Great Wolf Lodge - Service

Greatwolf refuses to refund my fees during Californias mandatory Corona Virus mandate. I Booked 5 days ago for my daughter birthday. I was told that if I cancel I forfeit my entire amount. The representatives refused to answer any if my questions about saftey and liability. How can a company require you to come to their facility but can't confirm its safe. Dishonest and immoral.

Stayed in 6209 from 3/25/2021 to 3/28/2021.
Reserved and PAID for a Family suite for 6 people. 2 double beds and a double fold out couch in a large room. Upon arrival we were give a queen suite (5 people max) 2 double beds and a twin single fold out chair. (We paid almost $700 a night with tax. To be cramped and have to step over an air mattress every day.)
Upon approaching the front desk, I encountered Demarcus, who was extremely rude, basically said tough, and offered an air mattress or an upgrade, that we had to pay for. WTH!
It wasn’t until the night before our stay was over that we got to speak to the front desk manager.
She admitted we were in the wrong room, blamed it on a computer error, adjusted our amount to cover the queen room we were stuck in and told us we wouldn’t have to pay for the air mattress we had been forced to use. That was it. No compensation whatsoever for the inconvenience itself.
$700 a night and this is the service I get? Really?
