On August 11, 2024, I visited Albertson's Store number 3750, Manager Anthony Lewis. I was humiliated by a deli employee whose name I did not get and further by Anthony Lewis who has been identified as the Store manager/director. I have filed a complaint with the Corporate Office and I am waiting to hear back from them. I don't frequent that store and now I know why. I won't go into detail but I will never set foot in that GOVERNMENT STREET Albertson's again. They are the epitome of rude, uncaring, and just plain stupid. This applies to the Deli only. There was a lady that worked there that was trying to help my situation but she did not work in that department. Hats off to that one lady whose name was candace.. Do not go to that government street albertson's. They are beyond rude.
Claimed loss: MY TIME AND MY DIGNITY
Desired outcome: I WOULD APPRECIATE A RESPONSE TO THIS ISSUE WHICH COULD HAVE BEEN SO EASILY RESOLVED HAD THE LADY IN THE DELI JUST TAKEN TIME TO CHECK THE BAGS AS I ASKED HER TO DO.

Well, it could've been worse, right? At least you had Candace stepping up when the deli team decided to take a day off from being decent. It's clear Albertsons could use a crash course in manners, but you’ve survived worse. Keep that chin up!
