first thing is I shop at this store just about everyday! Yesterday I went in to buy cat food no cat-food on the shelves only 3 cans of luvsome so I grab those I wait in line with my few items for a good 15 minutes I finally get to counter and the cashier her name is Grace F. I say hello she totally ignores me a man who later I find out is the manager John Ewing is standing behind her asking her about her finger nails not even acknowledging me at the counter so I wait then the lady says no I can't buy the cat food Im like excuse me then the man John who is flirting with her says no it's okay sale the cat-food I am so confused? Then she checks me out I realize she didn't offer me a bag so I ask can I have a bag hears a quarter she said no take your nasty attitude out of here again i'm like excuse me your not going to give me a bag? So I say where's the manager she goes you [censored]en [censored] heres your bag! At this point I am shaking asking for a manager the man standing behind her was the manager and he left! I have never been treated like that by any employee at this store her name is Grace F. and the managers name is Jon Ewing some kind of discipline action needs to be taken wow just wow I was verbally abused for no reason by this lady cashier at food for less
Desired outcome: dicipline action not acceptable for any employee to treat a customer like they are skum
