Went to Shaw and valentine Sonic’s drive thru at 9:19pm . Customer service (oversized Caucasian male) was rude over the intercom, waited in line for 20 minutes, pulled up to the window and was extremely rude. The staff had music blasted inside the restaurant and couldn’t hear our order. Repeated our orders completely wrong 3x then told us to start over. Since we don’t see the menu we have no idea what we had just ordered and I believe we ordered 3 full meals and sonic blasts. Regardless. The male had a stench the second he opened the window. I told him to cancel it and he just said sorry. Without a worry. I’m very disappointed in this stuff and that young man. We need more respectful staff regardless or age. Everything about that experience was unprofessional and frustrating. I will never be returning to that location even though it is 3 minutes from my home. I will spread the experience to all of my business colleagues and friends and family.
Desired outcome: Everything a report is reported, management never does anything about it and they continue to do it. I’d like for them to review the cameras and see the way their staff is acting
