Good Afternoon,
My name is Cynthia Vasquez, I came into Sam's Club on October 13,2023 at 5:30 pm. I had purchased two tires and had an appointment at 6:00 pm. I shopped around the store while the tire center was installing my tires. at 7:29 pm I received a call from an unknown number. I answered and spoke with a male who stated he was calling from Sam's tire center and that my car would be finished in about 20 more minutes. I waited 10 minutes and went out to check on my car. I saw the person installing my tires nagging and talking to himself. I walked up to him and ask is there a problem and he said its just hard to put on the tires with the type of rims you have. I walked over to the side and I could hear him banging on my tires for a long time I looked over and saw three workers standing in front of the back driver side tire just looking as of something had gone wrong. I asked again if everything was alright and the guy working on my car said yes, everything is fine. I waited about 20 minutes and he finally finished he immediately closed the door to the tire center and said we are closed. As I got in my vehicle I noticed most of my paper work from my glove compartment was on the floor and a tool which I assume is from my kit to unlock the tires was in the front seat. I opened up my trunk and saw all my tools that I previously had put neatly away in the bag that they came in, just thrown all over my trunk. I hope there is nothing missing and that my tires were installed correctly and that there is no damage because, if there is I'm holding Sam's accountable. The workers in the tire department don't know what they are doing obviously. When I ordered the tires I was told there would be no installation cost since I always purchased them there. But when I paid I was charged for installation. I asked for the supervisor and they said he was fired a week ago. I am very, very upset with the way I was treated and with the instalation of my tires, they also left a dirty foot print mark on my driver side. Who do these worker think they are to treat a customer and their car like this.
