Hello my my name is Eric Johann and I was supposed to be staying in Union City California I booked a room on a third party on website Priceline my stay was for 10-21-23 and I booked the wrong hotel for the Roof Inn in Hayward CA so I called Priceline they said they were calling contact the property so they did and the front desk said we are not going to cancel it. No exceptions I feel that it seems like are they that hard up for money that they're going to keep the money that I'm not even staying there I'm not even close to that destination. So I the called the hotel trying to explain the and and the way the front desk talk to me on the phone was unreal like like I said to him I said I'm not trying to ask for a free room I just want you to cancel it for me.

Red Roof Inn - Rude disgusting behavior
On Sunday the 14th of January I rented a room at the red roof inn in Hayward, Calif on Monday the 15th I checked out of my room 226 and unknowingly left my shaving bag with assorted toiletry items. On Tuesday 16th I became aware that I had left the bag so I called the red roof inn in Hayward to ask if they had found it and I was informed that they throw those kinds of items in the trash and was rudely hung up as I called back to ask why they threw my items away and again was hung up on I called back again and asked to speak to the manager and the person swore at me. I feel this behavior was extremely rude and unprofessional and not very business like. I have stayed at this motel several times in the last year and as of now I will never stay in any Red Roof Inn again
