on Sunday 7/30/23 paid groceries Anthony cashier asked me if i needed bags
I said no I have my own he gave me my receipt, and I waited for him to bag my groceries then he started helping other's and my groceries they were still on the counter belt after he helped 3 customers I asked him what's going on with my groceries and he told me that instead of me standing there waiting I could of have been bagging my groceries instead of him I thought Vons its all about service and I remarked that to him then went to customer service desk and complained and the lady there only said hmmmm. that's it! I have never had such of bad cashier in all the years going to that store in Long Beach.

On a daily basis several dogs are in the store. Witnesses have seen some dogs poop and urinate IN THE store. There is an unpleasant smell upon entering the store. They are NOT ESA dogs rather pets that shoppers bring with them. It's filthy and disgusting and my friends and I miss shopping there because the location is convenient but cannot tolerate the filth. The security guard hangs out in front and allows anyone to enter and has even let a bike get stolen from the rack in front without saying a word. Something needs to be done for the health and safety of shoppers.
Desired outcome: Please hire better security guards to prohibit dogs fr entering (and bikes from getting stolen out front.).
