The pharmacy listed hours are given over the phone when you call the pharmacy. The recorded message says the pharmacy is closed for 30 min lunch break between the hours of 12pm and 1pm? Or does that mean it can start at 12 or 12:30pm? But anyway. Today I went there at 1:15pm. Still closed, no lights on, but could see a pharmacist working at the counter behind the closed window with the lights off. He saw another customer and myself waiting where the line starts. I waited for 20 min, so now 1:35pm and it still did not open, so I had to leave. The customer behind me also said she comes here from work when it is suppose to be open to get her prescriptions, but is often waiting too long and has to leave or be late for work. This has happened several times to me. Also, they are often out of the prescription you need and they tell you it has to be ordered, so a few days delay may happen. Well not anymore, I switched to Rite Aid. I had Hyoscyamine Sulfate prescribed for me for stomach cramps. They were out of it and I would have had to wait another day and a half to get relief. No way, I called Rite Aid and they had it in stock, so I had my doctor call them to get it for me asap. Within a few hours, I had my medication and finally got some relief. This is not the first time for this. I have had to wait 2 to 4 days to get other medications as they are always out. This little pharmacy is just too small and unable help people. If you need a question answered over the phone, good luck with that. They most often can't come to the phone to talk to anyone. This pharmacy is a bust and good riddance.
Desired outcome: How about get some more help to stagger their lunch times. And get some stock.
