The UPS Store - In store packing and shipping

Absolutely horrible experience. I wanted to ship a computer from california to san antonio. They stated because the computer had a glass a single side panel, that they had to add 6"packing all around the entire computer and would have to charge me for a 30" x 30"x 30" box. The computer was only 17"x17"x7". The cost to ship ups ground was over $400. I asked them to pack it in a smaller box. They refused stating they would be responsible for any damages and its their policy. I then purchased a 24"x18"x18" box which they stated the cost would be $180, so I went to home depot, purchased packing materials and packed it myself putting in the entire 100 foot roll of bubble wrap into the box. I returned to them where they stated they had to charge me 1 inch larger on all dimensions to cover them for any additional costs by UPS. So they wanted to fraudulently charge me for a 25"x19"x19" box. I took the box to work where we have a UPS shipping account, and it was only $86 to ship. This UPS Store franchise is fraudulently overcharging so the greedy owner can make more money.

Desired outcome: I want them to be penalized for fraudulently overcharging customers
