I WAS RIGHT THIS FEMALE IS PURPOSELY CAUSING ERRORS NOT ONLY TO ME BUT TO OTHERS AND LYING ON TOP OF IT OMG! how she lied to her boss to say I wanted a complete refund of my order, OMG! I just wanted to exchange my wings {I wanted BBQ NOT spicy} AND HOW SHE SAID SHE WOULD EXCHANGE THEM, NOT! SHE REFUSED AND THAT’S WHY I WAS UPSET! I COULDN’T EAT SPICY WINGS AND I JUST ASKED IF I COULD RETURN THERE ANOTHER DAY SINCE IT WAS 105 degrees OUT SIDE OMG! AND OF COURSE THERE GOING TO SIDE WITH HER BECAUSE IT IS CYA! AND THEY DID I STILL DID NOT GET A EXCHANGE OR REFUND! they don't want to loose any profits they truly do burn people/customers at this site AND YES I WILL LET ALL MY CO-WORKERS KNOW AS well AS FRIENDS AND ACQUAINTANCES! omg! little Caesars are a scam if the make any errors! PRIOR COMPLAINT! I telephoned an order into Little Caesars ( I ordered 4 $5.00 pizza’s and 2 BBQ chicken wings and 1 jalapeño cheese bread}.. As i picked up my order I also ordered 2 2-liters Pepsi and a crazy bread.. I did not realize that the chicken wings were not BBQ wings so... I called and informed them they gave me the wrong order {they proceeded to keep telling me THERE WAS NOTHING THEY COULD DO ABOUT IT! I even asked the 1st person there name and never did I get the young boys name and finally the "MANGER got on the PHONE and also insisted there was nothing they could do about there error.. THIS did upset me I went back {{unfortunately I DID TRIP on the way in {on the carpet and dropped one of there wings in the floor.. I do have 2 vertebras in my back deteriorating and I do have corporal tunnel syndrome in my hands…. as I caught my balance I went to put the other one down on the counter BUT it unfortunately slid off and as the ""manger came around the corner it collided with her}} when I entered the building NO ONE WAS AT THE counter "one person was IN the BACK making pizzas" SHE REFUSED TO GIVE ME ANY ASSISTANCE ON THE PHONE OR IN PERSON ABOUT THIS ERROR, I do BELIEVE THIS FEMALE IS PURPOSELY CAUSING ERRORS TO CUSTOMERS AS LIKE TO MYSELF and refusing to fix them.. I feel she is making many errors and don’t want to accommodate the customers I am fully aware I am Not the ONLY ONE to have this complaint to this particular site..

My name is Francisca Medina. I have had a very bad expericanced at Little Cesar’s Pizza on Dewey Avenue. The customer service was extremely poor. Employees and Management did not provide customer service only degraded me as the customer. This location not only gave me the wrong order but spoke rudely to me regarding the way I drove in the plaza in which the shop is located. The manger at the time advised me never to return after I insisted that I did not appreciate the way employee spoke about me before leaving the pizza shop. This incident occurred on 6/8/10 in the evening. I am writing this complain because my evening was ruined for me and my family. I am also writing this complain because I believe the way I was treated has had to occured to other customer's, but may not have complained about the lack of customer service at this location. Please investigate the lack of customer service this location has. Pizza is the number one dinner takeout food for many families and this is one location that I will reinforce many families not to visit due to the lack of respect and customer service the location provides.

Maybe you should learn about your so called "corporal tunnel syndrome." It's Carpel Tunnel Syndrome. Also by the looks of your typing, and amazing errors in spelling, I can't imagine how backwards, and idiotic you were with these people on the phone. I mean really, I have seen 5 year old kids with better spelling. Your poor attempts at showing your displeasure come off as lies, and you constantly adding punctuation where it doesn't belong, and very poor attempt at the English language, makes me not only not care about your problems, but also not believe you.
I have never in my life been to a restaurant, and had an order come back wrong, and the employees, and specifically the manager, refuse to make it right. How about you get an education, and then learn to speak to people in a civilized manner, and with some respect. I used to work for a call center, and it was idiots like you that call in completely belligerent, and cursing up a storm. Also with people like you it always turned out THEY were in the wrong, or if we had made a mistake, they were too spastic, out of control, and completely uncooperative, for us to get a chance to make it right.
Let me guess how this really went down. You walked in, were in a rush, and ordered wings, never specifying what type. You then instead of checking the order before leaving, drove all the way home, and then noticed the "mistake." You then proceeded in calling in to these poor people who make minimum wage, and then began to scream, curse, and act like a complete lunatic. They then probably told you to come back, and they would fix it. Well this wasn't good enough for the mighty idiot here, and you proceeded to demand they remember your name, and face, and let you keep the wings you got (which you would have eaten) and you would come back for some free wings. When you got there, you decided to act like the bad mother you are, and while going into this place of business, you fell and looked like the idiot you are. Do I have it about right?
If you want someone to believe they have an employee messing up orders, so said employee can get cursed at, and screamed at for seven bucks an hour, you won't find any idiots here to take that bait. I thankfully am far past having to work for minimum wage, but I treat people that do with respect, and never get irate, and belligerent. Maybe next time you will do the same.

maybe you should read the other sad stories there more than 10 dollars try reading about people who lost 20k to scammers!
best advice is to talk to the better business buaru personally i think it will cost you more to get this sorted than the amount you paid!
