday, but it had no way to fit money into it. I came back today earlier to return it. I had bag, receipt wallet in mint condition. because thise one piece of black plastic is missing, the hanger it hung on, they cant accept my return at all. A wallet. all the money they make, they cant do a return for a wallet because of a small piece of plastic? really? I told her ill take it back", took the wallet back, and looked around the store, and a security guard wanders in. I thought its oddly suspicious that a guard comes in 3 minutes after my failed return. I don't have the wallet now bc I chucked it in a trash can five feet outside the store, but this isn't right of them. they cant do a simple easy return? I refuse to shop there ever again, and will boycott the store

having worked there, the employees literally cannot do a return without that piece of plastic since it has the UPC on it, its stupid i know, but the computer literally wont let them do anything without that UPC
