ARCO - a mean owner lady

Hi my name is Sassy and i was at Arco station on Wednesday May 28th around 12:30pm. I got cup of soda and employee charged me wrong price. The owner she was there and she yelled at the him. I felt very uneasy. I even told her it's ok you can charge me whatever right price is and then she told me it's none of your business. I don't understand what kind workplace is this for employees and what kind customer service is this. I just like to file this complaint that lady has to know how to talk to people. I don't think that lady is normal.

ARCO - no money back

Hi my name is Nadia Samaan, I was at Arco on Wednesday morning around 10am. I tried to insert $20 bill into the machine so i can fill gas. But for some reason, my $20 bill got struck and i'wasn't not able to pump gas. So i went inside the store and asked cashier to give me gas or money back. He said he cannot do any thing because this machine is not belong to them it's Arco's property. He also asked me to come back later and talk to the owner. So i went there couple times but nothing happened. While i was talking to one of my friend about this situation and she said it happened to her too last month same location. So how much money this owener is making keeping other people's money like this. I really wants company has to take action against this owener.

ARCO - harassment to employee

I'm filing this complaint against the owner's wife ( Gadli). She treats all her employees really bad. Most of her employees works almost 12 hours a day no over time.They can't even take a break for restroom. If someone call for sick leave, she just tell that person don't come back to work. If employee toss the bad merchandise in the trash, she tell them to take out from trash can. She is very mean and disrespecful to all the employees. My husband used to work there. He is dabetic and having high blood pressure. If he asked for break to use restroom or eat something. She won't let him do that. The owner usually out of country most of the time. So all the emloyees have to just face her bad behavoir. Due to this bad economy people need job but this is not fair that they have to work under pressure. She also treats customers bad too. I think she is not in her mind. I would like to request complaint detarment to let Arco people know that because of her business is going down. I know Arco have cheap gas but i'm not going to tell my family to pump gas there although i live 1.5 miles from that place.

File a complaint with the Labor Board it is illegal in California to refuse bathroom priviliges to employees or to refuse breaks.
