I purchased a new 2021 Thor Elite 27FE motorhome from Camping World of Fresno in Feb. The condition of the sale agreement was for the dealer to fix the rattling coming from the coach. The day we went to close the deal and pick up the motorhome we discovered that the rattling issue was not taken care of. We also discovered several issues with the coach that need repair. I made an appointment with the service dept. to repair the issues that should have been addressed before I picked it up. The appointment was scheduled for Mar 3 and was told over the phone that it would be ready for pickup the next day. When I brought it in I was told that they were busy and it would be a week, the date on the invoices was for Mar 10. On Mar. 12 I called the service advisor and asked to keep me up to date, he never did. On Mar 19 I called again to get an update, left a message with the advisor but did not return my call. On Mar 20 I called and left a message with the service mgr. he has not returned my call. Now we are in week 5, 30 days and can't even get any information or they have the courtesy to keep in informed.
