On 1/28/22 I entered vons and asked for a manager to speak with him about one of his employees getting a restraining order on me and what I could do about shopping still I've lived in this small town valley my whole life 31 years and do all my banking and main shopping at this location Matthew Rodriguez is who I spoke with he let me know it was no issue no matter the outcome of court I'd be able to come in the store while this employee was not working, I came back later that day to pick up a western union Matthew approached me and told me I had to leave due to papers which I knew was not even possible yet. I came back with the police because I needed my income and this is the only location in this town to pick it up the police let matthew Rodriguez know I was allowed in the business and there were know papers he told the police he would help me tonight but from now on I was no longer allowed in the store at all I did nothing for these actions to take place. As soon as the police left Matthew refused to help me and kicked me out of the store. Publicly embarrassed me and my children I have never done anything to not be allowed shopping at this establishment and use my bank Wells Fargo the only one in town is located inside Vons and IAM banned I expressed my concern to Matthew over social media asking why he said I could come in while the employee was not present then turn around and kick me and my family out a few hours later with no probable cause! Said employee is also posting very inappropriate tik tok videos about this situation in her work uniform with at work mocking the situation and I feel this is very unprofessional and should be addressed
Desired outcome: Matthew Rodriguez and Mylee Dornner be addressed about these events
