This man is so very rude to me and many other customers. He is always grumpy and treats his employees badly. Certainly a poor example of leadership in any company. All the employees talk bad about him. You should do something about this. I have friends who will not shop at this store because of him. Who actually hired this man and or let him get in the position of "poisoning" other employees in the store he works?
He has not been at this store very long so we imagine he was probably moved from another store for the same reason he will most likely be moved from here. You should do something about him. Thank you for listening.
Vons - service at the butcher department and deli
I am a resident of the Belmont shore area and consistently every time I come to the location on ocean which is right next to my home it's very frustrating. The meat dept me typically is closing everyday around 630 and 7 when last I checked the time is supposed to be 8pm. It's becoming increasingly frustrating that every single time I get there the place its closed or they are breaking things down and cleaning up. We are being told by your associates that the department is closed . In addition the service and professionalism of your staff is horrible. I went to purchase sliced cheese from your deli one time and had to wait for someone to come which was over 15 mins and when the lady got there she rolled her eyes at me and had horrible attitude towards me so I opted not purchase anything and leave . Now I prefer to go to Gelson‘s, whole foods or Ralphs which is further and out the way because at least I know with the service-level is that I'm going to get..
