So my wife and I have been a customer for over 7 years. We're always on time on our bill. Anyways, i've been paying for insurance and I lost my phone. T mobile sent me a refurbished phone that broke down (screen went black and cant see anything) on me in 2 months. They then said the only phone they could give me is a pink phone and it's back ordered and that i'll have to wait 2 weeks. Wtf, I have nothing against pink but i'm a dude and dont want a pink phone. They told me to just buy a cover and it'll be fine. What kind of business is this. I had to complain and then t mobile said they wont charge me until the phone gets to me. Duh stupid, its t mobile fault and I had to complain for them to not charge me for something they messed up on. Worst co pay ever, ripp off.
Desired outcome: if I'm paying for insurance and T Mobile gives me a messed up refurbished phone, atleast give me a phone adap cause I need it for work and a pink oneWTF I thought T Mobile was a big good company. Guess not
